The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along” reports provided by department administration.
March 25 Day Shift
6 Sheridan Road- Alarm-
Police responded to check the residence. Upon arrival an air conditioning service man was on scene. The alarm was determined to be accidental.
1408 Manna Lane (Veranda at the Ridge)- Runaway Recovery-
The father called to report his juvenile son was located. The juvenile was removed from NCIC.
3714 Ringgold Road (Dollar Plus Outlet)- AOA-
Police responded with Fire on a male having a seizure. Upon arrival Fire handled the call.
3323 Ringgold Road (Bulldog Motors)- Theft-
The complainant called to report a dealer tag stolen from one of his vehicles. There are no suspects.
3712 Mary Anna Drive- Theft-
The complainant called to report a theft at her residence. She advised sometime between 3-23-20 and this date, someone stole her two spare fenders for a 2005 Chrysler 300, that were in the back yard of the residence. She feels her uncle may have taken the property but there is no evidence to support her feeling.
323 Camp Jordan Parkway-
Suspected Sexual Assault- Complainant called to advise a female friend was assaulted last night. While speaking with complainant, he stated he was contacted by a female friend at approximately 1000 hrs on this date and she advised him she was sexually assaulted sometime after 2300 hrs on 03/24/2020 near the Camp Jordan Park. The complainant advised the female party contacted him via the Snapchat application on his mobile device and advised him of the incident. Police asked the complainant why the female did not report the incident to police and he claimed that she was concerned about how her boyfriend and friends and family would view the situation. Police made several attempts to locate the woman but have been unsuccessful up to this point.

Night Shift
3529 Claremont Ave/ (DUI):
James Taylor was arrested for DUI after police responded to a two-vehicle collision at this location.
MM 1 75 N bound (traffic crash):
A rental car heading North bound hit a deer at this location. Negative injuries. A traffic crash report was completed for insurance purposes. The rental company notified and covered towing services.
601 Walnut Street/Arrest-Warrant:
William C. Russell was arrested on a warrant for Domestic Assault and released on OR bond after being advised of “Conditions of Release.” Victim was also served with conditions.
6736 Jordan Run/Burglary in Progress:
A caller advised of hearing noises in her garage. A check of the garage and the perimeter did not locate anyone.
3300 Gleason Drive/Suspicious Activity:
Citizen called reporting three cars in the roadway for unknown reason. The individuals were trying to change a flat tire.
