Day Shift July 14
23-008808 – 1200 BLK E. Main St – Warrant Service – A woman was arrested at Hamilton County Child Support Court for an active East Ridge warrant. She was subsequently transported to jail without incident.
23-008802 700 BLK Belvoir Ave Stolen Vehicle – ERPD responded to a vehicle blocking both lanes of traffic on Belvoir Ave. The car was found to have been stolen minutes before in Chattanooga. CPD was actively looking for the vehicle and responded to the scene.
Night Shift July 14
23-008853 – Ringgold Road @ Wimberly Lane – AOA – Officers arrested a man for active Hamilton County warrants. He was subsequently taken to jail without further incident.
23-008855 – 1700 BLK Small Street – AOA – During a call for service, a woman was taken into custody for her warrants out of the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office.
23-008835 – 5400 BLK Ringgold Rd – Drug Arrest – Police observed a male running across the road causing cars to avoid him. He advised he had marijuana and a pipe inside his bags. A search revealed the marijuana roaches, pipe, 12 syringes, and .9 grams of Methamphetamine.
Day Shift July 15
No Number Needed – S. Moore Rd @ Maryland Dr – Traffic Stop/LPR Hit – Police conducted a traffic stop at this location for a brake light violation on a green Ford Taurus after receiving an LPR notification advising the vehicle was associated with a Homicide. Upon contact with the driver, she advised the vehicle had already been processed and she was in contact with the investigator from CPD. The party was sent on her way.
23-008856 300 BLK Camp Jordan Parkway Public Intoxication – ERPD responded to 300 Camp Jordan Parkway on reports of a male cursing, yelling, and kicking a soda machine. He was arrested for Public Intoxication.
23-008860 6600 BLK Ringgold Rd.- Domestic Assault- The complainant was staying here with her boyfriend. She stated he started an argument with her which quickly became physical with him striking her in the face and neck. He left prior to police arrival. She was checked by EMS but refused transport. Warrants will be sought.
23-008863-5700 BLK Ringgold Road- Arrest- A man was arrested at this location for DUI and implied consent after trying to go through the car wash the wrong way.
Night Shift July 15
23-008877 – 200 BLK Eads Street– Warrant Service – Officers served out of state warrants on a party.
23-008898 – 5300 BLK Ringgold Road. – Traffic Stop / Arrest – A man was arrested at this location for possession of methamphetamine.
23-008880 – 1500 BLK Prigmore Road – DUI – Police observed a vehicle fail to maintain their lane multiple times. Upon the driver going into oncoming traffic a traffic stop was conducted. The driver was arrested for DUI.
23-008896 – McBrien Road @ Lazard Street – Warrant Service – Police stopped a Blue Blazer without registration. The driver was taken into custody for a warrant out of Hamilton County for Theft of Property.
No case number attached – 700 BLK Germantown Circle -Park and Walk – During a park and walk police found a white Ford Taurus parked in the apartment complex. Police had prior knowledge that this same vehicle had fled from Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office the day prior. The vehicles owner had verified warrants out of Hamilton County Sessions Court for theft. He was later found in his apartment and taken into custody by the Sheriff’s Office.
23-008874 – 1500 BLK Cora Drive – Aggravated Domestic Assault – Police responded to a Disorder with a Weapon complaint and found that a party made verbal threats toward his father while brandishing a kitchen knife. The incident was witnessed by several parties. The suspect was arrested, charged with Aggravated Assault, and transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
23-008875 – 6500 BLK Ringgold Road – DUI Arrest – Police responded to this location regarding a vehicle that had been stopped by the public regarding reckless driving. The driver was subsequently taken into custody for License requirement, Reckless Driving, Driving under the influence, Open container law, and Implied consent.
Day Shift July 16
23-008923 – 700 BLK Bacon Trail – Assist Other Agency – Police responded to the area of Wiley Ave on report of a hit run suspect who fled the area of South Terrace. Officers located the suspect vehicle, and a short time later located the suspect. He was detained and the vehicle secured for CPD.
23-008925 – 100 BLK Windmere Dr – Arrest – A party struck several vehicles in Chattanooga and then pulled into Ridgeside. She was taken into custody after a brief struggle with an East Ridge Officer. She will be charged through Hamilton County Sessions Court for DUI, Resisting Arrest, Driving While Revoked, Failure to Surrender Her License, No Proof of Insurance and Open Container Violation. She was transported by EMS, so warrants are being sought.
23-008904- 4200 BLK Ringgold Road- Arrest- A man was taken into custody for driving under the influence following a traffic stop at this location.
23-008909 – 5300 BLK Clemons Rd – Vehicle Burglary – The caller reported an unknown suspect entered her vehicle sometime during the night and damaged the steering column of her 2018 Kia Sportage. The complainant advised approximately $8 was taken from the vehicle. No suspect information at this time, however, the complainant advised there are several parties that loiter in the parking lot during the evening hours.
Night Shift July 16
23-008934 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Warrant Service – A woman was served with an Alias Capias (Driving on Revoked) warrant out of East Ridge while she was in custody at Silverdale.
23-008930 – 5511 Ringgold Road – Disorder – Police observed two people in a loud verbal argument in front of a business. Police intervened before the situation escalated to a physical confrontation. Police determined the couple were homeless and arguing over financial issues. The two individuals agreed to separate for the evening and left on bicycles traveling in opposite directions on Ringgold Road.
23-008931 – 3900 BLK Ringgold Road – Suspicious vehicle / Arrest – Police responded to the area for a vehicle which had struck a mailbox. The van was located at the gas station and police contacted the driver. He stated others were driving and he just got to the vehicle. He was arrested for Public Intoxication.

23-008568 – 3900 BLK Ringgold Road—Property – Officers responded to this location after the reporting party observed a phone in the roadway. The phone was recovered by officers and submitted into property for safekeeping.
23-008988 – 4200 BLK Ringgold Road—Traffic Stop – Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with an improperly displayed license plate. The driver was listed as a missing person and removed from NCIC. While identifying the four other occupants in the vehicle officers received a report of a robbery (23-008989). Upon further investigation, one of the occupants in the vehicle was found to have made a false report and provided a false social security number to police during the stop. Warrants are currently being sought for her regarding the incident.
23-008989 – 3500 BLK Ringgold Road – Burglary in Progress – Units were sent to the Walgreens for a burglary, but it was determined to be unfounded. The caller was one of the occupants of the traffic stop from 23-008988.
23-008990 – 900 BLK Spring Creek Road – Found Narcotics – Police are seeking warrants after security officers found fentanyl and drug paraphernalia in a woman’s purse.
