The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along report” provided by the administration.
January 21 – Day Shift
22-000923- 5405 Marion Drive- Stolen Vehicle Recovery-
The complainant reported his vehicle (2005 white Honda Odyssey bearing TN tag BDG7924) was stolen from his driveway at approximately 1900 hours last night. This morning his vehicle was located by Chattanooga Police at 300 McBrien Road with no suspect information. Chattanooga police received a call about a female in this vehicle but believe she stole a different vehicle and left the scene prior to their arrival. Chattanooga Police removed the vehicle from NCIC. The keys were not with the vehicle at the time of recovery.

Wiley Ave/ Belvoir Ave (22-000989)
Police were dispatched to the area regarding three males checking vehicle doors. Police located one male matching the description in the area. The male fled on foot from police on a short foot chase and resisted arrest. The male was identified as Mario Fulgham.
4100 Ealy Road/DUI (22-00995)
Emily Dishongh was arrested for DUI, driving without a license, implied consent, and resisting arrest at this location following a traffic stop.
3300 Ringgold Road/Warrant Service (22-001001)
Scottie Davis was arrested for a Hamilton County warrant during a consensual encounter at this location.
22-000982 182.6 Interstate 24 East Bound / MVC Injuries / Arrest:
Police responded to an MVC with injuries at this location. Following arrival on the scene, a 17-year-old juvenile was arrested for Underage Driving While Impaired, Consumption of Alcohol, Driving Without a License, and Failure to Exercise Due Care. The Juvenile was transported to Parkridge East Hospital, where he received medical clearance. He was then transported to Hamilton County Juvenile Detention with no issue.
6200 Ringgold Road / Arrest:
Paul Johnson was arrested for speeding, financial responsibility, driving on revoked (DUI), criminal impersonation, and evading arrest after a traffic stop at this location. Johnson ran from police and was captured on the second floor of the Budgetel Inn. He also had three active warrants for his arrest. (22-000998)
22-000988-1510 Karwill Ln-traffic stop/warrant service-
Laura Essex was arrested for an East Ridge warrant during a traffic stop at this location. Ashleigh Hundley was arrested for a warrant out of Catoosa.
22-000993-1510 B Karwill Ln- drugs for resale-
After an interview with Laura Essex, consent was granted for police to search the listed address. Police discovered narcotics consistent for resale.
22-000997- 1410 Mack Smith Road- drugs for resale
Police contacted the occupants of a suspicious vehicle. During their investigation, police discovered cocaine and marijuana for resale. Kenneth Holt was arrested and charged.
22-001003 950 Spring Creek Road / Apartment Fire / Misc. Report:
Police responded to this address in reference to an apartment fire. Police arrived on the scene and observed heavy smoke from apartment 101. Following multiple attempts to reach the resident at the door, police forced entry due to the heavy smoke. Following making entry, police observed the occupant asleep on the couch as well as two pots on fire on the stove. Police removed the occupant, who was heavily intoxicated, and the pots from the residence. The scene was turned over to East Ridge Fire Department upon their arrival on the scene.

22-001014- 3617 Old Ringgold Road- Suspicious-
The caller advised of a male with no shirt or shoes jumping around behind the Cascade Motel. On scene police spoke with the male and advised him to stay in his room.
Warrant Service-
Kenneth Holt was served with an East Ridge warrant at Silverdale.
22-001019- 1135 McBrien Road- Suspicious Activity-
The caller advised a homeless camp has sprung up behind her residence. On scene police checked the camp but no one was located.

125 Kingwood Dr/Criminal Trespass (22-001044)
Roger Powers was arrested for resisting arrest and criminal trespassing at this location following a disorder.
22-001032-6500 Ringgold-suspicious vehicle/drug arrest/warrant service-
A consensual encounter was initiated with the occupant of a suspicious vehicle, who identified herself as Dayna Crandall. Ms. Crandall was found to be in possession of Roxicodone and had warrants out of sessions.
22-001032-6500 Ringgold- drugs for resale-
Officers observed a suspicious person and initiated a consensual encounter. A consent search of Rachell Poper led to over a quarter ounce of meth.
22-001046- 3657 Ringgold- drugs for resale-
Police contacted the occupants of a suspicious vehicle. During their investigation police discovered approximately 11 grams of meth packaged for resale, marijuana, Roxicodone, Clonazepam, and Morphine. Carl Honea and Martin Cofer were arrested and transported to Silverdale.
22-001025 1300 E End Ave / Traffic Stop / Arrest:
Paige Blackwell was arrested for Criminal Impersonation, Resisting Arrest, Driving on Suspended, and Driving an Unregistered Vehicle as well as Hamilton County warrants for DUI and Possession of a controlled substance following a traffic stop at this location.
22-001047 6016 Ringgold Road / Traffic Stop / Arrest:
Jacob Hardeman was arrested for Speeding, Driving Under the Influence, and Resisting Arrest following a traffic stop at this location. His passenger Richard Biggs was arrested for tampering with evidence and simple possession of marijuana. Reports on file

January 23 – Day Shift
22-001056- 700 block Belvoir Avenue- Missing Juvenile-
The mother of the juvenile called in and reported him missing and advised he was autistic. The reporting party advised the missing juvenile had been gone for about 15 minutes and was on foot. Police saturated and checked the area but did not locate the juvenile. A bolo was issued to surrounding agencies with a description of the male juvenile and his clothing. While waiting for authorization to ping his cell phone the mother was able to make contact. Police picked up the juvenile and returned him to his family. The juvenile was never entered into NCIC.

Allissia Sullivan was arrested on an East Ridge Warrant during a traffic stop at this location.
3657 Ringgold Road/Tampering with evidence (22-001081)
Ricky Seawright was arrested for drug paraphernalia and tampering at this location during a traffic stop.
22-001080: I75 SB exit 1 / Narcotics trafficking/warrant service:
Officers observed suspicious short-term traffic at the Mapco gas station (6514 Ringgold). A traffic stop was initiated on one of the vehicles involved as it turned onto I-75 south from Ringgold Rd. The vehicle came to a stop just over the Georgia line. Red Bank K9 Ofc. Dennis responded to the scene and his dog alerted on the vehicle. A search of the vehicle yielded a large amount of currency (approximately $50,000), approximately three pounds of marijuana, and multiple cell phones consistent with trafficking. Michael Daughtrey was arrested for the above and also found to have active federal warrants out of Virginia for narcotics trafficking. Due to the final stop being in Georgia, Daughtrey was turned over to a Catoosa deputy.
22-001070, 6500 Ringgold Road-
A traffic stop was conducted. During the investigation fentanyl was located in the vehicle. Secret Dyer was arrested and charged for simple possession. Dyer also had active warrants out of sessions.
