Day Shift June 13
23-007261- 3600 BLK Ringgold Rd.- Domestic Assault/ Theft – The victim reported that she and the suspect had stayed in the motel room together last night. She stated they began arguing this morning and he walked out of the room. She stated she then locked the dead bolt and went back to sleep. The suspect returned and attempted to get back into the room. The victim refused to open the door and the suspect kicked it open, busting the frame of the door and entered the room. She alleged at that point he jumped on the bed where she was and began striking her about her body with closed fists. She stated she was able to get him off her and he fled taking her cell phone with him. The suspect was mirandized on scene and questioned about the incident. He was taken into custody and transported to Silverdale.
23-007279- 3600 BLK Shirl Jo – Disorder – Police were dispatched to this location for disorder. Police spoke with one party who stated she and the suspect had been arguing and he locked her out. She stated he possibly had warrants for his arrest. Warrants through Hamilton County were verified, however the party fled through the rear door or the residence. Police searched the area but were unable to locate him.
23-007281 3600 BLK Shirl Jo – Domestic Assault – Police were dispatched to this location on an assault in progress involving the same parties. The caller stated the victim had been thrown down to the ground and was being beaten. While police were enroute it was advised that he had fled southbound on John Ross in a dark colored SUV. Police were able to catch up to the SUV which stopped for police at Clayton Avenue and Sunrise. The man fled from the vehicle into a heavily wooded area. Warrants for Domestic Assault and Evading Arrest will be sought.
Night Shift June 8
23-007284 – 700 BLK South Lovell Street – Burglary/Trespass – Reporting party stated two males entered a home he was renovating at approximately 0924 hours. RP was not on scene at the time. One of the suspects found a garage door opener hidden in a car port and used to gain access to the house. The suspects appeared to be looking for someone and did not take anything from the property. RP provided pictures and video for the incident.
23-007293 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Warrant Service – Police served a Petition to Revoke (Possession of SCH II for Resale) warrant on a male party while he was in custody at Silverdale.
23-007291 – 5800 BLK Ringgold Road – Disorder – Police responded to a disorder between two males fighting over a female. The parties involved were mutual combatants and requested not to press charges. All parties were separated with no further incident.
23-007294 – 300 BLK Camp Jordan Parkway – Disorder – Police responded to field #9 in Camp Jordan Park regarding a domestic disorder. Dispute was determined to be verbal only. Parties were separated with no further incident.
23-0077298 – 6300 BLK Ringgold Road – Arrest – Police responded regarding an intoxicated person. The driver was falling asleep at the wheel in the drive-thru. Police performed field sobriety tests and determined the driver was intoxicated. Police discovered multiple narcotics in his vehicle including 7.9 grams fentanyl, 1.7 grams of methamphetamine, 2 pills MDMA, 2 pills ecstasy, $449, and electronic scale with drug residue. His car was towed and he was transported to Hamilton County Jail without further incident.
