June 05 – Day Shift
6674 Ringgold Road #172 (arrest):
Michael Hall was taken into custody for domestic assault and possession of drug paraphernalia. (21-007911)
6674 Ringgold Road #172 (misdemeanor citation):
Taelor Hall was issued a misdemeanor citation for possession of drug paraphernalia. (21-007910)
728 Frawley Road #914 (theft from vehicle):
The complainant reported an unknown suspect rummaged through his unlocked vehicle overnight and stole his Bersa .380 with a 15-round mag, an AMT .380 with polished barrel and walnut grip, and a .22 caliber nine-shot revolver. The complainant has no serial number information. (21-007918)
1000 Bass Pro Drive (animal call:)
Police were dispatched to the Bass Pro parking lot regarding a dog that was inside a vehicle for an extended period. Police determined the dog was fine, but the driver was cited for illegally parking in a handicap parking spot and driver’s license violation.
4214 Ringgold Road (warrant service):
Capias petition to revoke for violation of temporary order of protection was served to Robert Perkins at Silverdale. (21-007913)

June 05 – Night Shift
4342 US41 (21-007923) Warrant –
Lucas Hayes was arrested on a Hamilton County Session Court warrant
3452 US-41 (21-007927) Overdose –
ERPD responded to an overdose. A male subject passed out while talking to the reporting party. ERPD arrived and administered Narcan to the man, who responded to the Narcan. He was transported by EMS ground.
6900 US41 (21-007933) Pursuit Assist –
HCSO East performed a traffic stop which turned into a high speed pursuit, I-75 South into Georgia and back into Tennessee via west on US-41. ERPD attempted to deploy spike strips, however the pursued vehicle turned north on McBrien Road and out of East Ridge into Chattanooga. ERPD elements were not in the actual pursuit. The vehicle was located unoccupied, at 5000 Anderson Avenue at 00:17 hours (re:21-007948). HCSO responded and impounded the vehicle. The driver was identified by HCSO as Jeremy Gordon based on paperwork found in the vehicle and ERPD charges were filed. The homeowner where the vehicle was abandoned arrived home well after the pursuit had left the area and the vehicle was there at that time. It is unclear, currently, why Gordon returned to East Ridge.
4214 US41 (21-007944) Warrant –
HCSO Eastside arrested Jeffrey Callahan on an East Ridge warrant
5000 Anderson Avenue (21-007947) Warrant –
While investigating another issue, a person fled when ERPD was observed. Although not related to that investigation, Sconda Nicole Teems was arrested on an East Ridge warrant
7609 Standifer Gap Road (21-007951) Warrant –
Gerald Casteel was arrested on an East Ridge warrant

June 06 – Day Shift
6814 Martha Avenue (extra patrol):
Residents requested extra patrol during the night due to their Ring camera recording an unknown person attempting to enter a locked vehicle overnight. (21-007960)
6805 Martha Avenue (extra patrol):
Residents requested extra patrol during the night due to suspicious activities recorded by the neighbor at 6814 Martha Avenue. (21-007968)
1677 Keeble Street (intoxicated male):
Police responded to the area concerning a partially naked male lying on the ground. He had been returned his home address at this location by family, was extremely intoxicated to the point of being unconscious. EMS transported him to Parkridge East. (21-007972)
6515 Ringgold Road (assault):
Police were dispatched to Champy’s because three males were fighting inside the restaurant. Jared Lyness and Sean Stevens, who were both intoxicated, started a disorder with a man who pummeled both of them before leaving without paying his bar tab. Lyness and Stevens were both arrested for public intoxication. Police have no leads on the third man. (21-007982)
1417 St. Thomas Street (arrest):
Brandon Aaron was arrested for possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest. Steven Aaron and Jacqueline Lane were both issued misdemeanor citations for possession of drug paraphernalia. (21-007976)

4100 East Ridge Dr (Arrest 21-007993):
Jeffrey Smith was taken into custody on East Ridge warrants and several warrants through Hamilton County.
6200 Ringgold Rd (Medical Emergency 21-008001):
Police responded to a report of CPR in progress at Taco Bell. Officers arrived and located the patient who was sitting up and alert. She advised police she suffers from a seizure disorder.
4300 Ringgold Rd (AOA Arrest 21-008005):
Deion Brooks was detained on Hamilton County warrants and transported to Silverdale following a traffic stop.
4200 Ringgold Rd (AOA Warrant Arrest):
Maurice Flanigan was detained on Hamilton County warrants and transported to Silverdale following a traffic stop.
4340 Ringgold Rd (Arrest 21-008009):
David Clark was taken into custody for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with evidence and DUI. He was transported to Silverdale for booking.
6519 Ringgold Rd (Disorder 21-008011):
Officers responded to a disorder at the Super 8 where a male party had been locked out of his room by his wife. The two were involved in a domestic incident over the weekend and, he was granted a temporary restraining order against her after she allegedly attempted to stab him. The female subject was taken into custody for violating the order of protection.
5301 Ringgold Rd (Theft 21-008016):
Night shift employees at Walgreens stated a female entered the store shoplifted detergent and diapers for the second night in a row. The vehicle, a silver sedan with front-end damage, was last seen turning north onto McBrien Rd from the parking lot.
5415 Ringgold Rd (Theft in Progress 21-008018):
Officers responded to a reported theft in progress from the coin laundry. The reporting party stated people were breaking into washing machines and dryers and stealing coins. Police made contact with the vehicle in the 5600 block of Ringgold Rd and detained the subjects. John Walling was taken into custody for possession of burglary tools, attempted theft, burglary of a business and vandalism. Kayla Walling was cited for simple possession.
3657 Ringgold Rd (Theft from Vehicle 21-008121):
The reporting party stated his firearm was taken from his vehicle while parked at The Cascade’s Motel. He was clearly intoxicated and did not have serial number information on hand. Initial report is on file and he was advised to call back when he was not impaired and had the proper information.
