The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports.”
July 01– Day Shift
21-009295- 4143 Ringgold Road- Auto Theft-
The complainant reported sometime between the hours of 2330 on June 30 and 1000 hours on July 1 his 2006 Toyota Tacoma was taken from the front of the businesses complex by an unknown suspect. The complainant explained he left his car unlocked with the keys in the glove compartment in the lot. He is missing approximately $200-$300 in cash, Tennessee Valley Debit Card (unknown number), and his Tennessee driver’s license. Complainant went on to say that his truck was lifted on aftermarket tires and had the words “Dirty Money” on a decal across the top of the front windshield in red. The vehicle was entered as stolen in NCIC.

July 01 –Night Shift
1600 Keeble St/Evading(21-009333):
Police attempted to stop a silver Toyota Camry with a TN Temp tag in the 1600 block of Keeble St. The vehicle evaded the traffic stop but immediately turned down a dead-end road into Georgia. Police notified Catoosa and observed the vehicle enter a driveway at a residence and flee on foot. The male was identified by his mother who resides at that location. Eric Vaughn will have warrants for evading and a full extradition out of Virginia.
610 Stimpson Dr/Drugs(21-009341):
Rodney Bates was arrested during a traffic stop for cocaine, marijuana and Roxicodone for resale. Police also located 86 checks totaling $20,000 in possible stolen checks. CPD was notified about the property.

July 02 – Day Shift
1517 Waterhouse Street (theft):
Complainant contacted police after her grandson’s bicycle was stolen at Springvale Park. The bike is aqua blue and a Next brand 24“ boys bike. The bike was sitting along the trail while the boy had walked away from it for a few minutes. (21-009365)
1107 Spring Creek Road (suspicious person):
A passing motorist observed a female lying on the side of the street next to Spring Creek Elementary. Police arrived and woke Lindsey S. She advised EMS, Fire and Police she was just stopping to rest and didn’t need anyone’s help. She continued on into Chattanooga. (21-009377)
5301 Ringgold Road (arrest):
Michael Robinson was arrested at Walgreen’s for public intoxication. (21-009360)
1410 Mack Smith Road (warrant service):
Natalie Harris was taken into custody on two East Ridge warrants. (21-009213)
5301 Ringgold Road (well-being check):
police responded to a female who had been sitting by the Walgreen’s dumpster for an extended amount of time. Angelica J. stated she was fine and requested a ride to the community kitchen where she was taken. (21-009376)

