The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along” reports.
June 25 – Day Shift
22-008948- 6519 Ringgold Road- Overdose/Arrest-
Police were originally dispatched to the Mapco on an overdose. While en route the subject left in a white Ford Taurus and parked at the Super 8 motel. On scene police located the vehicle and spoke to Joshua Dickerson. While speaking with Dickerson it was determined he was under the influence of narcotics. He was taken into custody for DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia and transported to Silverdale without incident.
22-008949- 6401 Ringgold Road- Disorder/Arrest-
Kiara McDaniel was arrested and charged with identity theft, possession of meth and drug paraphernalia following a disorder call at the McDonalds. She was transported to Silverdale without incident.
22-008951- 7609 Standifer Gap Road- Warrant Service-
Tina Quarles was served with an East Ridge warrant at Silverdale.
22-008956- 6514 Ringgold Road- Disorder-
The caller advised an unknown female got into his vehicle and was refusing to get out. On scene police spoke with the caller and identified the female as Jessica McAllister. Police spoke with McAllister, who was making animated gestures and appeared to be in a heightened state of emotion. When asked what happened, she advised she was after the caller because he was a “body-snatcher.” She made numerous incoherent statements of a spiritual and religious nature and did appear to be under the influence of narcotics. She admitted she used Methamphetamine (METH) the night before. She was arrested and charged with public intoxication. She was transported to Silverdale without incident.
22-008961- 3100 blk of Ringgold Road- Check Hazard-
Police were dispatched to a truck stuck in the west bound tunnel. On scene Broomes had to be called due to the truck being stuck. On removal the driver was issued a citation.

June 25 – Night Shift
31 Frawley Rd/ marijuana for resale:
Police responded to calls of a large party in this area involving reckless driving, drug use, and subjects in possession of guns. Upon arrival police made contact with Marcus Fortson. Mr. Fortson was found to be in possession of 1.03 ounces of marijuana. He was subsequently arrested. The remaining subjects left the party. (22-008985)
3657 Ringgold Road / Arrest:
Jawaun Sanders was taken into custody following a knock and talk at this location after being discovered to have active warrants out of Criminal Court for Aggravated Assault.
5080 S Terrace / Disorder:
Police responded to the AMC theater parking lot due to multiple parties possibly fighting in the parking lot. After speaking with witnesses, it was discovered to be a disorder between multiple parties over a female subject getting aggravated at a male subject for going out with another female. A report is on file for the property damage to one of the vehicles.
3600 Parham Dr / Arrest:
Marcus Walton was taken into custody following a traffic stop for two warrants out of Hamilton County.
941 Spring Creek / Arrest:
Justus Edwards was taken into custody after being released from Parkridge East Hospital for an outstanding warrant out of East Ridge.
5700 Roper St / Suspicious Activity:
Police were called after a passerby noticed a small white pickup truck occupied by 3-4 young males checking door handles in the area. Police checked the area, but nothing was located. The car door to a black Acura sedan was observed to be left slightly ajar.
4145 Ringgold Road/Domestic Assault(22-008982)
Aaron Patillo was arrested for domestic assault after assaulting his mother at this residence. Patillo also had a warrant out of Hamilton County for Harassment.
1417 St Thomas St/Drugs (22-008994)
Michaela Dickey was arrested for simple possession of meth and marijuana at this location.

June 26 – Day Shift
22-009005- 1503 McDonald Road- AOA Warrant Service-
While patrolling the parking lot of Waverly Motel police observed a red Jeep SUV bearing TN tag 440BDML parked on the south side of the lot. The tag showed the vehicle was registered to Michael Sneed. After conducting research on Sneed, police learned he had a possible arrest warrant for forgery out of Hamilton County. Later police observed Sneed standing outside his vehicle in the lot. Officers stopped and spoke with him. Dispatch verified his warrant was valid. He was transported to Hamilton County Jail.
22-009014- 1410 Mack Smith Road- Overdose-
Police responded with ERFD and EMS to the Budgetel on a 53-year-old male overdosing on an unknown substance. On scene police stood by while EMS handled the call.

June 26 – Night Shift
1410 Mack Smith Rd/ fugitive arrest:
Police spoke with Iverson McNish, who was loitering across from the Budgetel Inn. He was arrested after police learned he had multiple warrants through sessions court.
800 S Germantown Road / Evading:
Police attempted to make a traffic stop on a bicyclist who was riding southbound in the northbound lanes with no lights attached to the bicycle. The bicyclist began to evade police while continuing to ride southbound in the northbound lanes. The bicyclist was observed to be a male with no shirt, blue shorts, a short afro-style haircut, and a goatee. The male subject then ran between two houses and police lost a visual of him. Officers searched the area but were unable to locate the male subject.
4214 Ringgold Road / Supplement:
CPD officers located a stolen Honda CRV out of East Ridge at 7717 Lee Highway. Kaylon Peterson was taken into custody for the stolen vehicle by CPD.
4222 Ringgold Road / Arrest –
Donielle Porter was arrested at this location following a traffic stop for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm. (22-009042)
3700 Ringgold Road / Arrest –
Brandon Humphrey was arrested at this location following a traffic stop for resisting arrest when advised to put his hands behind his back due to outstanding warrants. Humphrey began to retreat backward advising police “no, I can’t” – police deployed their department issued tasers to gain compliance. Humphrey was taken into custody and transported to Silverdale Detention Center.
639 Camp Jordan Parkway/stolen firearm(22-009019)
Police arrested Gary Walker for being in possession of a stolen firearm after observing short-term traffic into the Budgetel with his vehicle.
5400 block Connell St/Reckless Driver(22-009041)
Police attempted to catch up to a reckless driver on McBrien. The vehicle continued to drive recklessly on Marion. Police lost visual of the vehicle but then located the vehicle at a residence at Connell St. The driver exited the vehicle and fled on foot. The vehicle was towed by Broome’s. Warrants pending further investigation.
