The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports” provided by the administration.
February 27 – Day Shift
1417 St. Thomas Street (theft/sexual assault):
Police were flagged down by a male subject who stated his wallet was stolen by a female subject at Motel 6. Contact was made with the female who claimed she had been sexually assaulted by the male subject. CID was contacted, and both were transported to the station for interviews. Following the interviews the female was taken to for examination, and the male subject was released. Charges are not being sought at this time. (21-002661)
5300 block Greenbriar Road (suspicious person):
A neighboring resident called police thinking a stranger was going through someone’s mailbox. Contact was made with the suspect who is currently residing at the address in question. (21-002653)
1410 Mack Smith Road (domestic assault):
Police responded to the Budgetel over a disorder. It was discovered Lindell Manery had assaulted his live-in girlfriend. Manery was arrested and transported to Hamilton County Jail. (21-002660)

February 27 – Night Shift
3725 Fountain Ave (Noise Complaint 21-002672):
The caller stated there was loud music coming from the area of the apartment complex. Officers responded but did not observe any loud music.
4150 Ringgold Rd (Check Wellbeing 21-002674):
Police responded to reports of a male party laying in the grass in front of Walmart Family Grocery. Mitchell Bowman was located and taken into custody for public intoxication.
1417 St Thomas St (Disorder 21-002677):
Police responded to a verbal disorder between motel staff and a patron about access to a room she was in earlier today. Officers assisted in bringing resolution to the issue.
3650 Ringgold Rd (Suspicious Activity 21-002681):
The reporting party stated someone was pulling door handles at Bella’s Produce and looking in the window with a flashlight. The party in question was cleaning the business.
631 Camp Jordan Pkwy (Fight 21-002686):
Police responded to reports of a fight in the bar area of Jonathan’s Restaurant. Once on scene officers made contact with a very intoxicated Gareth Leeds. Leeds had assaulted another patron. Officers attempted to take Leeds into custody but he became highly agitated and resisted arrest. During his resistance officers deployed Tasers to bring him in compliance. Multiple officers arrived on scene to disperse a crowd gathered outside and assist with placing a combative suspect into a police cruiser. The suspect is charged with assault, public intoxication, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and two counts of retaliation for past acts.
3500 Ringgold Rd (Arrest 21-002690):
Joseph Kirchaine was taken into custody after he was found walking barefoot in the parking lots of closed businesses at approximately 01:00 AM. Kirchaine stated his girlfriend had kicked him out of her vehicle. Kirchaine was so impaired he believed he was in Hixson.
183 I24E (Arrest 21-002691):
Nelson Garley was taken into custody for speeding, vehicle registration law, no proof of insurance, driving while suspended, possession of THC oil and DUI during a traffic stop.
6700 Ringgold Rd (Overdose 21-002692):
Police responded to the Quality Inn on a heroin overdose. The female party had locked herself in the lobby restroom. Officers gained entry and administered doses of Narcan before EMS arrived. She was transported by EMS for further treatment.

February 28 – Day Shift
800 block McHann Drive: (extra patrol):
The residents at this location requested extra patrol throughout the night due to having video of someone coming into their driveway during the evening hours. (21-002711)
800 block Belvoir Hills Drive (trespass):
The complainant called to report she has video of a male party coming onto her property, pulling up her BLM signs, and throwing them into the street. Police were able to determine Michael Culpepper as the culprit. Police relocated to his address and gave him a trespass warning. (21-002707)
411 Dunlap Avenue (BOLO):
CPD requested ERPD bolo for a white Chevrolet Impala. The driver, Pamela Teague, is the suspect in an aggravated robbery of a person. Police did speak with Ms. Teague’s daughter who confirmed that Ms. Teague does drive a white Impala, and she still lives at this residence. Officers reviewed a video of Ms. Teague walking around in the kitchen of the home with a gun in her hand. The video was taken a few days prior. (21-002721)
1410 Mack Smith Road (runaway juvenile):
Catoosa County Sheriff’s Office requested police check the area for a runaway juvenile who was alleged to be on the property in a black Dodge Magnum. Police located the juvenile, and CCSO responded to the scene to take custody of him. (21-002714)
635 Camp Jordan Parkway (property damage):
RCJ Telecom was digging an underground line for Comcast when they struck an unmarked water main. The flooding has caused damage to the rear parking lot of Starbucks and caused a loss of water for Starbucks, Dairy Queen, Jonathan’s and possibly other surrounding businesses. TAWC and ERFD responded. It is unknown when the damage will be repaired. (21-002718)

February 28 – Night Shift
1000 Bass Pro Drive (Harassment 21 002726):
The reporting party stated her ex-boyfriend’s current girlfriend threw clothes at her in the parking lot of Bass Pro Shops.
1000 Bass Pro Drive (Disorder 21-002727):
Daniel Miller was taken into custody for public intoxication after causing a disorder with Bass Pro Shops staff. Miller entered the store extremely intoxicated and demanded the staff allow him to see and potentially purchase a rifle. The staff asked him to leave and he initially refused and began to argue. He began to slowly exit the store while shouting obscenities toward store staff. Officers made contact with Miller in the parking lot where it was very apparent to police he was intoxicated.
5300 Ringgold Rd (Arrest 21-002737):
Robert Henley was taken into custody for public intoxication after he was observed by police dancing around street signs on Ringgold Rd.
411 Dunlap Ave (Assist Other Agency 21-002721):
Pamela Teague was taken into custody on aggravated robbery warrants from an incident that occurred in Chattanooga earlier in the day. She was transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
1417 St Thomas St (Arrest 21-002739, 21-002740):
Michael Hall was taken into custody for possession of a stolen vehicle. He was also found to have multiple warrants through Hamilton County. His passenger Kaitlin Tinker was found to have warrants for theft through Hamilton County. She was transported to the Hamilton County Jail. During the investigation into the stolen vehicle officers made contact with the occupants of room 142 at the Motel 6. Cody Wright was taken into custody for possession of marijuana. Wright also had confirmed warrants through Collegedale.
183 I24 East (Crash/Arrest 21-002741):
Robbeyl Ray was taken into custody for DUI and resisting arrest after a three-car crash on Interstate 24. The intestate had become flooded with approximately 18 inches of standing water. Officers had to close the interstate for approximately 40 minutes to work the crash, remove vehicles from the roadway that were blocking all three lanes, and allow fire personnel to clean drainage grates so water would flow off the roadway.
