The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along” reports provided by the administration.
Jan. 27 Day Shift
1410 Mack Smith Road Room 4211 (criminal trespass):
Police criminally trespassed George Womble from the Budgetel following a disorder he had with his step-mother.
6708 Ringgold Road (auto theft):
Police responded to an auto theft from the Circle K. The vehicle was later located at 365 Scruggs Road in Catoosa County. There is no suspect information at this time.
6215 Dayton Blvd. (warrant service):
Bruce Swann was taken into custody on an active East Ridge warrant.
725 Pyron Lane (burglary):
The resident called police to report a residential burglary after noticing his change jar and PS4 was missing. The victim suspects two men from the neighborhood, but said he does not want to prosecute.
4000 Ringgold Road (misdemeanor citation):
James Henderson was issued a misdemeanor citation for driving on revoked following a traffic stop at this location.

Night Shift
5005 Kenton Dr (Suspicious Person):
Reporting party stated that a white male was walking through the neighborhood looking in vehicles. The reporting party also stated that the suspicious male had a long beard and was wearing a grey hooded jacket. Police searched the area and did not locate the suspicious person.
4300 Ringgold Rd (Broken Down Auto):
Police located a red sedan sitting in the roadway with the hazard lights operating. The driver stated that the vehicle stopped running and she had a family on the way to assist her. Police assisted in moving the vehicle to a nearby parking lot.
941 Spring Creek Rd. (delayed Assault):
Police were dispatched to Parkridge East Hospital, regarding a delayed assault. Upon arrival, contact was made with hospital staff who stated the victim refused to give any information on the suspect. Police spoke with the female who stated the assault happened in Chattanooga. The victim also stated she did not wish to speak with police. CPD was notified.
4309 B Bennett Rd. (aggravated domestic assault):
Dione M. Harlow-Teter, was arrested for aggravated domestic assault against her fiancé. The victim had to be transported to the hospital after being hit by the vehicle Ms. Harlow-Teter was driving.
Altamaha St. @ Weaver St. (FI):
A field interview was conducted on Douglas K. after he was found riding a bicycle without a headlamp. Douglas was checked for warrants and sent on his way.
