The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along” reports provided by the administration.
March 17 Day Shift
6200 Ringgold Road (Taco Bell)- Unconscious Person-
Police arrived and located a black Honda in the drive-through line. The vehicle was occupied by a white female identified as Karissa Graham sitting in the driver’s seat. Upon waking her she was found to have extremely slurred speech and was very slow to respond to officer’s requests to stay awake. EMS arrived and assessed Graham. They cleared her medically and stated they believed she was under the influence of a narcotic. Graham was taken into custody for public intoxication and transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
South Germantown Road @ Gleason Drive- Spill-
Police assisted Fire with a hydraulic fluid spill from a city garbage truck. The right southbound travel lane has been coned off due to the large amount of absorbent still on the roadway.
6408 Ringgold Road (Firehouse Subs)- Alarm-
Police responded and checked the business. It was found a delivery driver had accidently set off the alarm.
1000 Bass Pro Drive (Bass Pro)- Stolen Firearm Recovery-
Police arrived and spoke with store personnel. They advised a Winchester Model 12 shotgun, Serial #1423184 had been in their inventory for quite some time. It is the belief of store personnel the gun was purchased before the Bass Pro/Cabella’s merger. On this date the store attempted to sell the firearm, but the sale was interrupted when store personnel entered the firearm’s serial number into the national sales database and it immediately alerted the gun had been reported stolen. The firearm was recovered from the store and placed into property and evidence. Information on who the firearm was purchased from was not available on this date. NCIC notified police at approximately 1415 hours the firearm could not be confirmed as stolen. It will be returned to Bass Pro.
525 South Saint Marks Avenue- Wellbeing Check-
The caller requested police check on a woman at this address. He advised she and her boyfriend had been involved in a disorder and he feared for her safety. Upon arrival police spoke to the woman. She advised her boyfriend was not home. The boyfriend has been the subject of several SWAT calls.
A short time later police were summoned back to this address by an anonymous caller advising the woman was currently being assaulted by her boyfriend. Upon arrival the woman advised nothing was happening. The boyfriend was still not on scene.

Night Shift
6404 Ringgold Rd (Burger King)/ D.U.I arrest:
Police were called to this location by an employee of Burger King, due to a customer in the drive through that appeared to be intoxicated. Police arrested Christopher Gregg for D.U.I and prohibited weapons and his wife, Nicole Gregg, for DUI (by consent) and possession of schedule V.
4308 S. Terrace, RoterMan/Alarm-Burglar:
Business checked secure.
845 and 851 Donaldson Road / Burglary:
Police received an anonymous complaint that an unknown black male was entering the two duplexes at these addresses. Upon arrival, police check the dwellings locating open doors in both building. In 845, police cleared the left apartment locating a hole in the wall to the right apartment. In the joining bedrooms of the right apartment, police located two inflatable mattresses and clothing. In 851, police located 9 shell casings in the upstairs bedroom where 9 bullet holes were fired into the wall. No suspects were located in either duplex but he RP stated that it was a black male, 5’-7”, early twenties in age, last seen wearing black and red hoodie.
3716 Fountain Avenue / Prowler:
The victim noticed a small light shining through her bathroom window and she exited the shower. As she looked closer, she saw a hand holding a cellphone video recording her taking a shower. She hit the window to scare off the unknown suspect. Police searched the area around the duplex but was unable to locate a suspect. The victim could not provide a description of the suspect.
5300 Anderson Avenue / Domestic Assault:
The victim was struck in the mouth by her husband William Russell after turning on Anderson Avenue from McBrien Road. The couple’s verbal argument escalated to a physical exchange. Police observed the victim’s swollen mouth with blood in the left corner of her mouth. Warrants are pending on William Russell for domestic assault.