July 02 – Night Shift
100 I75 S (Disorder With Weapon 21-009389):
The reporting party stated a male in a silver Acura pointed a handgun at him during a road-rage incident on the interstate. The Acura continued into GA.
7012 Mooreview Rd (21-009390):
The reporting party stated her boyfriend, Lance Baker, had changed the locks on their apartment to keep her from entering the residence. She also stated she had been repeatedly assaulted by him. Lance Baker was found to have active warrants out of Collegedale. Baker was located later in the evening and taken into custody for domestic assault.
6116 Ringgold Rd (Arrest 21-009409):
Patrick Elliott was taken into custody for public intoxication after officers observed him demonstrating bizarre behavior in the parking lot of a closed business.
1503 McDonald Rd (Suspicious Activity/Arrest 21-009411):
Police responded to reports of a party in room 108 receiving a shipment of heroin. Officers made contact with a male and Amber Santora. The man denied any narcotic activity but stated he had been assaulted and sprayed with pepper spray by a male subject for no reason. Santora was found to have warrants through East Ridge and Hamilton County. She was transported to the jail. The suspect in the assault of the male was identified as Blake Lewis. Warrants are pending for his arrest.
July 03 – Day Shift
728 Frawley Road (disorder):
management at Ridge Pointe Apartments observed a young couple in a heated verbal disorder while sitting in a truck on the parking lot. Police made contact with Nathan and Megan Lawson. The two were instructed to leave the property. (21-009431)
42 Frawley Road (animal call):
the resident at this location called police after observing a racoon, which had been lying in the yard, walk into the roadway before climbing a tree. (no number)
Sunnyfield Lane at Ringgold Road (medical):
a male subject waved down police due to severe asthma attack as he was having while standing at the intersection. He was transported to Park Ridge East. (21-009438)
6504 Ringgold Road (arrest):
Lindsey Shaw was taken into custody for public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia after police received calls about her undressing on the side of the road. (21-009423)
717 Shady Drive (FI):
police conducted an FI on a male subject after being called to this location for a well-being check. The man was transported by EMS to Parkridge main. (21-009421)
1100 Spring Creek Road (misdemeanor cite):
Gerald Anthony McCabe, 2nd was issued a misdemeanor citation for driving on revoked following a traffic stop at this location. 21-009434
323 Camp Jordan Parkway (warrant service):
Russell Steele was taken into custody for multiple county warrants. (21-009437)
974 McBrien Road (harassment):
Justin Whaley called police asking for an extra watch on the property after Derek England, who has been told to stay off the property, stated he would be returning during the night. (21-009442)
4214 Ringgold Road (warrant service):
Robert Owens Jr. was arrested on forfeiture capias warrants at Silverdale. (21-009422)
4214 Ringgold Road (warrant service):
Danielle Bates was arrested on an alias capias warrant at Silverdale. (21-009426)
941 Spring Creek Road (vandalism):
Joshua Lawson, who was at the hospital on a CON, damaged the hospital’s door and person’s vehicle as he attempted to flee detainment. He was arrested on disorderly conduct and two counts of vandalism. (21-009435)
7012 Moreview Road Apt. B (disorder):
Micheala Moore called police fearing two of her ex-boyfriend’s male friends were knocking on her door. It was determined the two men were there to collect building materials for a construction project and had no affiliation with her ex-boyfriend. (21-009429)

Numerous Noise Complaint/Fireworks Calls
1545 Burns Ave (Arrest 21-009450):
Claude Troxell was taken into custody for public intoxication after he was located lying face down on the side of Burns Ave.
974 McBrien Rd (Harassment 21-009455):
Warrants were obtained for the arrest of Derek England. England has been asked numerous times by his ex-girlfriend to cease contact but he continues to make threatening calls and send text messages.
5707 Ringgold Rd (Arrest 21-009456):
Officers responded to reports of an unconscious party on the sidewalk at Dollar General. Police made contact with a highly intoxicated Donald Smith. Smith was taken into custody for public intoxication.
1600 Mack Smith Rd (Evading 21-009457):
Officers attempted to stop a red Dodge Dart traveling south in the 1600 block of Mack Smith Rd. The vehicle accelerated and fled police efforts to stop the car. Officers terminated all attempts to stop the vehicle and allowed it to flee the area per department policy.
5320 Clemmons Rd (Assist Fire 21-009461):
Officers responded with fire personnel on a dumpster fire. ERFD extinguished the fire quickly and returned to service.
1600 Castleberry Ave (DUI 21-009468):
Jose Orellana was taken into custody for DUI and driving without a license.. Orellana also had an active warrant through Immigration Services.
3657 Ringgold Rd (AOA Warrant Arrests 21-009470):
Mariana Gravitt and Marina Gravitt were both detained during a traffic stop on warrants from other jurisdictions. During an inventory of the vehicle officers located methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Both parties were charged accordingly. Marina Gravitt was also charged with driving without a license.
4222 Ringgold Rd (DUI 21-009478):
Jody Grant pulled into the Speedway and drew attention to herself by yelling at officers across the parking lot. Grant appeared to be impaired. Police made contact with Grant as she was attempting to drive from the lot. Grant ignored multiple officer directives and had to be removed from the vehicle. She was taken into custody for DUI, implied consent law and resisting arrest.
4300 Ringgold Rd (DUI 21-009479):
Brittany Rogers was taken into custody for DUI during a traffic stop.
