The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along” reports.
December 26 – Day Shift
5402 Clemons Road (search warrant):
Police served a search warrant at this location and arrested Charles Hill for auto theft. A Chrysler, stolen from Chattanooga, was recovered and returned to the owner. The vehicle had a license plate stolen from Georgia.
5400 Ringgold Road (warrant service):
Sconda Teems was arrested at this location for a Catoosa County warrant.
4003 Patton Edwards Drive (drug overdose):
A female was revived at her residence with the aid of three applications of Narcan. The woman was taken by ambulance to Parkridge East Hospital. A small amount of suspected fentanyl was recovered.
401 S. Howell Avenue (abandoned auto):
An abandoned 2008 Mazda Tribute was towed from this location after neighbors stated it been there for over a week.

December 26 – Night Shift
6200 Marietta (traffic/arrest):
Michael Livingston was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and paraphernalia after a traffic stop conducted on a bicycle he was riding due to not having the proper lighting for nighttime.
1410 Mack Smith Rd Budgetel (Aggravated Assault/arrest):
Bobby Beardsley was arrested for aggravated assault after Beardsley used his vehicle and a hatchet to assault the victim.
6721 Ringgold Road (Found Property):
The Family Dollar store management advised a customer left a single one-dollar bill and they felt it was a fake. No products were purchased with the dollar bill. The suspected dollar was placed into property and evidence.
1917 John Ross Rd (assist citizen):
A citizen requested police follow him to his residence regarding a vehicle he purchased. The VIN did not match the Title. Police instructed the party he lived in Chattanooga and would have to contact CPD for a report.
5080 S. Terrace (parking lot/arrest):
David Waters was arrested for driving on suspended and transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
5080 S. Terrace (parking lot/arrest):
Starr Morgan was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of methamphetamines.
601 Walnut St. (warrant svc):
Samuel Carlisle III was arrested/served an East Ridge warrant at the Hamilton County Jail.
601 Walnut St. (warrant svc):
Steve Lynn Aaron, was arrested/served an East Ridge warrant at the Hamilton County Jail.
5736 Ringgold Road (Suspicious Person/arrest):
Police responded to a suspicious person call at this address. Dispatch advised there was a man in the parking lot swinging his shirt in the air. Officers made contact with Miguel Cuevas in the parking lot of O’Reilly Auto Parts. Cuevas was taken into custody for public intoxication.

December 27 – Day Shift
6700 blk of Ringgold Road- Found Property-
While on patrol police found a plastic tote containing shoes in the roadway. Police took possession of the tote and put it in property. There is no owner information known at this time.
1103 South Saint Marks Avenue- Warrant Service-
Tammy Cutwright was arrested on East Ridge warrant number 138603 and was transported to Hamilton County Jail.
1100 blk of Greenslake Road- AOA/Animal Call-
Animal control requested police assistance with a coyote that was allegedly struck by a car and severely injured. Upon arrival in the area the animal was not located.
5517 Ringgold Road (Suds & Shine Laundry)- Unwanted Person-
The caller advised of a homeless male sleeping at the side of the building. Upon arrival police found the homeless man and he was advised to leave.
Ringgold @ South Seminole (Tunnels)-
Two eighteen wheelers were stuck in the intersection due to the drivers not paying attention to the height restriction signage upon their approach to the tunnel.

December 27– Night Shift
5301 Ringgold Rd (Walgreens) / Found Narcotics:
The store manager from Walgreens called police because she found narcotics in the females bathroom. The narcotics were placed into the evidence room.
6514 Ringgold Rd. / Citizen Assist:
Police encountered a vehicle in the roadway at this location which had run out of gas. Police helped the vehicle owner obtain fuel and get on their way safely.
4100 Bennett Rd. / Warrant Service:
Michael Usher was taken into custody on East Ridge warrants for domestic assault following a traffic stop at this location.
4200 Bennett Rd. / Warrant Service:
Labrandon Richards was taken into custody for Hamilton County warrants following a traffic stop at this location.
1100 Spring Creek Rd. / Arrest:
Alan Echols was taken into custody for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and criminal impersonation following a traffic stop at this location.
1517 Tombras Ave. (City Hall)/ Alarm:
Motion alarm in the office area of City Hall triggered alarm. Police checked the security of all doors and observed the office area from outside. Doors were secure and nothing noticeable inside. The alarm was reset. No further actions required.

December 28 – Day Shift
4003 Patton Edwards Drive- Warrant Service-
Emily Sells was arrested on an East Ridge warrant (138680) at her residence. She was transported to 601.
3409 Land Street- Warrant Service-
Caroyln Wright was arrested on an East Ridge warrant (15876) at her residence. She was transported to 601.
1103 South Saint Marks Avenue- Warrant Service-
Darryl Putman was arrested on an East Ridge warrant. He was transported to 601.
Warrant Service-
Holly Smith was served East Ridge warrant number 120331 at 601.
1120 Chippewah Drive- Deceptive Practice-
The caller advised her email was being hacked by her eighty-year-old husband’s thirty-year-old girlfriend. Upon arrival officers determined the caller was possibly a mental health consumer.
3522 Missionaire Avenue- Suspicious People/AOA Warrant Service-
The caller advised of three parties in a white Mustang going door to door in the neighborhood. Upon arrival police stopped the vehicle and spoke with Matthew J., Taylor M. and Jerry Masengale. Masengale was found to have several warrants through Hamilton County. He was transported to 601.
1210 John Ross Road- Property Damage/Animal Cruelty-
The caller advised she feels her neighbor is poisoning her dog. She advised she observed the neighbor throwing chocolate brownies from his property onto hers. She advised this has been happening for about a year. Police attempted to speak with the neighbor, but no one would answer the door. Police will attempt to make contact tomorrow.
3278 Tom Wilson Trail- Suspicious Vehicle/Stolen Recovery-
The caller advised of a strange black Honda Accord in their driveway. Before police arrival dispatch checked the tag number and the vehicle returned as stolen out of Chattanooga. Officers observed several shell casings inside and what appeared to be a fresh bullet hole in the body. Chattanooga CID was contacted and declined to respond. Per East Ridge CID the vehicle was put into our impound.

