Day Shift February 15, 2023
23-001849 – 4300 BLK Ringgold Rd – Found Property – The business representative stated he arrived at the store today to find the parking lot littered with new cell phone cases. Currently there are no reports of stolen cell phone cases in the area.
23-001847 – 1500 BLK Truman Ave – Suspicious Person/Warrant Service – Police were dispatched to the area of Truman Avenue at Ringgold Road on the report of a suspicious white male party walking up to a house. Police located two male parties nearby on the lot of Marco’s Pizza. One male was found to have two East Ridge Capias warrants for Domestic Assault and Driving on Suspended. He was taken into custody and transported to Silverdale. The other party had non-extraditable warrants out of Georgia.
23-001850- 6600 BLK Hilton Dr- Disorder Prevention – Police were called to locate a stolen wallet and keys at this address, which were taken from Walmart in Chattanooga on the prior day. Police made contact with a resident and the wallet and keys were given back to the owner. Owner did not want to prosecute.
23-001862- 3400 Lisa Dr- Stolen Auto Recovery – Police were called to this location for a suspicious vehicle. On arrival it was determined the vehicle was stolen out of Chattanooga. Attempts to contact the owner were unsuccessful. The vehicle was towed.
23-001863- 3400 Lisa Dr- Found property – While on scene of a stolen auto, police located paperwork to another stolen auto. That information was placed into property and evidence and a report was completed.
23-001866- Wiley/ Belvoir- Suspicious vehicle – Police were dispatched to this location for a suspicious vehicle whose occupant was appearing to hand out items to children. On arrival no vehicle was located. The vehicle’s registration information was provided by the caller.
23-001868- 5600 BLK Ringgold Road- Harassment – Police responded to this location for a reported harassment. It was reported that the suspect was threatening to come to their business and bust out all of the windows and commit an assault. Police determined the harassment happened at their address in Soddy Daisy. Both were advised to contact Hamilton County Sheriff Office to make a report.
Night Shift February 15, 2023
23-001880 – 1100 BLK McBrien Road Apt– Misuse of 911 – A party called and stated he was suffering from an overdose. Upon arrival he stated he called and was just joking: that he lied about the whole thing and wanted to see what kind of response he would get. The response was that he was arrested for Misuse of 911.
23-001873 – 100 Bass Pro Drive – Suspicious Person – Police were called here regarding a person acting suspicious. He was found to be extremely intoxicated. He was transported to a local hospital due to his level of intoxication. Police have applied for arrest warrants which were granted. Additionally, the suspect had powdered Fentanyl and drug paraphernalia on his person.
23-001876 – 500 BLK Benson Drive – Delayed Assault – Police were asked to call regarding an assault that took place at this address. The reporting party was admittedly intoxicated and stated he would return to the city when he was sober enough to make a report.
