The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along” reports.
March 4 Day Shift
6911 Martha Avenue (disorder):
Police responded after the landlord stated he observed Lamar Bristol on the property. Bristol was criminally trespassed from the property on 2/28 of this year. Police located an unsecured door on the property and cleared the structure. No one was located inside, and Bristol was GOA.
6600 Ringgold Road (citation):
Police responded to the Circle K in reference to a female party on scene suspected of being involved in a felony evading last night. A traffic stop was conducted at this location, and Spencer Rodgers was issued a misdemeanor citation for simple possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.
1410 N. Mack Smith Road (harassment):
Complainant called police stating a black male on the property had approached her and asked for sex. Police located the suspect who denied having any contact with the complainant. Security cameras were not present in the area where this allegedly occurred. Budgetel staff stated the suspect will be evicted from the property due to additional safety concerns about him that have been brought to their attention from other residents.
1507 Tombras Avenue (disorder):
Several juveniles were trespassed from Speedway and Pioneer Playground following a disorder.

Night Shift
100 Frawley Rd (DUI):
Reginald Lomnick was arrested for driving under the influence, speeding, financial responsibility, implied consent and left of center following a traffic stop at this location.
Tunnel Blvd / Crescent Drive (Shots Fired):
Chattanooga PD and ERPD responded to multiple shots fired complaints near the intersection of Tunnel Blvd (Chattanooga) and Crescent Drive (Ridgeside). Several reporting parties stated that three to five shots were fired in the area. Police checked the area but did not locate any evidence to indicate a firearm was discharged at the location.
1615 Springvale Park (Suspicious Vehicle):
Police located a blue Ford Fusion parked in the Springvale Park after dark. Inside the vehicle, police found an adult male and an adult female sleeping. The adult male and female both stated that they were homeless and were just sleeping at the location for the night. No drugs or weapons were located in the vehicle and neither individual had warrants or locals. The couple agreed to leave the area.
6200 Ringgold Rd (Suspicious Activity):
A passerby reported that a black Mazda was parked at the Taco Bell, engaging in drug activity. Police responded to the scene and found that the vehicle was waiting to pick up a Taco Bell employee. No evidence of drug activity was found in the vehicle.
Choate/Maryland Dr:
Suspicious male on black bicycle took off on police on Choate and Fike. They went down a concrete drainage behind Maryland Dr.
914 Donaldson Road Apt 109 (Miscellaneous):
Police responded to the report of an auto theft at this location. The complainant advised that her gray 2004 Ford Focus was taken. The woman was unable to provide any information on the vehicle. She advised the vehicle was not registered to her but was registered to her friend, Eric. She was advised she would need to get in contact with Eric to get more information on the vehicle and so he can file an auto theft report due to him being the registered owner.
