March 17 – Day Shift
23-003154- 6519 Ringgold Road- Disorder- Police were dispatched on a disorder between family members at this location. On scene police spoke with all involved. The argument was verbal in nature.
No number assigned- 7609 Standifer Gap Road- Warrant Service- A woman was served two East Ridge warrants at Silverdale.
23-003162- 3500 BLK Crabtree Drive- Alarm- Police responded to check the residence. On scene the house appeared secure.
March 17 – Night Shift
23-002258- 4214 Ringgold Road- Arrest-Warrant- A man was arrested on three Possession of Schedule II warrants. He was transported to Silverdale Detention by 2E2.
23-003176- 700 BLK Bacon Trial – Unconscious Person- Police responded to this location for an unconscious person. Police assisted EMS and the person was transported by EMS to a local hospital. The person was having a seizure.
23-003184- 4300 BLK Ringgold Road- Suspicious Person- A man called anonymously reporting the owner of the being outside appearing drunk and acting erratic. The owner ran the caller off because he appeared drunk. A warrant for False Police Reports applied for.
23-003187- 4214 Ringgold Road- Arrest-Warrant- A woman was arrested on warrant for Driving While License Revoked, Suspended. She was transported to Silverdale Detention by Hamilton County 2E1.
March 18 – Day Shift
23-003189- 1300 BLK Adonna Lane- Possible Burglary in Progress- The caller advised there were several individuals inside his residence. On scene police cleared the residence with no one located. It was determined the caller was intoxicated and seeing things.
23-003205- 3700 BLK Ringgold Road- Shots Fired- The caller advised they heard approximately three gunshots to the north of this location. On scene police checked the area but no evidence of a shooting was located. While still in the area a bystander advised he thought the noise was from firecrackers.
March 18 – Night Shift
23-003220- 600 BLK Marlboro Ave- Stabbing/False Reports/Warrant Service- Police were dispatched to a possible stabbing in the 500-600 block of Marlboro. Police searched the area due to the cellphone pinging in the middle of the road. Upon further investigation the listed address for the phone number was established. Officers entered and cleared the residence due to exigent circumstances. Prior to receiving the stabbing call officers attempted a warrant service at a local hotel for a woman who was found to have multiple active warrants out of Alabama and Tennessee. Police observed a connection between the times the calls were made to a listed resident of 613 Marlboro Ave. Officers made entry into the hotel room for any potential stabbing victims and located two parties. The wanted woman was taken into custody on the outstanding warrants and transported to Silverdale without incident. Warrants are pending upon further investigation of the false reports.
23-003218- 5700 BLK Ringgold Road- Suspicious Person- Police responded after staff observed a male subject sleeping in a truck in front of the store. After speaking with the party he was found to be paralyzed and waiting on a ride.
23-003217- Poindexter & Summit Ave- Suspicious Activity – Officers responded to this location regarding a juvenile walking down the street with a jacket on his head. Upon checking the area no parties were located by police.
23-003214- 1300 BLK Spring Creek Road- Fight- Officers were dispatched to location after being advised of multiple parties fighting inside of the gymnasium. Upon arrival officers were advised most of the parties left the scene and observed one male involved in the incident with a bite wound to the face. The party was assessed and cleared by EMS at the scene. No parties present wanted to pursue charges at this time. Two people were trespassed from the property at the request of the owner.
23-003221- 6500 BLK Ringgold Road- Disorder with a weapon- Officers were called after the reporting party stated a male wearing a white shirt and blue jeans was waving a gun around in the parking lot. On scene officers located a male subject matching the description. The male subject was determined to not be involved in the incident. Upon further investigation it was determined the call was a false report (In Relation to 23-003220).
March 19– Day Shift
23-003225- 700 BLK South Germantown Road- Unconscious Person- The caller advised a homeless male was unconscious on the church steps. On scene it was found the male was just sleeping. He was checked for warrants and advised to move along.
March 19 – Night Shift
23-003250 – 6700 BLK Ringgold Road – Stalking – Police were dispatched to meet with the complainant regarding a stalking report. Upon arrival, the complainant told police about an unknown male and unknown female who may be stalking her. Police took the report and instructed the complainant, if she sees either party or hears from either party again, to contact the police. She was informed the police would be in the area throughout the night.
No number assigned – 5900 BLK Graston Ave – AOA – CPD requested ERPD check this residence for a wanted subject. Dispatch informed ERPD that CPD had two active warrants out of Chattanooga. He was detained and transported to the 3200 Block of Ringgold Road to meet with CPD for transport to Silverdale.
23-003259 – 915 South Seminole– Suspicious Activity – A woman called police stating when she arrived home, she found her door lock damaged. She stated she believed her ex-roommate had attempted to force entry. She stated her ex-roommate is mad at her and is “messing with her.” Police did observe damage to the door frame around the door lock area.
23-003247- 6600 BLK State Line Road- Intoxicated Person- A woman was taken into custody following a call for a possible fight at this location. She refused multiple times to leave the scene after being offered to be given a ride multiple times by multiple parties present due to her level of intoxication. She was subsequently charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and public intoxication after attempting to walk away from officers while pulling a juvenile by the arm.
23-003251- 2100 BLK McBrien Road- Theft- Officers responded to this location after the reporting party observed the license plate on his wife’s vehicle to be stolen. No suspect information was provided at this time and a report is on file for the incident.
23-003260- 6500 BLK Ringgold Road-Suspicious Vehicle/Warrant Service- Management called to report a suspicious vehicle. Police contacted the man who was occupying the vehicle. He stated he had family in the room. He was found to have three active warrants through general sessions and was transported to Silverdale without incident.
March 20 – Day Shift
23-003262 – 400 BLK Donaldson Avenue – Aggravated Burglary – The resident stated sometime during the night, party(s) unknown entered her secured residence and stole items while she and her son were asleep upstairs. She does not have any suspect information.
23-003269 – 4214 Ringgold Rd -Warrant Service – A woman was arrested on East Ridge Warrants.
23-003274- 5400 BLK Marion Avenue- Theft- The reporting party called to report someone broke into her deceased sister’s safe. She advised she did not know when or who would have done it. She did not want to make a report, she just wanted the house on a watch list to make sure nothing else was taken.
23-002618 – 4214 Ringgold Rd – Supplemental – Police spoke with the complainant at the police department, regarding previous vandalism at her residence on Roosevelt Ave. She provided police with potential suspect and witness information for students at East Ridge High School. Police then spoke with SSO Darty who provided identifying information for the suspect and witness juveniles.
March 20 – Night Shift
23- 002394 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Supplement – Chattanooga PD located a juvenile who was reported missing out of East Ridge, TN. The juvenile was transported to the Hamilton County Juvenile Detention Center for active attachments.
23-003284 – 6600 BLK Ringgold Road – Misdemeanor Citation – Following a traffic stop at this location a man was issued a misdemeanor citation in lieu of arrest for driving on a revoked driver’s license.
23-003283-5300 BLK Ringgold Road – Traffic stop / Misdemeanor Citation – Police conducted a traffic stop at this location. Following the traffic stop police conducted a search of the vehicle and found drug paraphernalia and a small bag of what appeared to be hydrocodone. A man was charged with simple possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. Another man was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
23-003281 – I-75 Southbound Ramp – Warrant Service – Police made a traffic stop on a White Dodge Avenger. Upon running the driver’s information he was found to have outstanding warrants from Hamilton County Court for Child Support.
