Feb. 4 Day Shift
1503 McDonald Road (Waverly Motel)- Domestic Assault-
Curtis Jeffries was arrested for assaulting his girlfriend. He was transported to 601.
932 Spring Creek Road (East Ridge Eye Center)- Lost Property-
Police responded to ERPD headquarters and spoke with the complainant. He advised sometime after 1030 on 1-31-20 his wife lost her 1k solitaire diamond engagement ring valued at $10,981.00, at the East Ridge Eye Center while having a procedure done. The complainant stated he contacted the eye center, but they were unable to locate the ring.
Sewanee Drive @ Welworth Avenue- Traffic Stop/AOA Arrest/Drug Arrest-
Steven Nave was found to have a brand-new warrant out of Fort Oglethorpe Georgia following a traffic stop. He was transported to 601 for extradition. Upon arrival to the jail, Nave was found to be in possession of meth. He was charged accordingly.
929 Spring Creek Road (Parkridge east Doctor’s Building)- Lost Property-
The caller advised she had lost her keys while visiting the doctor. While she was speaking with police, she located her keys in her pocket.
Warrant Service-
James Polk Jr was served an East Ridge warrant at 601.
1701 Small street- Alarm-
Police responded and located a real estate agent showing the house.

Night Shift
5517 Ringgold Rd. / Narcotics Violation:
Marcus Moore was arrested following an incident at this location. Moore was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute.
I-75 SB Exit 1 / Traffic Arrest:
Chancey Rainey was taken into custody following a traffic stop at this location. Rainey was charged with possession of schedule II, possession of schedule III, possession of legend drugs, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police also started the seizure process for $1,771 in cash located along with the narcotics. Information regarding this arrest will be forwarded to the Crime Suppression Unit.
508 Notre Dame / Suspicious Activity:
Police were called to this location due to the RP hearing someone tapping on her bedroom window. Police checked around the house and nothing was found.
3900 blk Ringgold Road / Misdemeanor citation:
Chad Smith was issued a misdemeanor citation for driving on revoked following a traffic stop.
4214 Ringgold Road / Warrant Service:
Lawrence Carter was served with an East Ridge warrant for P.T.R. (Possession of Controlled Substance.)
4214 Ringgold Road / Warrant Service:
Savannah Bryant was served with an East Ridge warrant for Theft.
4214 Ringgold Road / Warrant Service:
Kenneth Davis was served with East Ridge warrant for Alias Capias (Driving on Suspended.)
4214 Ringgold Road / Warrant Service:
Police served five Forfeiture Capias Warrants on Isaiah Jacoby Pittman. Evading Arrest, Reckless Driving, Theft under $1000, theft of Services, and Driving on Suspended License. Total Bond: $18,000. Mr. Pittman was in custody at the Hamilton County Jail.
728 Frawley Road Apt 709 / Theft of Property:
The complainant reported that her Taurus TCP .380 caliber handgun was stolen by her guest. He requested to use her bathroom then she heard a drawer close in her bedroom. He rejoined her in the living room so she check her nightstand where she normally keeps her handgun and it was missing. She confronted her guest who showed her his handgun that appeared to be a 9 mm. He left as she called police. Officers tracked his location to the Super 8 Hotel on Shallowford Village Drive, room 209, but police were unable to contact him. Warrants are pending for Theft under $1000. Police were unable to obtain the serial number to the gun so it was not entered into NCIC at the time of the report.
1410 Mack Smith Road / Drug Overdose:
EMS responded to this location for a diabetic emergency. Upon arrival, they discovered a male subject unresponsive. After checking his blood sugar, which was at 479, they examined him for possible drug overdose. EMS administered one 2 mg dose of NARCAN reviving the man, at which time he became combative. EMS requested police to the scene. At the scene, police observed a small piece of foil with a ink pen barrel lying next to the microwave. No remnants of heroin remained. A second dose of NARCAN was administered bringing the subject to the level that he could have a coherent conversation. EMS transported him to Parkridge East, police entered the incident into the Criminal Justice Portal as a drug overdose.
