The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along” reports.
January 01– Day Shift
409 Alice Drive-Domestic Disorder/Assault/Narcotics-
The complainant called to report being assaulted by his girlfriend Sarah Prather. He advised during their latest argument she became enraged and destroyed the inside of their residence. She also punched a windowpane and cut herself. Upon police arrival entry into the residence had to be forced due to Prather locking the doors. She was located in the bedroom, covered in blood, with a substantial laceration to her arm. She was transported to Parkridge East for treatment. Upon her release she was arrested and transported to 601.
5406 Clemmons Road- Aggravated Domestic Assault/Child Abuse-
Dispatch received a call from a juvenile caller advising his father was out of control. Upon arrival contact was made with the occupants of the residence. The two juveniles advised their father, James Ahlquist beat them for not cleaning the house fast enough. The two boys had injuries to their bodies consistent with their accounts of the incident. Ahlquist was arrested and charged with aggravated domestic assault. A CPS report was filed.
1417 Saint Thomas Street (Motel 6)- AOA Warrant Service-
The caller advised Destiny McDaniel was staying at the motel and was wanted. Upon arrival officers found McDaniel had rented room 132. Police contacted her at the room, and she was detained. She was found to have several confirmed warrants through Hamilton County. She was transported to 601.
1417 Saint Thomas Street (Motel 6)- Public Intoxication-
While on scene on a traffic stop police were notified by management of an intoxicated party. Motel management requested police assistance in removing a highly intoxicated party from room 222. Police contacted Andrew Vines as he was preparing to leave room 222. Officers observed Vines as he attempted to navigate a flight of stairs to exit the building. Vines slipped and could not maintain his balance while descending the staircase. Once at the bottom of the stairs Vines fell off a curb. Officers determined Vines level of intoxication was too high for him to be in the public. He was an obvious danger to himself.
5700 Roper Street (New Castle Apartments)- Public Intoxication-
While answering a call for 911 hang-up police observed a white male subject laying on the ground next to the street in the apartment complex. Police contacted him and he identified himself as Attila Kerek. Kerek was unable to stand and wasn’t sure how he got into the parking lot. He stated he had celebrated last night and was still hung over. Kerek had a very strong odor of intoxicant about his person and his speech was slurred. Additionally, his physical capabilities were severely limited. Due to his level of intoxication Kerek was a danger to himself and was taken into custody for public intoxication. He was transported to 601.

January 01 – Night Shift
3300 Gleason Circle / broken down auto:
Police were called to this location in reference to a disorder with a weapon. Upon arrival, police determined there was no disorder but a broken down auto, and the caller to have mistaken a tire iron for a gun. The vehicle owner was able to get the vehicle operating and out of the roadway.
6500 Ringgold Rd. / Arrest:
Erberto Taboada was arrested for driving on revoked (DUI) and open container following a traffic stop at this location.
6305 Ringgold Road / Assist a citizen:
A male subject was transported to Joe Johnson Mental Health after being seen at this location talking to himself and wearing no shoes.
6519 Ringgold Road Room 120 / Arrest:
Billy Brown was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia after his girlfriend called police to perform a wellness check.
1400 Greens Lake Road/Crash with DUI, Simple Possession:
Units respond for a crash in which the vehicle left the scene. The vehicle was located stopped in the 1300 block of Greens Lake Road. John J. Stephens, Jr. was arrested for DUI, Simple Possession or Casual Exchange, Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Schedule IV with a total bond of $4,000.

