Day Shift December 17
22-0171114 – 5700 Ringgold Rd – Warrant Service – Frankie Lewchuk was arrested on multiple Hamilton County warrants after he called police to file a complaint about parties pointing firearms at him the previous day.
22-017110 – 3600 Ringgold Rd – Arrest – Harry Fleetwood was taken into custody on multiple Hamilton County warrants during a traffic stop for violation of the move over law.
22-017107- 4150 Ringgold Rd – Traffic Stop- The driver was issued a misdemeanor citation for Driving On Revoked License following a traffic stop.
22-017109- 5700 BLK Scott Street – Disorder- Police were dispatched to the above address regarding a domestic disorder. Officers spoke with both parties and determined the altercation was verbal only. Steven Hampton had an active Catoosa County arrest warrant. He was transported to Hamilton County Jail without incident.
22-017122- 1000 Bass Pro Drive – Disorder- Police were dispatched to Bass Pro Shops as the manager reported a male party who was the ex-boyfriend of an employee was on scene and speaking with her despite an order of protection. Police checked the store and surrounding area but did not locate him. An arrest warrant will be sought for Violation of Order of Protection.
22-017129 – 5500 Ringgold Rd – Check for a Hazard – Police removed several cardboard boxes in the roadway near this location.
22-017115 6500 BLK Ringgold Rd.- Theft- The complainant reported his wallet stolen from this location this morning. He stated his cards had been used in several stores in East Ridge today.
22-017124- 1500 BLK McDonald Rd.- Missing Adult- It was reported a patient had walked out of the facility AMA. The party was later found at Craft Axe Throwing and transported to Erlanger East by EMS.
22-017126- 700 BLK State Line Rd.- Suspicious Activity- The complainant reported another person was at his deceased neighbor’s house attempting to get into vehicles. The party left prior to police arrival.
22-017131- 1400 BLK Marlboro- Aggravated Burglary- A resident reported an unknown suspect broke into his home sometime between 12-15 and today. He stated the party ransacked the home while stealing collectables, cash money, and firearms. CID was notified.
Night Shift December 17-18
No Number Assigned- 400 BLK Alice Drive – Open Door – Police responded regarding an open door at this location. Police did not observe any forced entry. The homeowner had already entered the residence prior to police arrival.
22-017138 – 6500 BLK Ringgold Road – Theft – Police took a report of a stolen debit card at this location. Police learned the suspect used and attempted to use the debit card at various gas stations in East Ridge. Through security footage police were able to gain a suspect description. Later during the night, the suspect was pulled over and arrested for DUI. Warrants were sought then granted and served on the suspect, Edward Garcia, at the jail.
22-017142 – 5080 South Terrace – Unconscious Person – Police assisted EMS with a unconscious person in the parking lot of the AMC movie theater.
22-017140 – 5700 BLK Ringgold Road – Theft / Property Damage –Around 2016 hours a female approached the self-checkout at the business. She put fake coins and batteries in the money slot and walked off with Pizza Combos and Donut Holes. The victim to prosecute for vandalism and theft of property.
22-017144 – 800 Belvoir Avenue – Arrest – Following a traffic stop at this location, Edward Garcia III was taken into custody for DUI and Driving on suspended. While at the jail he received an additional charge of bringing contraband into a penal institute.
