Day Shift December 7, 2022
22-016688 – 4222 Ringgold Rd- Criminal Trespassing- Police were called back to Speedway regarding Quincy Lattimore after an employee saw him entering her vehicle. Lattimore, who was just criminally trespassed the night before, was then arrested for Criminal Trespassing.
22-016702 – 3502 Ringgold Rd- Suspicious Activity- Police were dispatched to Ace Hardware regarding suspicious parties unloading packages from a Penske box truck. Police made contact with two parties, who advised they were contracted with UPS to make deliveries. One of the parties originally provided a false name and date of birth, but was later identified as Tiffany Kelly. She had active arrest warrants out of Hamilton County which included Criminal Impersonation. Police additionally charged her with Criminal Impersonation.
22-016684 – 6600 BLK Hilton Dr – Vandalism – The victim reported an unknown subject shattered the rear window of his company’s Dodge Ram truck. No suspect information at this time.
22-016686 – 3712 Fountain Ave – Domestic Disorder/Violation of Order of Protection – William Ervin was taken into custody for two counts of violation of order of protection. Ervin was also found to have two active Hamilton County warrants, which he was served with at the jail.
22-016704 – 4214 Ringgold Rd – Warrant Service – Adrian Buford was served with a Probation Capias for Failure to Appear/Comply while in custody at the jail.
22-016709 – 400 S. Moore Rd – Intoxicated Party/Criminal Trespass- Norman Carl Bean, Jr was taken into custody for public intoxication after coming to this business. Bean appeared confused, had slurred speech and was unsteady on his feet. Due to his inability to care for himself, Bean Jr was taken into custody. It was later learned Bean Jr. was criminally trespassed from this property and he was charged accordingly.
Night Shift December 7-8
22-016726 – 5400 BLK Ringgold Road – Field Interview – Police observed a male subject removing large amounts of trash from the dumpster at this location and placing it on the ground. The party advised he has permission from the business as long as he does not enter the premises. He was advised of the City Ordinance against tampering with trash and a Field Interview was completed.
22-019729 – 3725 Fountain- Unknown Trouble / Assault – Police were dispatched to this location in response to an unknown 911 with what the call taker believed was a female being actively assaulted in the background. Upon arrival, no contact was made at the door which was found to be unlocked. Neighbors advised they heard a male assaulting a female inside and the apartment was cleared for the safety of the female. No one was located inside and neighbors advised the possible victim’s car was no longer on scene. The vehicle was BOLO’d to surrounding agencies to check the well-being of the female.
22-016722 – 4338 Ringgold Road – Fraud – Police took a report of fraud regarding the Food Lion. The victim’s purse was stolen from Chattanooga and the victim’s credit card was used at this location. Report on file.
22-01675 – 600 Camp Jordan Parkway – Arrest – Police investigated a suspicious vehicle in the park. Police subsequently arrested Alex Eason for violating a no contact order.
22-016727 – I-75 NB Exit 1 – Arrest – Following a crash investigation, Rohaan Patel was arrested for DUI and reckless driving.
22-016715 – 3800 BLK Ringgold Road – Misc Info – Reporting party called in stating three children were left in a car at this location. Upon arrival the vehicle was gone.
22-016717 – Greenslake Road / Bennett Road – Arrest – Police were dispatched to this location for a traffic accident with unknown injuries. Following the crash investigation the driver was issued a misdemeanor citation for leaving the scene of an accident with injuries.
