February 10 – Day Shift
22-001880- 6600 block Ringgold Road- Warrant Service
Robin Smith was arrested and served an East Ridge warrant. She was transported to Silverdale.
22-001882- 5400 block Connell Street- Wellbeing Check
Dispatch requested police check on a man at this address. On scene he appeared to be in mental distress. EMS responded but he refused medical treatment.
22-001883- 1600 block South Seminole Drive- Check Hazard
The caller advised of construction debris blocking the roadway. On scene police spoke to the workers. They removed the debris.

February 10 – Night Shift
6700 block Ringgold Rd. / Criminal Trespass:
Glenn Coffey was arrested for Criminal Trespass.
1300 block Spring Creek Road / Warrant service:
Sebastian Nichols was arrested on a Bradley County warrant during a traffic stop. (22-001918)
200 I-75 NB/Drugs (22-001909)
Samuel Eldredge was arrested for possession of schedule II drugs, possession of Meth, possession of fentanyl for resale, and possession of heroin following a traffic stop at this location.
22-001912 / 6700 block Ringgold Road / Arrest:
Leslie Ross was arrested at this location for revoked for DUI, simple possession of cocaine, and possession of Schedule II.
22-001911 – 5080 S Terrace / Vehicle Fire:
Police responded to a vehicle fire at the AMC Movie Theater parking lot. Upon arrival, police located a vehicle that was fully engulfed in flames. The East Ridge Fire Department responded to the scene and extinguished the fire. The owner of the vehicle was notified, and the vehicle was towed to Broome’s.
22-001907 – 5080 S Terrace / Theft from a Motor Vehicle:
The complainant called the police and stated the catalytic converter to her vehicle had been stolen. AMC management advised they would have their security team review security camera footage for the incident. A report is on file for the incident.
22-001915: 5800 block Ringgold Rd / Drug Possession:
A traffic stop was initiated, and drug paraphernalia was seen in plain view. The front passenger, Roderick Williams was found to have pressed Roxicodone on his person.

February 11 – Day Shift
McBrien Road at Ringgold Road (suspicious activity):
A large group of individuals were standing on the corners of the intersection with buckets soliciting donations for an unknown charity/activist organization. Police advised the individuals they needed a permit to solicit, and they quickly left the area. (No number)
5501 Ringgold Road (burglary):
Unknown suspects broke into several outbuildings at Clayton Homes, stealing furniture and other décor items. The suspects then broke into several of the modular homes on the backside of the property before leaving the area. (22-001929)
5300 block Lazard Street (welfare check):
An unknown 911 caller contacted dispatch and was speaking incoherently. Police arrived and found a man in the floor, overcome by fumes of some unknown origin. EMS responded and police aired out the house. Due to the filth and safety concerns, Codes condemned the house for now. The man’s son was contacted to come get his father. (22-001939)

February 11 – Night Shift
5301 Ringgold Rd (Arrest 22-001961):
Eric Jones was arrested in the pharmacy drive through of Walgreens. He was arrested for DUI 2nd and child endangerment after pharmacy staff observed him snorting heroin through a straw.
941 Spring Creek (Check Well-Being 22-001950):
Parkridge East staff reported a taller male patient walked away from the hospital with the IV in his arm. Police checked the area but did not locate the party.
Sanctuary Rd / Haven Hill Ln (AOA/DUI 22-001960):
Police located the suspect vehicle in a hit-and-run out of Catoosa. Demetrius Goode was subsequently charged with DUI, Implied Consent, Simple Possession and Possession of Handgun While Under the Influence. GSP responded to investigate the crash.
1000 block Altamaha St (DUI 22-001966):
Rolfi Velazquez Morales was arrested for DUI following a traffic stop.
4214 Ringgold Road (Harassment 22-001951):
Police were dispatched to 4214 Ringgold Road for a phone report regarding Harassing phone calls. Police made contact with a woman who advised she has received phone calls over the period of six months from an unknown male party with the most recent call received on 2/10/22. She advised during these calls, the male party would breathe heavily into the phone and threatened to come to her home and perform sexual acts. She advised several women in the Hamilton County area have experienced similar calls. She also advised since receiving these calls, she has observed a white van parked at East Ridge Church of Christ for several hours at a time with a male occupant inside. She stated her home is directly visible from this location and fears the vehicle might be related to the phone calls.
1410 Mack Smith Road (Arrest/Warrant 22-001957):
Contact was made with Carlos Dickey at the Budgetel where his vehicle was in a handicap spot with no placard. He was found to have a valid warrant out of sessions.
218 Frawley Rd (Assist Other Agency 22-001969):
ERPD received a BOLO (be on the lookout) for a black Chevrolet Malibu involved in an aggravated assault on a Chattanooga Police officer. ERPD officers observed the vehicle being driven north on Frawley Rd and conducted a high-risk traffic stop. The driver was detained and turned over to Chattanooga police
5700 Roper St (Miscellaneous 22-001949):
Reporting party called in stating she was in a verbal disorder over her puppy not being on a leash. She was advised to speak to the apartment complex over the dog situation.
4214 Ringgold Rd ( Warrant 21-000013(16)):
Jayme Mitchell was arrested at the Hamilton County Jail on two ERPD warrants for evading.
