Day Shift December 15

22-017000- 1400 BLK Saint Thomas Street- Alarm- Police responded to check the business but were canceled while. Later dispatch received another call regarding the alarm. Employees on scene advised it was a malfunction.

22-017001- 2000 BLK Myrtle Street- Suspicious Person- The caller advised two juveniles were loitering in front of the vacant residence at 2011 or 2015 Myrtle. On scene police located and spoke with the juveniles. They were released to continue to school.

22-017005- 400 BLK Lynncrest Drive- Suspicious Vehicle- The caller advised he wanted to show police a picture of a suspicious vehicle. Police spoke with the caller and were advised on the suspicious vehicle. The picture was forwarded via email.

22-017007- 6000 BLK Ringgold Road- Alarm- Police responded to check the business. On scene the alarm was found to be accidental.

22-017011- 800 BLK Poindexter Avenue- Suspicious Person- The caller advised a male was on the front porch refusing to leave. On scene police encountered the elderly male known to police to be a resident on the property. He requested police contact his wife to give him a ride. On her arrival he left the area.

22-017012- 1 Stadium Way- Alarm- Police responded to check the business. On scene the alarm was found to be accidental per security.

22-017016- 3600 BLK Missionaire Avenue- Domestic Assault- On arrival police spoke with the reporting party who was sitting on the front porch. Police found evidence of assault and will pursue domestic assault warrants against the suspect.

22-017018- 1441 North Smith Street- Suspicious Person- The caller advised a former guest was in the hotel causing a disturbance and refusing to leave the property. He was described as a white male in a yellow t-shirt and jogging pants. On scene the male had left the property and was last observed entering the wooded area behind McDonald’s. Officers checked the surrounding area, but the male was not located. A short time later police were advised the male was seen around Bass Pro. On scene police encountered the suspect and identified him. He was issued a misdemeanor citation for drug paraphernalia and sent on his way. He was also advised not to return to the hotel.

22-017025- 639 Camp Jordan Parkway- Suspicious Person- Matthew Fasbender was arrested and charged with public intoxication following a call about his erratic behavior at the business.

22-017026- 3600 BLK Old Ringgold Road- Unconscious Person- Police responded with ERFD and EMS on an elderly female unconscious. On scene police stood by while EMS handled the call. The patient was transported to the hospital.

Night Shift December 15-16

21-015383- 7609 Standifer Gap Road- Arrest-Warrant- Antwan D. White was arrested on Forfeiture Capias warrants for Evading Arrest, Reckless Driving, and Driving While License Revoked, Suspended or Cancelled.

22-017037- 5700 Ringgold Road- Suspicious Person- Joshua Burke was taken into custody for a Probation Violation – Dangerous Drugs warrant out of Dade County following a suspicious person call at this location.

22-017042- 1321 St. Thomas Street- Arrest-DUI- Barry Stiers was arrested for DUI, Driving While License Revoked, Suspended, and Open Container.

22-017046- 3623 Fountain Avenue, Apt. 35- Disorder- Two parties were arguing over alleged disrespect. One left prior to police arrival.

22-017048- 7609 Standifer Gap Road- Arrest-Warrant- Antwan D. White was arrested on warrant (original) for Evading Arrest, Reckless Driving, and Driving While License Revoked, Suspended or Cancelled.
