Day Shift July 20
23-009102 – 1517 Tombras Ave -Warrant Service – A warrant for violation of no contact order was sought for after he returned to a residence on S. Seminole Dr on 07/18/2023, following his appearance in court on that date.
23-009105 – 700 BLK Belvoir Ave – Found Property – A set of keys were located near this address. The finder of the keys made a post about locating the keys on Facebook and at this time they are in the front office of the PD, in case the owner attempts to pick them up.
23-009106 – 5800 BLK Lee Hwy – Warrant Service – CPD contacted a man at this location and upon verifying his information, it was found he had a valid East Ridge warrant for Theft. CPD requested ERPD to their location to transport the party to the Hamilton County Jail, which was completed without incident.
23-009099-5700 BLK Ringgold Road- Property Damage- Officers were dispatched for property damage to a fence in the car lot. Police observed three boards from the fence had been moved so employees wanted a report for documentation. Employees also asked for extra patrol of the property due to homeless individuals coming onto the property and sleeping inside unlocked vehicles.
23-009100 – 1400 BLK Sewanee Drive – Aggravated Burglary – Sometime the evening prior, party(s) unknown entered this residence and stole two semi-automatic firearms in a locked red case from a bedroom closet.
Night Shift July 20
23-009125 – 300 BLK Dunlap Avenue – AOA / Drug Arrest – Chattanooga PD was in pursuit of an Aggravated Assault suspect in a stolen 2023 Toyota Camry. The suspect ditched the Camry in Chattanooga and jumped into the rear seat of a black Acura driven by a known associate. Chattanooga PD began pursuing the black Acura and lost visual of the vehicle around Brainerd Road and South Seminole Drive. East Ridge Police found the vehicle at the apartment complex shortly after. Both drivers of the Toyota Camry and the black Acura were taken into custody by the Chattanooga Police Department and charged accordingly. East Ridge Police executed a search warrant for the vehicle and the apartment where the suspects were found. ERPD arrested a party for possession of schedule I for resale, possession of marijuana for resale, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Several firearms were also seized.
23-009126 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Warrant Service – A man was served with an Alias Capias (Driving on Revoked) warrant while he was in custody at the Hamilton County Jail. ($3,000.00 Bond).
23-009123 – 900 BLK South Seminole Drive – Shots Fired – Upon responding to a shots fired call, officers located a juvenile male in possession of an illegal firearm. The juvenile was arrested and charged accordingly.
21-010709- 4214 Ringgold Road – Warrant Service – Police served an arrest warrant on a woman for theft while she was already at Hamilton County Jail.
23-009113 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Warrant Service – Police served an arrest warrant on a man for PTR (possessing a handgun while under the influence) while he was already at Hamilton County Jail.
23-009137 – 6100 BLK Ringgold Road – Suspicious Activity – Police responded to this location regarding a vehicle parked in front of the warehouse receiving gate. Police contacted the male and determined he had pulled over to take a quick nap before continuing his drive home.
