Day Shift February 15
24-001971 – 1500 BLK Tombras Ave – Suspicious Activity – ERPD responded to a call at the playground with the allegation 3 teenagers were smoking narcotics at the top of the slide hut. ERPD located the teenagers but found no narcotics. The teenagers were informed this apparatus is for younger children.
24-001956 – Spring Creek and Ringgold Road – Found Property – A TN license plate was found at this intersection and was placed in property.
24-001961 – 1100 BLK Spring Creek Rd – Miscellaneous/Assault – The mother of a student at the school reported her son was kicked in the face by another student on a previous date causing a facial injury. Police spoke with the school staff and were advised the issue was handled administratively.
Night Shift February 15
24-001980- 3200 BLK Gleason Drive – Property Damage – A juvenile was playing with a lighter and set the grass on fire at the dog park of the apartment complex. ERFD responded and extinguished the fire. Inv. Spires responded for the fire investigation. Report on file.
24-001989 – 6300 BLK Ringgold Road – Fight – Police responded to this location in reference to a fight. Police arrived and observed two vehicles whose occupants appeared to be involved in an active disorder. Police spoke with all parties individually who all equally stated the disorder was verbal only.
24-001979 – 2200 Dayton Boulevard – Arrest-Warrant – A man was located and transported to Hamilton County Jail on an East Ridge City Court Alias Capias warrant for Driving on Revoked, Suspended.
24-001994 – 6513 Ringgold Road – Miscellaneous Complaint – A man called because another man called him a derogatory name. The reporting party was explained the lack of criminal offense in being called names.
