The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along” reports provided by the administration.
March 26– Day Shift
6013 Wentworth Avenue- AOA/Smoke Investigation-
Police responded with Fire on a smoke investigation behind the residence at this address. Upon arrival Fire handled the call.
728 Frawley Road (Park Ridge Apartments)- Suspicious Person-
The caller advised of a homeless black female refusing to leave the community laundry room. Upon arrival the subject was gone.
722 Brookfield Avenue- Suspicious Person-
The caller advised of suspicious people in the area. Upon arrival police encountered a Version Wireless survey team.
3100 blk of Ringgold Road (Tunnels)- Check Hazard-
The caller advised there was a large truck stuck in the west bound tunnel. Upon arrival no trucks were located.
200 Windmere Dr-
Complainant reported a 2015 Honda TN R0232R that was taken sometime during the night. Vehicle was entered into NCIC.
4027 Wonder Dr Child Found-
A four-year-old wondered away from her residence and was located by a neighbor. The child was returned to her father at her residence. CPS was notified on the matter due to narcotic issues in the past.

March 26 – Night Shift
4214 Ringgold Rd. / Auto theft verification:
Dispatch advised me that CPD was out with the stolen 2015 Honda Fit at 2103 Appling St. Chattanooga TN. The vehicle confirmed stolen. (Ref ERPD # 20-003431)
3657 Ringgold Rd. / Unknown 911:
Michael Wren was arrested on several 451’s from other agencies.
4222 Ringgold Rd/ Public intoxication:
Alton Ford was arrested at this location for public intoxication. Mr. Ford also had 13 Hamilton County warrants and Chattanooga Police department is charging him with kidnapping from an incident that occurred just prior to ERPD officers making contact with him.
1410 N Mack Smith Rd (back EMS Covid-19):
Police responded with EMS to this address to see a female subject. According to Puckett EMS she did exhibit all symptoms conducive with a possible case of Covid-19. She was transported by EMS. Prior to reaching the room police used all PPE and had no physical contact with her.
1607 Rugby Place/Animal Call:
Caller found two Huskies wondering the neighborhood but non-aggressive to people. Caller will tie them up and post on East Ridge Neighborhood Watch.
1400 Boyd Street/Burglary in Progress:
Caller observed a w/m wearing a blue jacket trying to kick open a garage door. W/M resides at the house.
14 Laurel Lane, Apt. 102/Disorder:
Alleah called because her boyfriend, Jamey, would not leave nor stop yelling. Jamey was gone upon arrival.
4300 Ringgold Road/Arrest-DUI:
Russell E. Lenard was arrested for DUI (1 pending) after turning left in front of police nearly causing a crash.

March 27 – Day Shift
3508 Ringgold Road (theft):
The manager of Walgreen’s reported a delayed theft from two days ago. A video was placed into P&E showing a black female in a black hoodie exiting the store with approximately $80 of stolen merchandise.

March 27– Night Shift
4339 Ringgold Rd (Intoxicated person):
David Tranthom was transported to an area hospital after he was observed inside the Exxon gas station under the influence of a narcotic.

March 28 – Day Shift
3400 Lisa Drive (auto theft):
Complainant reported that his white Ford E-250 was stolen from this address. There is a magnet sticker on the rear left door of a hand holding a hammer with Elegant Construction written on it.
406 S. Howell Avenue (theft):
Complainant had a license plate, TN 7G16M5, stolen overnight. It was entered into NCIC.

March 28 – Night Shift
3715 Ringgold Rd. (mental health):
Police made contact with a W/M, who was having a mental health crisis. The male party wished to be transported to Joe Johnson. While in route, the party requested to be taken to Erlanger Hospital. Police took the party to Erlanger and made sure he made contact with staff.
916 Donaldson Rd. (robbery of person):
Police were dispatched to this location regarding a male party who stated he had been robbed. Police made contact with the victim who stated that back on March 20th he was intoxicated and dropped off in this area, which he stated was not where he was going. The victim stated he blacked-out and when he awoke, his belongings were gone, and he had a busted lip and a knot on his head. The victim stated it took him retracing his steps to find where the incident occurred the week prior.
3400 Gail Dr. (noise complaint):
The manager of the apartment complex located at this address called to report a black car playing loud music. Upon police arrival, the noise had stopped.
101 Kingwood Drive (DUI):
Teresa Manning was arrested for driving under the influence and failure to maintain lane following a crash at this location.
4340 Ringgold Road / Theft:
Police were contact by the store manager of Food Lion who advised a “newer cashier” was “conned” by a black male wearing a black shirt, red hat, and gold chains around his neck. The male party rapidly asked for change in random denominations causing confusion for the cashier. The suspect was able to leave the store with 499.47 belonging to Food Lion in an unknown direction. Police are working to find the identity of the suspect.

March 29 – Day Shift
3936 Ringgold Road (auto theft recovery):
A female juvenile was arrested at this location for being in possession of a vehicle reported stolen from Rossville, GA. The juvenile, who was reported missing from Walker County, GA, was transported to JDU.
728 Frawley Road (auto burglary):
The resident reported the overnight burglary of his vehicle. Approximately $2,000 of DeWalt tools were stolen. The victim believes the suspect is a slender white male with short brown hair who has been observed looking in vehicles.

March 29 – Night Shift
4338 Ringgold Rd (property):
Reporting party called in stating a white male threw coffee on her vehicle and some of it got in her kids mouth. Suspect left prior to police arrival. RP did not like the answers police were giving her and did not wish to file a report
1005 Altamaha Street (Medical):
A man was taken to Erlanger Hospital after he showed all the symptoms of COVID-19. He was knocking on multiple doors on Altamaha Street so he could have someone call 911 because he believed he was being chased by people.
3728 Ringgold Rd. (stolen vehicle recovery):
Police were dispatched to this location regarding a vehicle matching the description of a stolen vehicle. The RP called and stated someone told her the vehicle was in the parking lot. Upon police arrival, contact was made with Daniel Blevins, Caitlyn Burke, Andrew Blevins. Daniel was arrested for possession of stolen property, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of drug paraphernalia. Daniel had multiple active warrants out of the City of Red Bank. Caitlyn Burke, passenger, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, simple possession of marijuana, possession of another’s prescription. Andrew Blevins, passenger, was arrested for possession of meth, and possession of heroin. The owner of the vehicle arrived on scene and took possession of the automobile. Further charges may be sought on Daniel Blevins.
3202 A Gleason Dr. (vandalism):
Police were dispatched to this location regarding an attempted burglary. Upon arrival, police met with the resident who stated while they were out someone tried to kick in their back door. Police could see damage to the door, the door frame and the glass window.
