Day Shift December 16

22-017074 – 3623 Fountain Ave – Stolen Vehicle Recovery – Police were dispatched to East Ridge High School to look for a Chevrolet Malibu just reported stolen in Chattanooga. The victim actively tracked the vehicle, later advising it was last located at Sweetbay Apartments in the 3600 block of Fountain Ave. Police located the vehicle along with two juveniles. One juvenile was in possession of a Taurus pistol. Both parties were taken into custody and charged accordingly.

22-017064 – 3500 BLK Ringgold Rd – Disorder/Criminal Trespass – A male party was criminally trespassed from this location after he came to the business and threatened to assault the employees after he found a lug on his wheel was broken. The employees advised this happened prior to his arrival at the business.

22-017080 – 4214 Ringgold Rd – Warrant Service – CPD made contact with Frank Pena at 3014 Rossville Blvd and upon verifying his information it was found he had a valid capias through the East Ridge Police Department for Petition to Revoke for Possession of Schedule II. CPD had original charges and transported the party to the jail.

Night Shift December 16-17

22-017100- 6510 Ringgold Road- DUI – Police were dispatched to this location for a possible intoxicated party showing his genitals to staff and doing donuts in the parking lot. On arrival, police spoke to the desk clerk, she informed police the individual needed to leave the property. Police came in contact with the individual identified as Joshua Koby, in the driver seat of his vehicle. Koby appeared to be intoxicated and alcoholic beverages could be smelled on his breath. A search of his vehicle was conducted and 18.5 grams of marijuana, a pipe with marijuana residue and an open beer can in the center console was found. Koby was transported to Silverdale and charged with DUI, Possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of schedule IV, and open container.

22-017102 – 1500BLK Karwill Lane– Prowler – Police responded to this location in reference to a prowler striking a window. Upon inspection, Police observed a clear hand print on the bedroom window of the reporting party. This residence has been added to the watch list and a report was completed.

22-017097 – 1400 Altamaha Street – Warrant Service – Police observed Stephanie Burke behind a closed business. Burke was found to have a warrant in Catoosa County, Ga for violation of probation. She was taken to Silverdale Detention Center without further incident.

22-017081- 3900 BLK Ringgold Road- Theft – Police were dispatched regarding a theft. A male and female walked out of the store with a shopping cart full of merchandise without paying.

22-017086- 5300 BLK Reneau Way- Aggravated Burglary – Police were dispatched to this location regarding a possible home invasion. On arrival police cleared the home and determined it to be an aggravated burglary. CID was notified. This is an ongoing investigation.
