The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along” reports.
Jan. 14 Day Shift
515 Donaldson Road (auto burglary):
Resident reported that his iPad was stolen from his vehicle sometime between 0000 hours on 1/12/2020 and 1200 hours on 1/13/2020.
2200 McCallie Avenue (aggravated assault):
Richard Fairchild was arrested for aggravated assault following a road rage incident involving a firearm in the 6500 block of Ringgold Road.
6215 Dayton Blvd (warrant service):
Anthony Cardenas was taken into custody for a probationary capias out of East Ridge.
4214 Ringgold Road (warrant service):
Jessica Burns was arrested at the county jail on an East Ridge probationary capias.
4214 Ringgold Road (warrant service):
Alexis Jordan was arrested at the county jail on an East Ridge probationary capias.
6725 Ringgold Road (theft):
The complainant reported an unknown white female stole $850 worth of antique serving platters from her booth at Chattanooga Mercantile on 1/11/20.
Ringgold Road/Boyd Street (arrests):
A traffic stop at this location resulted in Stacey Bryson and Hunter Bailey being arrested on HCSO warrants and Gerald Thompson being arrested for possession of meth and Bradley County warrants.
3400 Gail Drive (stolen vehicle recovery):
Police recovered a 2018 Nissan Altima reported stolen out of Chattanooga.
4338 Ringgold Road (assault):
Candice Beamon, who works for Allied Health, and was transporting a client to Food Lion to buy groceries. Two witnesses observed Beamon punching the client in the parking lot. Beamon was issued a misdemeanor citation, and the client was taken to Parkridge East for minor injuries.

Night Shift
601 Walnut Street (Warrant Service):
Andrew Hall arrested on East Ridge Warrant for attempted criminal simulation (capias).
601 Walnut Street (Warrant Service):
Miranda Howland was arrested at the Hamilton County Jail on an Alias Capias out of East Ridge. The original charge for the Capias was Criminal Trespassing.
908 Harris Lane (Theft):
The resident reported that a set of four tires and wheels were stolen from his back porch. The victim stated the wheel set was original equipment on his 2019 Nissan Maxima, and he was planning to sell them. No suspect information.
1675 Keeble Street (Disorder):
Police responded to a verbal disorder at this address and no signs of an assault were found. The arguing couple agreed to spend the rest of the evening in separate rooms.
1707 Adair Ave (Supplement):
The complainant contacted police to report that he recovered one of the items that was stolen from his vehicle on January 12. He stated he found his stolen Bluetooth speaker at the intersection of Castleberry Drive and State Line Road earlier in the day.
3913 Bennett Rd (MVC):
Maudiel Lopez was arrested for driving without a license, financial responsibility, due care and driving left of center after causing a crash at this location sending an individual to the hospital.
941 Spring Creek (AOA):
CPD requested an East Ridge unit go to the hospital to check and see if a 16-year-old male juvenile could be located. Police responded to the area, but the juvenile was not located. Police made contact with juvenile’s aunt; she provided a couple of different addresses to check. Police located juvenile at 4006 Bennett Rd. Police transported juvenile to 2709 Citico Ave. Chattanooga, where he was left in the custody of his guardian. Juvenile was removed from NCIC.
1650 Prigmore (FI):
Police conducted a field interview on three people at this location riding bikes. FI was conducted on Alexsis W., Steven S., and Perry G. All parties were checked for warrants and sent on their way.
1517 Tombras Ave (warrant):
Clayton Simpson was arrested on a vandalism warrant out of East Ridge