January 02 – Day Shift
6728 Ringgold Road (Camping World)- Unconscious Person-
The caller advised of a white male that appeared to be passed out in the front seat of a black SUV. Upon arrival police contacted Andrew Rogers. He was found to be intoxicated. He was arrested.
6521 Ringgold Road (Wally’s)- Theft-
The caller wished to report her vehicle registration sticker stolen. There are no suspects.
7005 Mooreview Road Apt B- Identity Theft-
Complainant stated someone other than herself had opened a Sprint cellphone account using her identity information. The woman stated the account has a balance in excess of $500 that is being reported on her credit history. Jackson does not have any suspect information. She stated she believed the account being opened may be the result of information gathered during a burglary of her residence on October 2, 2019.
1061 Wynnwood Road- Theft-
Upon arrival police contacted the complainant. He advised on Sunday the 29th of December, he noticed his work keys and some of his military equipment missing from his 2017 blue Honda Civic. He advised since then he has checked his entire residence and confirmed the items are missing. The victim advised that when his vehicle was entered last year the suspect took one of his key fobs with a key to the vehicle. The victim believes this is how the individual entered his vehicle and took the items. He was unable to advise exactly what military equipment might have been taken but will do an inventory and advise later. He advised his grandmother lives across the street from his residence and has a “ring” doorbell. The victim is going to check to see if any suspects might have possibly been recorded on it.
1225 B John Ross Road- Search Warrant-
Patrol, CID, and CSU served a search warrant at this location. Two people were arrested.

January 02– Night Shift
323 Camp Jordan Parkway / Aggravated Assault –
The complainant stated that she and her husband were leaving a soccer game when a member of the opposing team backed out of his parking space and almost struck her. Her husband was able to pull her out of the way before she was hit. The husband then advised that that the driver made eye contact with him and pulled away while veering toward him, coming within inches of striking him. The driver was identified as Michael Von Peters, who was located at his residence (2502 Allison Drive) by HCSO. Police responded to the location and placed Michael into custody for aggravated assault.
6300 Ringgold Road / Public Intoxication:
While patrolling police observed a Chattanooga officer at Krystal’s speaking to a female party. It was determined he was dropping her off from an unknown location on Shallowford Road. After speaking with Cynthia Gray it was determined by police she could not be left alone due to her level of intoxication. Gray was arrested for public intoxication.
4214 Ringgold Road / Warrant Service:
Police arrested Courtney Trumaine Robinson on an outstanding warrant for Worthless Checks over $1000 used at the Snap Dragon Hemp House. Police transported him to Hamilton County Jail.
4214 Ringgold Road / Warrant Service:
East Ridge Police responded to 101 Glenwood Drive, Chattanooga to serve a Alias Capias Warrant. CPD officers were out with Alexander Keith Newton when East Ridge Police verified an outstanding Alias Capias Arrest Warrant (Docket # 130096) for Driving on Suspended License. CPD did not have original charges on Mr. Newton. ERPD took Mr. Newton into custody at 21:04 and transported him to the Hamilton County Jail where he was remanded into their custody.
4214 Ringgold Road / Warrant Service:
Paula Beard was served with an ER warrant for fraudulent use of credit card.
700 Blk S Germantown Rd/ Narcotics arrest:
Police conducted a traffic stop at this location. The driver Maeghan Owens was arrested for revoked driver’s license and being in possession of 1.81 oz of marijuana.
3715 Connelly ln/ suspicious activity:
Police were called to this location in reference to the RP hearing something on her back porch. Police checked the back yard and nothing was found. The RP is an elderly woman, who stated to police if someone tried to get in her house that she would shoot them.

January 03 – Day Shift
1510 Heather Street (auto burglary):
The resident stated both her vehicles had been rummaged through overnight while parked in her driveway. The only item missing is her Blue Cross/Blue Shield ID badge.
4027 Wonder Drive (auto burglary):
The complainant reported that her wallet was stolen from her vehicle while she spent the night with a friend at this residence.
1340 Blocker Lane (DUI):
Jonathon Paul Kling was involved in a traffic crash at this location and was transported to Erlanger Hospital due to suspected heroin use. Warrants were taken for DUI and driving on revoked.

January 03 – Night Shift
4121 Ringgold Rd (Asst Citizen) Cash Express-
Police were requested to stand by while employees closed the business for the evening.
6000 Ringgold Rd (Misc. Cite):
Montarius Craig was issued a misdemeanor citation for simple possession of marijuana following a traffic stop at this location.
4340 Ringgold Rd (Alarm):
Police were dispatched to the Food Lion for a hold up alarm. Upon arrival it was determined to be a false alarm.
3900 Ringgold Rd (DUI):
Joseph Smith was arrested for DUI following a traffic stop at this location.
5812 Ringgold Rd:
Tahj Clayton was arrested for driving while license suspended, light law, and financial responsibility following a traffic stop at this location.
3121 Bimini Place Apt 109 (Shots Fired/Arrest):
Police were called to this area regarding shots fired. Officers located shell casings in the parking lot in front of Apt 109. Police made contact with Rosado Gonzales inside the residence. Gonzales was found to have four .40 caliber rounds in his pocket. Gonzales’s wife told me that her husband shot her firearm in the air, in anger after she smashed his beer bottles. Mr. Gonzales also presented police with a fake TN ID with a different name and his picture on it. Gonzales was charged with reckless endangerment, possession of a firearm while intoxicated, and criminal simulation.

