Friday June 2: Day Shift
23-006736 – 1400 BLK St Thomas Street -Theft – Police responded to this location in reference to a theft call. Officers determined that prior to being fired a former employee stole approximately $10,000 worth of parts from the business. Warrants are pending for his arrest.
23-006743 -1400 BLK Mack Smith Road – Auto Theft – Police responded in reference to an automobile theft. A 2007 Hyundai SUV was stolen from this location between 0900 and 1100 this date. The vehicle was entered into NCIC.
23-006749 – 1500 BLK McDonald Road – Foot Pursuit / Assist Other Agency – Police responded to this location following Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office ending a vehicle pursuit nearby. At approximately 1325 hours East Ridge Police located the fugitive who was wanted for attempted murder. Following a foot pursuit he was taken into custody by East Ridge Police and turned over to the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Personnel.
23-006738 – 6500 BLK Slater Rd – Found Narcotics – Police responded to this location after the reporting party located a bag of suspected narcotics in the parking lot near this business. On arrival, police collected approximately 1.25 ounces of suspected methamphetamine/fentanyl in a clear, plastic bag. The substance was placed into property and evidence to be destroyed.
23-006755 – 4214 Ringgold Rd – Found Property – A concerned citizen located a wallet at the Apollo Car Wash. Police attempted to contact the owner with a business card left at his residence.
23-006762 – 4214 Ringgold Rd – Warrant Service – A party was served with a Forfeiture Capias for Possession of Controlled Substance while in custody at the jail.
23-006739- 900 BLK Spring Creek Road- Arrest- During a traffic stop a woman was found to be in possession of 3 grams of fentanyl, 1.6 grams of meth, 1.6 grams of mushrooms, and drug paraphernalia. She was taken into custody and transported to Silverdale.
Friday June 2: Night Shift
23-006764 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Warrant Service – Police served a Forfeiture Capias (Possession of Meth) warrant on on a party while he was in custody at Silverdale.
23-006777 – 5300 BLK Ringgold Road – Assist Other Agency – Police responded to the area of South Moore and Ringgold Road to assist Chattanooga PD for a stolen orange Dodge Charger that they were attempting to catch up to. Police conducted a felony stop of the vehicle and the investigation was turned over to CPD.
No Number Assigned – Mcbrien Road @ Ringgold Road – Traffic Stop / Felony Evading – Police attempted to stop a black sedan with a Tennessee Temp Tag improperly displayed and for speeding. Upon approaching the vehicle, it immediately fled. It turned right on Ringgold Road almost colliding with another vehicle and headed west. No tag number or vehicle make could be determined.
23-006775 – 600 BLK Camp Jordan Parkway– Arrest – Following a traffic stop at this location, a man was taken into custody for driving on revoked for DUI. He was also issued traffic citations.
Saturday June 3: Day Shift
23-006808 – 1000 BLK Bass Pro Drive – Arrest – A man was arrested for shoplifting and public intoxication following a call for service at this location. He was transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
23-007694- 7609 Standifer Gap Road- Arrest- A party was served an East Ridge warrant for Alias Capias, Driving on Revoked while in custody at the Hamilton County Jail.
Saturday June 3: Night Shift
23-006811 – 6500 Ringgold Road – Fugitive/AOA – Police arrested a man for a Catoosa County warrant.
23-006810 – 4214 Ringgold Rd – Warrant Service – Police responded to verify warrants on a subject. He was served warrants while in Silverdale for Forfeiture Capias for Driving on Suspended and Failure to Appear for Driving on suspended.
23-006820 – Ringgold Rd @ Tombras Ave – DUI – Police observed a silver Dodge Durango cross the centerline multiple times and at one point almost strike another vehicle. The driver was charged with DUI, driving on revoked for DUI, and implied consent.
23-006830 – 5400 BLK Ringgold Rd – Suspicious Vehicle & Drug Possession – Police observed a suspicious vehicle sitting at the car wash. Police approached the vehicle and contacted the occupants. Upon speaking to the driver, officers could see drug paraphernalia in one party’s pocket. The driver admitted to having drugs inside the vehicle. Police conducted a search of the vehicle and located Fentanyl, Meth, and paraphernalia. Two subjects were charged accordingly.
23-006819 – 1000 BLK Bass Pro Drive – Arrest – Police were patrolling the 6600 block of Ringgold Road when they observed a motorcycle on the roadway with an equipment and registration violation. Police initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle and were able to identify the driver. He was subsequently taken into custody for Driving on a suspended license, Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia uses and activities, Possession of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony, Unlawful possession of a weapon, Poss. for resale (Legend Drugs), Poss. for resale (Fentanyl), Poss. for resale (MDMA), Poss. for resale (MDMA), Poss. for resale (Marijuana).
Sunday June 4: Day Shift
23-006838 – 1400 BLK St Thomas St – Wellbeing Check – Officers responded in reference to a wellbeing check on a 10-month-old child. During the investigation it was determined the mother had outstanding warrants through Hamilton County. She was transported to the jail and the child was left in the custody a friend.
23-006837 – 3800 BLK Ringgold Rd – Check the Well-being – Police responded after a concerned citizen reported a male fell out of a gray Dodge Charger and then re-entered it. Police arrived on scene and contacted three male occupants who advised they were sleeping off the effects of the previous evening’s partying. All parties were checked for wants and were advised to contact someone to pick them up.
Sunday June 4: Night Shift
23-006861 – 5300 BLK Bennett Road – AOA – HCSO requested ERPD check this residence for an assault suspect. Upon arrival, Police attempted contact but were advised by a neighbor that the resident was not at home.
