The following information was compiled from “pass along reports” provided by ERPD.
July 17 – Day Shift
3805 Ringgold Road (suspicious person):
Police were called to the area of Amigo’s concerning a man looking into vehicles. Contact was made with Franklin Shropshire who was arrested on a Hamilton County warrant. (21-010199)
3600 Ringgold Road (field interview):
Police conducted a field interview on a woman who is currently staying at the Cascades Motel after she said offensive things to church members hosting a local lemonade stand. (21-010202)
5301 Ringgold Road (driving on revoked):
Acquanetta Reynolds was arrested for driving on revoked for DUI following a traffic stop at this location. (21-010196)
620 Brookfield Avenue (aggravated domestic assault):
Oliver Spence Jr. was arrested for aggravated domestic assault after threatening his wife with a knife while drunk and angry. (21-010191)

July 17 – Night Shift
1514 McDonald Rd (Animal Call 21-010208):
The reporting party stated there was a large snake in her laundry room and her dog was missing. The serpent had slithered away prior to police arriving. The family dog was found safe in the residence.
3600 Ringgold Rd (Suspicious Person 21-010209):
Police were notified of a male party with an umbrella jumping into traffic on Ringgold Rd. He was located, checked for warrants and told to stay out of the road.
4300 Ringgold Rd (AOA Warrant Arrest 21-01210):
Justin Clayton was detained on warrants through Catoosa County during a traffic stop. He was transported to Silverdale.
631 Camp Jordan Pkwy (Disorder/Arrest 21-01212):
Police were dispatched to a disorder and possible assault at Jonathan’s Grill. Officers arrived and located a very intoxicated Douglas Nichols in the parking lot. Nichols had been in a verbal disorder in the restaurant and then attempted to leave. He was prevented from driving from the restaurant by other patrons. He was taken into custody for public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
1500 McDonald Rd (Animal Call 21-01214):
Police responded to reports of a pig running loose in the area. The animal was not located by officers.
1015 S Seminole Dr (DUI 21-01218):
Alfredo Gusman Perez was taken into custody for DUI and failure to maintain lane. He was additionally charged with resisting arrest and evading after pulling away from the arresting officer and attempting to flee on foot while in handcuffs.
728 Frawley Rd (Assault 21-01224):
Officers responded to an assault in progress in the parking lot of the apartment complex. Police received multiple complaints stating a male with blue hair was choking a female. When officers arrived they made contact with a male and a female. Both stated there had been no physical contact but they had been involved in an alcohol infused verbal argument. There was no evidence an assault had occurred.
I 75S East Ridge/Catoosa (Assist Other 21-01225):
A party who had been shot at during a child custody exchange in Chattanooga was chasing and being chased by the suspects on the interstate coming into East Ridge. Officers were able to locate the victim and suspect vehicles just inside Catoosa County on I75. Catoosa County Deputies detained multiple parties and secured several firearms. Chattanooga PD responded to conduct their investigation.

July 18 – Day Shift
1636 S. Seminole Drive (vandalism):
The complainant reported her car being shot with a paintball gun sometime last night. There is no suspect information available. (21-010238)
4000 Bennett Road (arrest):
George Jones was arrested during a traffic stop for driving with a Florida DL indefinitely cancelled for DUI. (21-010239)

July 18 – Night Shift
1706 Keeble St (Arrest 21-010260):
Police responded to Sunny’s Market where a hysterical female was screaming someone was chasing her and attempting to kill her. When officers arrived, Brandy Heath stated the individual chasing her had jumped onto the roof of the convenience store. It was very apparent to police that Heath was under the influence of a narcotic. Officers attempted to detain Heath and she became combative with officers, pulling away and kicking them. She was tased by two separate officers to assist in her detention. She was transported to Silverdale and charged with resisting arrest, assault on police and public intoxication.
1706 Keeble St (Unconscious Party 21-010263):
The reporting party stated a male party was unconscious on the side of Sunny’s Market. Officers located the party and awakened him. Martin Achi was taken into custody for public intoxication and transported to Silverdale.
