Day Shift March 22
24-003587 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Miscellaneous – Police spoke with the reporting party who stated she works for Together Coalition and wanted to report a woman missing. She informed police the party had walked out of her hotel room and left with an unknown male heading South on Smith Road. The party is a victim of sex trafficking from Florida and was being rehabilitated here in Tennessee. As of this time, the subject is not known to have any mental disabilities or any serious health issues that would warrant a BOLO.
24-003601 – 6600 BLK Ringgold Road – Arrest – Police responded to the area on reports of a male subject rolling in the grass near the interstate. Officers located the party who appeared to be impaired by narcotics. He was found to have a warrant through Anderson County. He was medically cleared at a local hospital and transported to the jail.
24-003603 – 1500 BLK Waterhouse Street – Disorder – Police responded to a disorder between a woman and her mother concerning alcohol consumption. The suspect left the scene prior to officers arriving but was located a short time later and taken into custody for public intoxication.
24-003588 – 700 BLK Frawley Road Apt– Deceptive Practice – The caller reported being scammed out of $2,500 since the beginning of March. He stated he was contacted by an “Agent Paul McCarthy” from a government agency claiming if he sent a predetermined amount of money in a government program would send him thousands in return. The victim sent over $2,500 in gift card in the past month and has received nothing.
Night Shift March 22
24-003629 – 5700 BLK Ringgold Road – DUI Arrest – Police observed a silver sedan failing to maintain lane after making a U-turn. Officers detected the smell of alcoholic beverage on the driver. Following a field sobriety test, she was arrested and charged with driving under the influence.
24-003616 – 900 BLK Spring Creek Road – Overdose – An off-duty police officer located a white male exhibiting strange behavior in the hospital lobby. The medical staff responded and determined the male was possibly overdosing. The male was rushed to the emergency room and stabilized. Police determined the individual had a history of substance abuse. No drugs or paraphernalia were found with him.
Day Shift March 23
24-003650 – 3300 BLK Ringgold Road – Possible Intoxicated Driver – Police checked the driver at the fuel station after receiving complaints he had been on the parking lot too long and seemed impaired. It was determined he was physically handicapped, which likely drew the attention of those nearby.
24-003647 – 3700 BLK Ringgold Road – Overdose – Police located two women overdosing in their vehicle. Both parties denied using any narcotics and tried to deny Narcan. Officers located four blue pills, later identified as Fentanyl, in one party’s lap. A straw with white residue was in a purse. Both parties were transported by EMS to be evaluated. Both were medically cleared and taken into custody. One was charged with possession of fentanyl and public intoxication. The other was charged with public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia.
24-003654 – Ringgold Road at Scruggs Road – Traffic Control – Due to an overwhelming response to the monster truck event on Scruggs Road, traffic was backed up to Interstate 75 on Ringgold Road causing a major traffic hazard. Police spoke with the event staff regarding the issue and helped get the traffic flowing on Ringgold Road.
24-003660 – Cemetery Road – Miscellaneous – Police received questions regarding heavy traffic due to construction, particularly at Cemetery and Ringgold Rd. Concern was voiced regarding heavy traffic and residents of the apartments not being able to get out. Questions were raised if the city would allow or authorize two-way traffic flow on Cemetery Road until construction is completed.
Night Shift March 23
24-003683 – 500 BLK Camp Jordan Parkway – Disorder – Management called in advising a male from an earlier disorder returned because he forgot his cell phone and a vape pen. Officers searched the vehicle due to the odor of marijuana. Inside the vehicle officers located large mason jars with residue and approximately 4.5g of marijuana. The subject was issued a Misdemeanor Citation. The suspect and another party were trespassed from the business.
24-003676 – Claremont Ave / Donaldson Road – Shots fired – Reporting party advised hearing what he believed to be two shots fired from a shotgun and multiple shots fired from a 22 caliber. Police did not locate anything in the area.
24-003662 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Property – A woman turned in a phone she found on the roadway of Ridgefield Circle. Police attempted to find the owner but were unsuccessful. The phone was placed into property and evidence.
Day Shift March 24
24-003693- 1400 BLK San Hsi Street- Arrest- A man was arrested for public intoxication after being in an erratic state on the side of the road. He was also identified as the suspect from a theft on March 23. He was given notice on this date he trespassed from their property.
24-003694 – 6500 BLK Slater Road – Found Property – Police located a blue and green girl’s Next Girl Talk 20” bicycle in the parking lot of this location. A man was observed earlier in the area sleeping on a bench located next to the bicycle and has been observed in the area pushing it. The bicycle appeared abandoned, as it was left laying the parking lot. It was collected and placed into property.
Night Shift March 24
24-003720 – 1000 BLK Lansdell Road – Noise Complaint – Officers spoke with the residents of this address about using fireworks to scare off birds. The residents agreed to cease the activity.
24-003716 – 3700 BLK Fountain Avenue – Disorder – Two women were in a verbal argument. One had left prior to police arrival. The RP was advised to call back if any further issues arise.
Day Shift March 25
24-003738- 100 BLK Atomic Ridge- Suspicious Person/Arrest- A man was arrested on drug charges following a suspicious person call at this location.
24-003754- 6500 BLK Ringgold Road- Intoxicated Person/AOA Warrant Service- The caller advised a customer in the store was intoxicated. He was detained and transported to Silverdale on a Sumner County warrant.
Night Shift March 25
24-003756 – 3500 BLK Ringgold Road – Disorder W/ Weapon – Police were summoned due to a subject acting irate in the parking lot. He was found in possession of blue fentanyl pills and drug paraphernalia following a search of his vehicle.
24-003764 – Ringgold Road & Belvoir Avenue – Down Electrical Lines – Police responded to reports of an explosion and sparks seen at the power lines hanging over Ringgold Road at Belvoir Avenue. EPB was contacted and the cause was determined as loose hanging power lines touching because of high winds.
24-003763 – 3800 BLK Kingwood Circle – Disorder – A man called and stated that he had been shot by what he believed to be a pellet gun or small caliber bullet. He stated he is not sure who/where the shot came from. Report on file.
24-003778 – 4214 Ringgold Rd – Warrant Service – While Police were conducting an operation, one party was verified to have active warrants from East Ridge. This individual provided false information. This case number can be linked to 24-003774.