1025 Wynnwood Road (animal call):
Police responded to this residence regarding an aggressive pit bull on the callers front porch. Animal Control responded and determined the dog to be a possible missing animal.
4222 Ringgold Road (misd. citation):
Tiffanie Scarborough was issued a misdemeanor citation for drug paraphernalia following a consensual encounter at this location.
4319 Dupont Street (residential fire):
Police responded to a residential fire at this location. Officer Noeller was able to extinguish the flames prior to the arrival of the fire department.

January 04 – Night Shift
4000 Ringgold Rd. (misd cite):
Laura Kilgore was issued a misdemeanor citation for driving on suspended, follow a vehicle crash at this location.
4300 Ringgold Rd. (misd cite):
Shondrick Stephens was issued a misdemeanor citation for simple possession, (marijuana) following a traffic stop at this location.
3626 Wimberly. (susp. Person):
Police were dispatched to the area of Kingwood Auto, regarding a suspicious person looking under the hood of a vehicle. Upon arrival, it was determined to be the Repo man for this business.
4320 Bennett Rd (Alarm):
Police were notified of an Interior motion alarm at the East Ridge High School. Police responded and found no evidence of forced entry. A school maintenance representative responded to the scene and reset the alarm system.
5316 Connell Street (DUI):
Christopher Jolly was arrested for DUI following a traffic stop at this location.
4214 Ringgold Rd (Warrant):
William Pardue was arrested for an alias capias for possession of controlled substance.
6401 Ringgold Rd (DUI):
Jessica Duke was arrested for driving under the influence 2nd in the drive thru of McDonald’s.
4150 Monroe St/Walmart (theft):
Around 1800 hours a female left the store with $54.64 in unpaid items. Walmart provided video and pictures of the suspect which was turned into evidence.

January 05 – Day Shift
6725 Ringgold Road (theft):
The complainant reported the theft of a $900 Louis Vuitton purse from her booth at the Chattanooga Mercantile.
6500 Ringgold Road (warrant service):
Brandon Honea was taken into custody on Catoosa County warrants following a traffic stop at this location.
3713 Ringgold Road (public intoxication):
Police were called about a barefoot man walking around the Subway. Police made contact with Nathaniel Snead behind the Cascades Motel. Snead was intoxicated and arrested.
5500 Clemons Road (stolen vehicle recovery):
Police recovered a stolen Jeep Renegade found abandoned in the middle of the road. The vehicle had been stolen in Chattanooga in October. A witness stated a white male wearing a dark jacket and ski cap was observed walking away from the vehicle. He was not located.

January 05 – Night Shift
1400 N Smith St (Curfew Violation):
Police observed two females walking down the road at 0052 in the morning. Police determined that both individuals were juveniles. The juveniles were transported home and police met with the responsible parent. No criminal activity observed.
6610 Ringgold Rd. (counterfeit):
Police were dispatched to the Baskin Robbins, regarding a male subject attempting to pass a counterfeit $100 bill. Police spoke with Mr. Patel, who advised he had video of the suspect and vehicle the male left in. Mr. Patel was able to keep the $100 bill and turned it over to police.
5611 Ringgold Rd. (counterfeit):
Police were dispatched to the Hickory Pit BBQ, regarding a male subject attempting to pass a counterfeit $100 bill. Police spoke to Mr. Wilson who gave an exact description of the suspect and vehicle from the Baskin Robbins incident approximately one-hour prior. Mr. Wilson was not able to keep the $100 bill but was able to get the tag information from the vehicle.
Warrant Service:
Amy Casteel was arrested on an East Ridge warrant for criminal trespassing.
