The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports.”
December 19 – Day Shift
1212 S. Seminole Drive (theft from vehicle):
The pastor of Freedom Church reported the theft of two catalytic converters from the church’s silver Ford E-350 van sometime between 12/05/2020 and 1200 hrs today.
714 S. Seminole Drive (auto burglary):
the resident stated an unknown suspect entered both of his locked vehicle at around 4:00 a.m. this morning. Video showed the suspect rummaging through the car interiors, but nothing was missing from either vehicle.
801 Donaldson Road (aggravated burglary):
a neighbor noticed an opened rear door on the house next door. The residence was cleared, and the out of town homeowner was contacted. Several items were stolen including several firearms. No suspect information is available at this time other than the neighbor seeing a dark grey Honda in the driveway on the day of the burglary.
3920 Ringgold Road (vandalism):
The property owner reported vandalism of broken storefront glass from what is thought to be a marble. This is the fifth time his building has been targeted. No suspect information is available.

December 19 – Night Shift
1807 McBrien Rd (Animal Call 20-016):
Reporting party called dispatch and advised she heard what she believed to be a dog in distress. Officers did not locate anything.
1400 Prater Rd (Suspicious Activity):
A caller alerted dispatch to an abandoned baby carriage at his location. They requested officers respond and insure there was infant in the carriage.
800 Belvoir Ave (Disorder 20-016623):
An older white male in a gray Ford F150 was attempting to fight multiple people stopped in Christmas light traffic. Police did not locate the subject.
600 Maple Ln (Suspicious Activity):
Police responded to reports of a female in pajama pants and a hoodie walking in the roadway screaming. The party was not located by officers.
6000 Ringgold Rd (Mental Health):
While conducting a traffic stop a vehicle pulled alongside police and stated a party in the car was in mental crisis. The party was transported to Children’s Hospital.
5300 Ringgold Rd (Arrests):
Police conducted a traffic stop on a white BMW driven by an adult male. The vehicle was occupied by three juvenile females. One of the females was taken into custody for Possession of Xanax , Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Another female was taken into custody for Disorderly Conduct. The third female was released to her parents.
1441 N Smith St (Assist Fire 20-016628):
Fire requested police assistance in potentially making entry to several rooms at the Holiday Inn Express. The motel had experienced an apparent water leak and some motel goers were refusing fire personnel access to their rooms.
112 Bales Ave (Stabbing 20-016633):
Police responded on report of a stabbing and located a Hispanic male with multiple wounds and lacerations. The male party was transported to Erlanger Medical Center for treatment. Criminal Investigations Division was contacted and they responded to process the scene. The investigation into the stabbing and suspects is ongoing.

December 20 – Day Shift
3622 Helen Lane Apt. B (animal call):
A caller wanted police to check on a parakeet in a cage on the side of the road at this location. On arrival, it appeared the bird had left the scene.
914 Belvoir Hills Drive (noise complaint):
A caller claimed the resident of this location was running a business out of the property and causing constant noise from the equipment being used. Police spoke with the residents who claimed they were working on creating Christmas gifts. The residents were advised of their neighbors’ displeasure with the sound and were encouraged to visit city’s website for guidelines on the noise ordinance.
6514 Ringgold Road (disorder/criminal trespass):
Jason Robinson, Tiffany Legg and Jennifer Rowe were issued criminal trespass warnings after an employee claimed he observed them in a possible disorder and littering on the property. The assistant manager advised Robinson became confrontational with him when he requested they leave the property and called for police. All parties’ information was documented and they were advised to not return.
1100 Spring Creek Road (business check/open windows):
While conducting a business check at Spring Creek Elementary School, police located two unsecured windows to rooms #125 and #149. Officers performed a check of the building and re-secured it. A responsible from Hamilton County Schools Maintenance arrived on scene and reprogrammed the alarm.

December 20 – Night Shift
3800 Ringgold Rd (Disorder 20-016659):
An off-duty officer alerted police to a disorder in the roadway. Officers arrived on scene, deescalated the situation and sent the subjects on their way.
Belvoir/Fountain/Germantown (Traffic):
Multiple complaints about traffic on Fountain Ave. Parties were upset about the routes to their homes being disrupted by Christmas light traffic.
4312 Easterbrook Dr (Disorder 20-01664):
The caller stated her juvenile son was yelling at her and throwing things. The juvenile was taken into custody for Domestic Assault and transported to the Juvenile Detention Center.
1500 block McDonald Rd (Unconscious Party 20-016667):
Police responded to an unconscious, unresponsive juvenile. Officers administered a dose of Narcan reviving the party. The juvenile was transported to Children’s Hospital by EMS.
4338 Ringgold Rd (Suspicious Vehicle 20-016669):
A caller reported seeing a male and female in a red truck in the Food Lion parking lot fighting. The reporting party stated the male was striking the female with something in his hand. The parties were not located by police.
1500 Springvale Rd (Arrest 20-016673):
Kevin Brummitt was taken into custody on several East Ridge warrants and Mathew Powell was arrested for Criminal Impersonation after using a false name to escape arrest on warrants through Catoosa County
