1524 McBrien Road- Improperly Parked Vehicle- (21-008303)
The caller advised her neighbor is having a yard sale and the patrons’ vehicles are blocking her driveway. On arrival police advised the neighbor to have people move their vehicles.

5406 Clemons Rd / Theft (21-008314):
The resident advised that his new Craftsman push mower was stolen between 0800 hours and 1330 hours on this date. There is no suspect information.
5320 Reneau Way / Theft from vehicle: (21-008319)
The resident reported a vehicle burglary from Wednesday, June 9th. He stated while he was out of town, someone gained entry into his Dodge Ram and stole a Smith & Wesson Bodyguard .380. The vehicle was left unlocked, and the resident doesn’t currently have the serial number for the gun. Report on file.

AOA warrant Service: Danny Elrod was arrested on warrants following a traffic stop at this location.
4214 Ringgold Road / Warrant service: (21-008334)
David Cosby was taken into custody for East Ridge Warrants at the Hamilton County Jail.
6720 Ringgold Road, Best Western / Theft of Automobile Parts-Accessories: (21-008316)
The complainant parked his 1997 Chevrolet Silverado at the back of said hotel while on a bus tour. When he returned, person(s) unknown stole the catalytic converter(s) off his truck.

The complainant parked his 2018 Chevrolet Colorado at the back of said hotel while on a bus tour. When he returned, person(s) unknown stole the catalytic converter(s) off his truck.
730 Germantown Circle,/ Domestic Assault: (21-008315)
The complainant contacted police to report that her ex-boyfriend, Steven Wilson, showed up at her apartment without invitation. He entered her apartment in an angered state of mind which escalated to a physical altercation. She stated that he struck her, chased her through the apartment, and yanked her down to the floor while she carried their infant child in her arms. He exited the apartment when she threatened to call police but then climbed the outside of the building onto her balcony. She left with her child when her sister arrived. Police located Wilson walking South on Germantown Circle. He stumbled as he walked and when questioned by police, an odor of alcohol was emitted from his breath. Police instructed him several times to turn around and place his hands behind his back. He refused to comply, and police deployed a taser to gain compliance and take him into custody. After gaining medical clearance from Parkridge East, he was transported to Silverdale. Wilson was charged with Domestic Assault, Aggravated Burglary, Public Intoxication, and Resisting Arrest.
3400 Gail Dr. – Domestic Assault (21-08338)
Police were clearing a traffic stop at 3300 Ringgold Road when police were approached by two vehicles. An investigation revealed an assault had taken place at 3400 Gail Drive between the parties in the two vehicles, and the victim was fleeing from the suspect. Cameron Simpson was arrested for domestic assault and transported to jail.
6514 Ringgold Rd / Traffic Arrest:
Robert Grisham was taken into custody for DUI and possession of methamphetamine following a traffic stop at this location. Latona Bates (passenger) was issued a misdemeanor citation for simple possession of narcotics. 21-008331

Junior Beck was served several East Ridge warrants at new 601.
1410 Mack Smith Road (Budgetel)- DOA- (21-008348)
A man was found dead by motel staff this morning. He was severely decomposed. CID and the ME were contacted and responded. The body was transported to the forensics center.
21-000264- Warrant Service-
Suzanne Ramey was served an East Ridge warrant at new 601.
3725 Fountain Avenue- Animal Call-
The caller advised of two aggressive pit bull dogs running loose on the property. Animal control was notified and requested police attempt to locate the animals. On arrival the dogs were not located. Later in the shift police were sent back on the same two dogs. This caller advised the dogs had been abandoned by their owners. Animal control responded and took the dogs.

June 13 – Night Shift
6700 Ringgold Road/ Assault in Progress: (21-008364)
Police responded to Motel 6 looking for an assault suspect that fled from the front of Quality Inn. The suspect, Michael Hall, punched the victim, Taffani Walters, in the mouth and ran. The victim claimed to be the suspects wife who is currently under TPO from domestic violence incident that occurred on June 9th. Michael Hall was found hiding in a car’s backseat in the back parking lot of Motel 6. Hall resisted when police attempted to take him into custody. Taffani Walters refused to cooperate with police once her identity was confirmed and refused to press charges for assault. Hall was arrested for Aggravated Criminal Trespass, Evading Arrest, and Resisting Arrest. Warrants are pending on Tafffani Walters for Criminal Impersonation and False Report.
4214 Ringgold Road / Warrant Service: (21-008377)
James Eggemeyer was served with four East Ridge forfeiture capias warrants at the jail.
1000 S Seminole Drive / Misdemeanor Citation: (21-008375)
Savannah Ramsey was issued a misdemeanor citation in lieu of arrest for simple possession of marijuana during a traffic stop at this location.