23-006865 – 4200 BLK Bennett Road – AOA – Police were dispatched to this location regarding a residential fire. Police were informed the back deck to the home had caught fire. Upon arrival, the homeowner had put the fire out. ERFD arrived on scene and handled the call.
23-006875 – 4300 BLK Ringgold Road – Alarm – Police were dispatched regarding an audible alarm. Police checked the building and it appeared secure. This alarm has been an ongoing issue.
23-006855 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Civil Matter – Police spoke with the reporting party regarding a coyote that has been running throughout their neighborhood. They were advised to contact TWRA.
23-006860 – 6800 BLK Ringgold Road – Arrest – While investigating a possible theft, a man was found to have a verified warrant out of Hamilton County, TN. He was subsequently taken into custody for his outstanding warrant, and for evading arrest, resisting stop, halt, frisk, and introducing a weapon into a penal institute.
No Case Number Assigned – 6500 BLK Ringgold Road – Citizen Assist – Police contacted a male who was observed walking down Ringgold Road. It was determined the male was attempting to walk home to Dalton, GA from his friend’s house in East Ridge, TN. The male told police he was unsure how to contact a cab due to a language barrier. Police assisted the male in contacting a local cab company who arrived quickly once called to give the male a ride to his home.
23-006863 – 4100 BLK Ringgold Road – Harassment – The complainant reported that an unknown male subject called his restaurant and reported the food had killed his dog. He asked the individual to send him pictures of the food. At that point, the unknown male became irate and said he would come talk to him with a shotgun. The reporting party hung up on the individual and found the caller ID listed the number as UNKNOWN.
23-006876 – 3300 BLK Ringgold Road – Traffic Stop/ DUI Arrest – Police conducted a traffic stop on a blue Hyundai Elantra after the vehicle cut police off while driving. Police noticed multiple open beer containers in the vehicle. Police conducted SFST on the driver. He was placed into custody for DUI and transported to Silverdale without issue.
23-006866 – 4214 Ringgold Rd – Warrant Service – Police responded to Red Bank on a warrant service. The subject had an East Ridge warrant for violation of probation for possession of controlled substance. She was transported by Red Bank PD to Erlanger North Hospital where Police made contact with her and, after medical clearance from the doctors, placed her in custody.
23-006879 – 4214 Ringgold Rd – Warrant Service – CPD was out with a party who had an East Ridge alias capias warrant for driving on revoked, suspended, cancelled. CPD transported the party to Silverdale where the warrant was served.
Monday June 5: Day Shift
23-006882- 500 BLK Notre Dame Avenue- Vehicle Burglary- The caller advised his vehicle had been entered and items were taken. They advised a 2015 GMC Sierra truck was entered without permission by an unknown suspect overnight. He reported $20 taken from his center console along with a Ruger Wrangler .22 caliber revolver. Damage sustained to the passenger door could have been the means to enter the locked doors. No suspect description available.
23-006884- 4200 BLK Greenbriar Road- Vehicle Burglary- The complainant advised her Kia vehicle had been broken into overnight but nothing was taken. The steering column was damaged and some wires were cut. Officers observed the steering column and were able to see damage consistent with her statement. She was unable to provide a suspect description.
23-006886- 500 BLK Sharondale Road- Vehicle Burglary- The complainant advised he had left a grey Nissan Pathfinder and a white Dodge Ram 1500 unlocked on his driveway. He said that a checkbook and a signed check for $350 was taken from the gray Nissan Pathfinder. Also a few quarters and lose one-dollar bills were taken from the white Dodge Ram. Police advised him to contact his bank and have them cancel his checkbooks and accounts. No subjects have been identified at this time.
23-006888- 900 BLK State Line Road- Theft- The caller reported the theft of her patio furniture sometime during the nighttime hours last night. She had no suspect information.
Monday June 5 Night Shift
23-006914 – 4000 BLK Ealy Street – Arrest-Drugs – A man was taken into custody at this location following a traffic stop for a violation of Tennessee’s hands-free law. He was subsequently charged with Driving on license cancelled, suspended, or revoked, Poss. of Sch II, Poss. of Sch IV, and Open container law.
23-006916 – 4000 BLK Bennett Road– Suspicious Person – A citizen notified police of a naked female in a red vehicle at this location. Police located a female in a nude color body suite cleaning up her vehicle.
23-006917 – 800 BLK Belvoir Ter – Domestic Assault – Police arrested a man after he assaulted his mother and stepfather during a disorder.
23-006919 – 600 BLK Camp Jordan Parkway – Arrest-Drugs and Paraphernalia – Police arrived for an intoxicated person in the drive through. Police spoke to the driver and asked her to pull her car over and step out to talked to police. She gave police consent to search her vehicle and during the search, four loaded syringes were found along with drug paraphernalia. She admitted that it was methamphetamine in the syringes. She was placed into custody and charged with possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, and public intoxication.
23-006926 – 3900 BLK Ringgold Road – Assist other Agency-Warrant Service – A man was taken into custody for his outstanding warrants out of Catoosa, Ga. He was transported to Silverdale where he was booked accordingly.
23-006932 – 6100 BLK Ringgold Road – Suspicious Person-Public Intoxication – Police were dispatched to this location regarding a male attempting to break car windows with a hammer. Police made contact with him in the 6200 Block of Ringgold Road. While speaking to him, he advised the police he had used Meth three hours ago. The man was sweating profusely and not able to control himself. He was placed in custody for his safety and the safety of the public.
23-006933 – 500 BLK Anderson Ave – Arrest-Drug and Warrant – Following a traffic stop police arrested a woman on a warrant along with numerous drug violations.
