June 23 – Day Shift
1426 S. Moore Road (theft):
The owner of Little Manila Oriental Store reported the theft of a small safe containing $3,000 in cash. A smaller amount of cash was stolen from a filing cabinet. (22-008837)
6519 Ringgold Road (vandalism):
A construction worker at Super 8 saw two youths throw rocks over the fence from Budgetel striking his vehicle resulting in dents on the roof and hood. (22-008843)

June 23 – Night Shift
1600 Springvale Rd (Unconscious Party 22-008881):
Officers responded to reports of an unconscious party in Springvale Park. Police made contact with the man who stated he was merely sleeping under the stars while waiting for friends. He was checked for warrants and sent on his way.
3100 Ringgold Rd (Stolen Tag Recovery 22-008871):
Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with a stolen license plate. The driver was issued a misdemeanor citation for theft of property along with several traffic citations.
4214 Ringgold Rd (Warrant Service 22-008875):
Gene Evans was served on outstanding East Ridge warrants at the Hamilton County Jail.
4222 Ringgold Road (Warrant Service 22-008865):
Following a traffic stop at this location, Sabra Morrison was taken into custody for an active warrant out of Sessions Court. She was also issued multiple citations.
Camp Jordan Park (Drug Arrest 22-008864):
Police arrested Dakota Mathis and his girlfriend Halie Millians for smoking cocaine in Camp Jordan Park near the ball fields. The couple was smoking cocaine within 100 feet of the children’s softball tournament.
I-24 West A.O.A (Assist Other Agency 22-008872):
East Ridge police assisted Chattanooga with a vehicle fire on I-24 west near mile marker 184.

June 24 – Day Shift
22-008886- 6814 Satya Way- Suspicious People-
The caller advised of three males in a pickup truck going door to door in the neighborhood. On scene police checked the area but the males were not located.
22-008890- 4341 Duval Street- Animal Call/AOA-
The caller advised two pit bulls were running the neighborhood. While Animal Control was en route, dispatch advised of a possible disorder at this location. On scene police stood by while the dogs were collected.
22-008895- 3402 Connelly Lane- Suspicious Vehicle-
The caller advised of a suspicious red car driving through the neighborhood. On scene checked the area but the vehicle was not located.
22-008904- 30 I-75 North- Suspicious Person-
The caller advised a female was sitting on the side of the interstate. Before arrival on scene police learned the female was a stranded driver. TDOT handled the call.

June 24 – Night Shift
3208 Ringgold Road / Arrest –
Fitzgerald Morris was taken into custody following a traffic stop for Possession of Schedule VI as well as Unlawful Possession of a Firearm. (22-008924)
6401 Ringgold Road / Arrest –
Tommie Lyons was taken into custody following a traffic stop for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Criminal Impersonation, and Alias Capias- Driving on Revoked, Suspended, or Cancelled. (22-008935/22-008938)
1029 S Seminole Dr/Evading(22-008923)
Police observed short-term traffic on a white motorcycle with an unreadable tag mounted on the swingarm. The driver was a male with a white helmet wearing a jersey with the number 33 on the back. The motorcycle fled from police north on S Germantown at a high rate of speed.
1600 block Keeble St/Mental Health(22-008927)
Police responded to the address for a mental health call. Police spoke with a woman, who stated that she trapped a male in her office who had been hacking her phone and was part of a murder plot. Police did not locate any persons but located several firearms with easy access. Her husband allowed police to place the firearms in property for safe keeping while he was out of town. Three pistols and a rifle were placed into property and evidence.
5408 Ringgold Road/DUI(22-008944)
Miguel Perez Velazquez was arrested for DUI at this location following a suspicious vehicle sitting in the parking lot of the Valero.
4300 Ringgold Road / Traffic-Arrest:
Roy Vincent Robinson was arrested for Driving While License Suspended. Robinson’s license is suspended due to multiple Failure to Appears. 22-008943
3400 Bennett Road (Fraud 22-008929):
Donald McDougal was taken into custody following a traffic stop at this location after being discovered to be in possession of meth and a large amount of drug paraphernalia.