December 28 – Night Shift
1504 Truman Avenue / Auto Theft:
Reporting party called in to report that her vehicle had been taken without her permission by her boyfriend Andrew Beatrice. Upon police arrival it was determined Beatrice was inside the residence. When police contacted Beatrice, he became combative towards police, punching an officer. Beatrice was taken into custody for Theft over $2,500, assault on police, and resisting. Beatrice was also found to have active warrants for domestic assault through East Ridge.
Ringgold Road at John Ross Road / MVC Injuries:
A Jeep Compass turned left in front of two motorcycles traveling southbound on Ringgold Road at the intersection of John Ross Road. One rider was transported to Erlanger with a broken arm. Driver of the Jeep, Kellis Bohlman, was arrested for DUI.
Spring Creek Road at Hurst Street / MVC:
A Toyota Four Runner did not follow the curve and knocked down a telephone pole and chain link fence at the corner of Hurst Street and Spring Creek Road. EPB responded and cleared the pole and wires. The driver, Evon Shutley, was arrested for DUI.

December 29 – Day Shift
4201 Ringgold Road (Crosspath Church)- Unconscious Person-
Officers were advised of a female with a sick feeling. Fire and EMS were notified and responded.
1706 Keeble Street (Sunny’s Market)- Burglary-
Upon arrival police spoke to the owner who advised sometime between 2245 hours yesterday and 1005 today someone vandalized the front door of the business. Once the building was cleared, the owner walked through the store and did not notice anything missing. Police also reviewed the only working camera which faces the register and did not noticed any enter the building. Police also reviewed the call log from last night and no alarm calls were made. The front door of the store did have minor damage due to a small red brick being thrown at the frame and the door to a storage room was also damaged. CID was notified and Detective Beck did arrive on scene but did not find any evidence to process. The door to the storage room appeared to be kicked in and entry was made into the room, but no property was missing. No suspect information.
1205 Blocker Lane- Follow Up-
Officers contacted the suspect in the property damage/animal cruelty call from yesterday. His information and the initial report have been forwarded to Animal Services.
811 Poindexter Avenue- Unconscious Person/Unintentional Overdose-
The eleven-year-old caller advised his mother was found on the bathroom floor unresponsive. Police, Fire, and EMS responded and determined the mother had overdosed. The mother was transported to Parkridge East. A CPS referral was made #1303200981.
Prigmore Road @ Clemons Road- Suspicious Person-
The caller advised of a white female with blond hair going door to door in the neighborhood. Upon arrival police encountered the female, Elle Jolley on Fruitland Drive. Jolley appeared to be under the influence of some sort of narcotic and a danger to herself. She was arrested and charged with public intoxication. Once at the jail officers discovered her real name, Colleen Jolly.

December 29 – Night Shift
323 Camp Jordan Parkway / Fight:
Police responded to investigate a fight that was reported by Arena staff. Two adult male soccer players on opposing teams were involved in an argument that escalated. The fight broke up and one suspect departed the Arena prior to Police arrival. When Police spoke to the staff and one of the players, they stated that the situation did not escalate into anyone being physically struck. No one wished to press charges. No further action was required of police.
1000 Bass Pro Drive / Suspicious Person:
An RP reported seeing an older white male walk from Bass Pro towards I75. The individual crossed the field, climbed a fence, then stood under a street light on the northbound I75 on-ramp. Police identified the subjectwho currently lives at the Budgetel Inn in room 3108. He stated that he was suicidal and agreed to cooperate with police transporting him to Parkridge East where he was admitted for evaluation.
5340 Ringgold Rd / Public Intoxication:
Police contacted Joshua Teeters at this location after receiving a call from the office manager who was concerned about his presence. Upon arrival police observed Teeters moving several items that belonged to the business. Police determined Teeters could not be trusted with his own safety due to his level of intoxication. Teeters was arrested for public intoxication.
131 Cecil Ln / Domestic Assault:
Police were called to this location by a neighbor who stated he heard a female yelling “get off of me,” coming from apartment #131. Upon arrival, police made contact with the victim who stated her boyfriend Christopher Mcelrath held her down by her arms and would not let her go. Police contacted Mr. Mcelrath who was not cooperative. Mr. Mcelrath began to yell at officers in the hallway of the apartments. He was charged with domestic assault and disorderly conduct. Both parties received conditions or of release
1304 Mcbrien Rd / Disorderly conduct:
Police were called to 1304 Mcbrien Rd. regarding a woman who was sitting in the roadway yelling and punching herself in the face. Police contacted Misty M Barnes, who was in the roadway yelling and causing a disturbance. Police previously received complaints about Ms. Barnes earlier in the night. She was arrested for Disorderly conduct.
