Day Shift February 13, 2023
23-001773- 3900 BLK Ringgold Road- Suspicious People – The caller advised three men were standing in front of the store. On scene it was found the men were waiting on the business to open.
No number assigned- 7609 Standifer Gap Road- Warrant Service- A man was served an East Ridge warrant at Silverdale.
1783- 5500 BLK Oakdale Avenue- AOA- Code Enforcement requested police assistance at this location. On scene police stood by while Code Enforcement officers handled the call.
23-001786- 3900 BLK Ringgold Road- Disorder- Dispatch advised two females were inside the store yelling and threatening employees. On arrival police contacted both outside of the store. Both advised they requested help from an employee at which point the employee became upset and rude with them. Police then spoke with the complainant. She advised the females inadvertently rang up an item twice and upon requesting help began yelling and threatening staff. Staff requested both parties be criminally trespassed from the store location. The females were issued a criminal trespass warning and left without incident.
23-001796- 700 BLK Belvoir Avenue- Theft- On arrival police contacted the complainant. She advised on today’s date between 0800 and 1530 hours an unknown suspect stole her Tennessee registration from her vehicle. The stolen license plate was entered into NCIC.
Night Shift February 13, 2023
23-001799 – 6600 BLK Ringgold Rd – Criminal Trespass – A man was issued a trespass warning from the hotel after police responded to a call about him loitering around the business and harassing customers.
23-001808- 6600 BLK Ringgold Road- Suspicious person- Police were called regarding the same man walking around the property of another hotel after being told to leave by staff. He was also trespassed from this hotel.
23-001809- 600 BLK Camp Jordan Parkway- Disorder Weapon Involved- Officers were dispatched to the Hampton Inn after a hotel employee was threatened by an unknown individual. Police searched the area but unable to locate the subject. The hotel employee requested extra patrol through the area.
23-001804 – 6600 BLK Ringgold Road – Disorder – Police were called due to a male causing a scene and cursing at people outside the hotel. Officers made contact with the man (not the same as the other hotel incident) in the parking lot. It was discovered that he was autistic and was having an episode due to being upset. He was taken back to the hotel room where he was left in the care of his mother.
