The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports.”
Jan. 4 Day Shift
500 blk of Wando Drive- Abandoned Vehicle-
The caller advised of a black ford in the roadway blocking driveways. On arrival the vehicle was located and appeared to be severely damaged. The vehicle was registered to an address in Chattanooga. It was towed by Broomes.
846 Belvoir Terrace- Property Damage-
Upon arrival police spoke with the complainant. He advised someone had shot at the rear bumper area of his 2001 Jeep within the last week. Police did observe markings on the rear hatch area consistent with a shotgun blast. There is no suspect info. Possibly could have occurred sometime on New Year’s Eve.
5001 Fike Drive- AOA-
Police responded with code enforcement to assist in the removal of an abandoned vehicle on the condemned property. Broome’s responded and removed the vehicle.
3222 Gleason Drive (Ridgeview Point)- Stolen Vehicle Recovery-
Police received a call from Brown’s Towing regarding a possible stolen vehicle at this location. On arrival police located a blue Mitsubishi Outlander. It did confirm stolen out of Chattanooga. The vehicle was towed by Broome’s and removed from NCIC.
Ringgold Road @ Spring Creek Road- Citizen Assist-
A passerby advised of a vehicle stalled in the intersection. On arrival the vehicle was gone.

Night Shift
6600 Ringgold Road / Evading Arrest:
Police attempted to perform a traffic stop at this location on one white and one black Suzuki motorcycle at this location for racing. Both motorcycles fled from Police at a high rate of speed onto Interstate 75 North. Police deactivated emergency equipment to allow both motorcycles to escape from Police safely.
2400 Westside Drive / Arrest:
John Doe (Leocardio Juarez) was taken into custody for driving without a license after Police were unable to positively identify him.
3500 Claremont Ave / Arrest:
Maurice Thurman was taken into custody for possession of crack cocaine, tampering with evidence, and aggravated child endangerment following a traffic stop at this location.
4300 Ringgold Road/Driving on suspended:
Richard Fitzpatrick was issued a misdemeanor citation in lieu of arrest for driving on suspended. Mr. Fitzpatrick is on probation out of GA for driving on suspended.
3423 Shadowlawn Dr/Domestic Assault:
Jeremy Leanhart was arrested for domestic assault, interference with 911 calls, and child endangerment following a domestic dispute at this location.
707 S Germantown Road/Suspicious Activity:
While doing a business check at Action Church, police located three juveniles in the back lot. The three juveniles ran towards Maple Lane. Police located and detained one juvenile who stated they were meeting up to make videos. The female was transported to her residence on Marley Way and returned to her guardian.
5301 Ringgold Road / Warrant Service:
Nancy Rountree, a passenger in the Chevrolet pickup involved in the MVC, had an outstanding warrant for Petition to Revoke: DUI. She was taken into custody and transported to Hamilton County Jail.
4214 Ringgold Road / Warrant Service:
An Alias Capias warrant for driving on a suspended license was served on Quacey Ford.
Jan. 5 Day Shift
1517 Tombras Avenue- Warrant Service-
Rebecca Ward was arrested on an outstanding Alias Capias for Possession of Meth while she was East Ridge City Court. She was taken into custody and transported to the Hamilton County Jail without incident.
639 Camp Jordan Parkway (Chick Fil A)- Panhandler-
The caller advised of a white male stopping cars on the lot a asking for money. Upon arrival police the male was advised to move along.
1509 Tombras Avenue (Pioneer Frontier)- Animal Call-
The caller advised of a brown dog, chasing children in the park. On arrival the dog was located with its owners. They were advised to not let the dog run wild in the park. The dog owners left the area.
3100 blk of Ringgold Road (Tunnels)- Traffic Control-
A passerby advised of an eighteen-wheeler stuck in the west bound tunnel. On arrival the truck was gone.

Night Shift
8395 Hickory Valley Road / Warrant Service:
Terry Stanley was taken into custody for valid East Ridge City Court Warrants at this location and transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
I-75N exit 1A / Arrest:
Ashley Smith was taken into custody at this location for a valid Stalking warrant through East Ridge City Court and transported to the Hamilton County Jail with no issue. Conditions of release were served to the victim.
6519 Ringgold Road / Suspicious Vehicle:
Tamika Stalling was issued a misdemeanor citation for possession of drug paraphernalia after Police were called to the Super 8 due to a truck being parked in the back of the lot for an extended period of time.
6521 Ringgold Road/Public Intoxication:
Michael Williams was arrested at this location for public intoxication.
4348 Ringgold Road (Sonic) / Suspicious Activity:
Police arrested Travis Clay Allen for suspicion of DUI. During the search of his vehicle, Police found a small piece of aluminum foil with a small chip of an unknown pill that had been melted down for consumption. A search warrant was obtained, and blood was drawn for toxicology testing. Police transported to Hamilton County Jail.
3500 Mimbro Lane/DUI 2nd Offense:
Ricky Perkins was arrested for possession of meth and driving under the influence 2nd offense.
