Nov. 30 Day Shift
205 Bales Avenue (AOA):
Police responded to a CPR in progress. The patient was transported by ambulance to an area hospital.
817 Poindexter Avenue (theft):
The resident reported the theft of her city issued garbage can.
3918 Ringgold Road (robbery):
A man was pumping fuel at the Stop and Save when two black males approached him and then pistol whipped him about the head before fleeing with approximately $10,000 in cash. The victim, who had deep lacerations to his head, refused transport and was treated at the scene by EMS. CID responded to the scene. Warrants pending further investigation.
400 block Broughton Street (disorder):
Ruth K. allegedly turned around in the yard belonging to Jeffrey I. which resulted in a disorder between the two. The woman claimed the man threatened to shoot her, although she stated she saw no weapon. The man stated he simply asked why she was turning around in his yard when she called him a racial slur.

Night Shift
600 Camp Jordan Pkwy (Miscellaneous 20-015789):
Officers observed Chattanooga Police drop an elderly male party off behind Bass Pro with the temperature dropping below 32 degrees. Officers made contact with the male and transported him to his vehicle at an address in Catoosa County.
722 Bacon Trl (Unknown 911 20-015792):
Dispatch received a call from what appeared to be a heavily intoxicated party. The party would not give an apartment number and disconnected from dispatch. Dispatch called the party back and the intoxicated party advised they absolutely did not need any help and disconnected again. Dispatch attempted to make contact several more times but there was no answer.
3222 Gleason Dr (Arrest 20-015795):
Antone Samuel was taken into custody during a traffic stop for Criminal Impersonation after lying to police about his identity. Samuel was found to have verified county warrants for Domestic Assault. He was transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
201 Eads St (Noise Complaint 20-015797):
Caller stated there was a loud banging noise coming from an upstairs apartment. There is an ongoing issue between upstairs and downstairs neighbors. The matter was referred to property security.
1516 Merrill St (Domestic Violence 20-015798):
Alejandro Ramirez was taken into custody for Aggravated Domestic Assault after it was determined he had choked his wife during an argument.
322 Camp Jordan Rd (Suicide Threats 20-015801):
Police responded to a suicide threats call. When police arrived they located Donovan Mosteller, who was intoxicated by narcotics, attempting to gain entry into the residence of his estranged wife. He was arrested for Disorderly Conduct, Public Intoxication and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
3100 Ringgold Rd (DUI 20-01580):
Arunulfo Lopez Perez was arrested for DUI during a traffic stop.
951 Spring Creek Rd (Unknown 911 20-015804):
Police responded to Parkridge East Hospital after receiving a call from a female stating she had been in a crash and was being transported to the hospital by her grandfather. Officers spoke with a very uncooperative Rebecca S. at the hospital who stated she did not know where she crashed and she did not want medical treatment. Police checked the area where the female was located by her grandfather but found nothing. A short time later police observed an tow truck hauling an Acura with heavy front-end damage in the 3700 block of Ringgold Rd. Officers were able to ascertain the vehicle was the one associated with the woman’s injuries. The tow company stated they had picked the vehicle up on Greenslake Road where Georgia State Patrol had worked a crash. All the occupants of the vehicle had fled before police arrived. GSP responded to Parkridge East to continue their investigation.
