Day Shift February 16
24-002001- 5300 BLK Ringgold Road- Suspicious Item- The caller advised she found $10,000 in counterfeit cash. Officers spoke with the caller and inspected the cash. It was found to be play money. The play money was disposed of.
23-002022- 1500 BLK Tombras Avenue- Fight- The caller advised approximately 20 male juveniles were actively fighting at the playground. On scene the juveniles had already dispersed in multiple directions. Police checked the surrounding area, but no one was located.
Night Shift February 16
24-002027 – 700 BLK Frawley Road – Animal Call – A man was arrested on charges of Aggravated Animal Cruelty and for two East Ridge Forfeiture Capias Warrants (Possession Schedule II/Methamphetamine and Possession Drug Paraphernalia).
24-002030 – 3600 BLK Sunrise Terrence – Shots Fired – Police checked the area, but no shell casing or nefarious activity were found.
Day Shift February 17
24-002043- 3200 BLK Gleason Drive- Disorder/AOA Warrant Service- A subject was detained on a Bradley County warrant following a disorder investigation. He was transported to Silverdale without incident.
24-002060- 6100 BLK Wentworth Avenue- Disorder- The caller advised his neighbors were yelling at each other. Officers spoke to the man who advised the argument was verbal. The female had already left the scene.
Night Shift February 17
24-002078 – 3100 BLK E 29th Street – Arrest – A male subject was taken into custody following a traffic stop for Possession of Schedule I For Resale (MDMA-Ecstasy) at this location after a violation was observed on Ringgold Road.
24-002083 – 5700 BLK Ringgold Road – Suspicious Person – Three juveniles were located walking in front of a business on Ringgold Road. Police called the guardian, and they were picked up and taken home to Waterhouse Street. Three Field Interviews were documented.
Day Shift February 18
24-002089- 6700 BLK Ringgold Road- Suspicious Activity/AOA Warrant Service/Arrest- A man was detained on Hamilton County warrants and transported to jail following a suspicious activity investigation. A woman was arrested and charged with drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was transported to jail without incident.
24-002096- 4214 Ringgold Road- Found Property- The caller requested to turn over a cell phone to the police. Officers met with the caller. She stated that she found the cell phone around the tobacco store on Greens Lake Road around February 4th or 5th.
24-002099- 4214 Ringgold Road- Found Property- The caller wished to turn over a brown wallet containing several miscellaneous cards, Georgia Driver’s license and social security card. The wallet was turned into evidence for safe keeping. Police attempted to locate the owner with no success.
24-002100- 3600 BLK Ringgold Road- Found Property- The caller advised that she wished to turn over a found credit card. She had noticed the debit card inserted in the card reader of pump ten. She advised she had given the debit card to the gas station employee. The card was placed in property. Attempts to contact the owner were unsuccessful.
Night Shift February 18
24-002103 – 6700 BLK Ringgold Road – Suspicious Person – Two juvenile individuals were reported for shoplifting. Management confronted them before the police arrived and the juveniles agreed to return the merchandise. No charges were sought.
24-002105 – 3900 BLK Ringgold Road – Intoxicated Person – Police responded to this location for reports of an intoxicated male causing a scene in the store. He was subsequently arrested for public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
24-002114 – 6500 BLK Ringgold Road – Harassment – Police responded to this location following a bomb threat via phone. Officers did not find any other information on the phone number. A check of the business was made with negative results.
24-002118 – 1700 BLK John Ross Street – Noise Complaint – Complainant reported an assault was in progress at the next-door neighbor’s house. Officers discovered four females in their twenties were having a girl’s night playing loud music and pretending to be “baddies.”
22-000224 – 3600 BLK Brainard Road – Warrant Service – A man was taken into custody by CPD on a warrant out of East Ridge for Criminal Littering. He was transported to Hamilton County Jail without incident.
24-002131 – 3800 BLK Ringgold Road – Fight-Arrest – A male and female were taken into custody for Assault (2 counts on male) and Public Intoxication (1 count each) following a fight at this location. A male attempted to leave with alcohol and assaulted both security and staff members.
Day Shift February 19
24-002139 – 600 BLK Camp Jordan Parkway – Suspicious Person – Officers were dispatched on reports of a male party begging patrons for money and cursing them when they wouldn’t comply. Police contacted the man who was advised to cease his behavior and move on.
24-002143- 6200 BLK Dayton Boulevard – Warrant Service – A woman was arrested on East Ridge warrants for probation violation. She was transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
Night Shift February 19
24-002161 – 400 BLK Camp Jordan Parkway – Disorder – Police responded to this address to assist staff with an unruly CON patient. Upon arrival, Police were able to calm down the patient so he could receive medical care. While assisting, Police observed a small bag get launched across the room when he removed his sock, and it was discovered to contain methamphetamine. Police are seeking warrants.
24-015171 – S. Terrace / Wando Drive – Crash / AOA – CPD requested assistance with locating a male suspect that fled on foot from a crash. ERPD located the suspect running down the road in the 500 block of Marlboro Avenue. Officers detained the man until CPD arrived on scene. Chattanooga officers took the male into custody.
24-002162 – 7609 Standifer Gap Road – Warrant Service – A woman was served a warrant for theft under $1,000 while in custody at the Hamilton County Jail.
