Day Shift January 26, 2023
23-001050- 4800 BLK Madonna Ave- Suspicious Person- Police were dispatched to the area regarding a male wearing a blue jacket and gray sweatpants. On arrival police made contact with him. He advised he was attempting to find work so he could pay for his motel room.
23-001058-6500 BLK Ringgold Rd- Narcotics Violation- Two parties were taken into custody at this location after setting off the smoke alarm in their motel room. The female was charged with Possession of Fentanyl and crack cocaine for resale and drug paraphernalia. The male was charged with possession of meth.
23-001065/67- 5800 BLK Waterhouse St- Auto Theft- U-Haul reported that one 26-foot truck and one 10-foot truck rented had yet to be returned. Both vehicles were entered into NCIC as stolen.
No Number Assigned- 4000 Bennett Rd- Children at Large- Caller stated a small child, possibly 6 or 7, was running back and forth across Tombras near the school. Police could not locate any children at that time.
Night Shift January 26-27, 2023
23-001071- 6500 BLK Ringgold Road- Disorder- Employees called due to a homeless man being on the property after being asked not to return. Officers made contact with the subject. He was issued a criminal trespass warning by officers on behalf of the business.
23-001073- 3657 Ringgold Road- Arrest-Drugs- During a traffic stop at this location a subject was found to be in possession of methamphetamine for resale. She was arrested and charged accordingly.
23-001077- 6500 BLK Ringgold Road- Arrest-DUI- A woman called police and stated that she had tricked her ex-boyfriend into getting into a vehicle with her so that he could be arrested for violating a protection order. No protection order was found between the two. She was however arrested for DUI.
23-001081- 6700 Block of Ringgold Road- Arrest-Public Intoxication- While on patrol, officers observed a grey SUV parked on the side of Ringgold Road. Officers found a female slumped over in the driver seat. The female was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication. She was also found to have two active warrants through Collegedale Police Department.
