November 27– Day Shift
5517 Ringgold Road (criminal trespass):
Sconda Teems was issued a trespass warning from Suds-N-Shine per the request of the owner.
1100 S. Seminole Drive (arrest warrant):
Charles Lee was arrested for an active East Ridge warrant for driving on revoked following a traffic stop.
3920 Ringgold Road (disorder):
Paulette Ray was criminally trespassed from the Dollar General following a disorder with the manager.
1417 St. Thomas Street (theft):
The complainant stated he recently met Charles W. and they rented a room together at the Motel 6. The complainant stated he left approximately $550 in Charles’s truck. When he went back to retrieve the money the bag had been torn open, and the money was missing.

November 27 – Night Shift
3725 Fountain Ave Apt 67 (Aggravated Domestic):
Erika Bell was arrested for aggravated domestic assault after she hit her sister in the side of the head with a beer bottle.
3797 Northview Ave (Aggravated Burglary/ Aggravated Assault):
An unknown white male with medium curly brown hair, short beard, 6’ tall entered the victim’s home and forced his way into her locked bedroom where she was asleep. The suspect held her down by her throat, punched her in the face and took her shorts off. The victim fought back and fled the home. The suspect left in a dark colored compact SUV towards Belvoir Ave.
600 S Germantown Rd (AOA):
Antonio Blocker was arrested on warrants out of Catoosa County for obstruction. Blocker was transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
4222 Ringgold Rd. (public intox):
Clayton Simpson was arrested for public intoxication after being observed walking in the middle of Ringgold Road, with his pants down to his ankles, and drooling. Mr. Simpson had to be wrestled to the ground as he was taken into custody. While in route to the jail, Mr. Simpson, began trying to kick out the window of the rear passenger door.
3936 Ringgold Road (Theft of Property):
The complainant reported that the registration tag for her 2004 black Chevrolet Trailblazer was stolen while she was shopping at the Sav-A-Lot grocery store. Tag was entered into NCIC.
6721 Ringgold Road (Suspicious Activity):
The manager of the Family Dollar reported seeing a white male going behind the store several times after the business had closed for the evening. Police located a man digging through a dumpster behind the business. The man agreed to clean up the area and leave the location.

November 28 – Day Shift
6500 Ringgold Road (warrant service):
Derik Brown was arrested on an East Ridge warrant for theft over $10,000 following a traffic accident at this location.
4214 Ringgold Road (warrant service):
Johnetta Cheatom was arrested at the county jail on an active East Ridge warrant.

Robert Fletcher was arrested at the county jail on an active East Ridge warrant.

November 28– Night Shift
4338 Ringgold Rd (Stolen Vehicle Recovery):
A stolen 2004 silver Jeep Cherokee was recovered in the Food Lion parking lot. The vehicle was reported stolen out of Rossville, GA and Catoosa County was notified. The vehicle was towed to East Ridge Auto Electric.
114 Windmere Dr (Burglar Alarm):
Police responded to a burglar alarm for the residence in Ridgeside. Police found no signs of forced entry or movement inside the home. The homeowner was out of town at the time of the incident and was notified.
6708 Ringgold Rd (Disorder/evading):
Kenneth Harmon was arrested for evading after he ran from officers while investigating a disorder at the Circle K. Harmon was apprehended after a short foot pursuit from in front of the Quality Inn to the front lobby of the La Quinta Inn.
5436 Dupont Street – Aggravated Assault:
Warrants are being sought for Candice Nicole McClain, for Aggravated Assault against Kimberly H..
6805 Martha Ave (Domestic Assault):
Steven Pickett was arrested for two counts of Domestic assault after he assaulted his mother and sister.
3520 Cathy LN. (auto burglary/agg burglary):
Police were dispatched to this location regarding a burglary. Upon arrival, Police spoke with resident who stated the automobile in his driveway was burglarized. He also said there were items stolen from inside his home. Police have a suspect. CID is still investigating.

November 29 – Day Shift
5517 Ringgold Rd, Shine Laundry Mat/Burglary:
Unknown suspects pried a plastic vent off the back wall of the laundry to gain access to the walkway behind the line of dryers. Suspects made off with approx. 10 dollars in quarters which are normally kept on hand for the cleaning crew to wash cleaning clothes. Owner believes the theft took place several days ago, but only noticed the vent cover removed this morning. CID was notified, but due to lack of any physical evidence they did not respond.
Quality Inn/ Suspicious Subjects:
Officers made contact with a W/M and W/F behind the motel sitting in a car. Couple claimed they were there to sleep. Officers located a grinder on the female subject which led to the discovery of a small bag of marijuana and then a chrome plated .380 pistol in the woman’s jacket. Christina Kirby was taken into custody for Simple Poss/Paraphernalia/ Poss of Firearm and transported to HCSO.
Warrant Service:
CPD made contact with Brandon Smith on Lee Highway for possible DUI. It was discovered he had an active warrant for Petition to Revoke and was transported to HCSO.
3920 Ringgold/Dollar General/Suspicious Subjects:
Two B/Ms were observed in a black Chevy Cavalier sitting in the parking lot for 15 minutes; believing they may be casing the store. Subjects were GOA upon arrival.
Damaged Property/ Bennett @ John Ross:
Street sign damaged by unknown subject. Street Dept was notified via Email and was acknowledged.
5344 Hasten Ct./911 Call:
Officers received a 911 call from 5344 Hasten Court. Upon arrival, a Mr. Billups was located in the backyard coming out of the residence. Both Mr. Billups and Yonda W. admitted to being at the residences together celebrating the holidays. Mr. Billups and Yonda got into a verbal argument and she called 911. Mr. Billups is currently out on bail for a domestic charge from CPD and an order of protection is in place which he has violated. He was taken into custody and transported to 601 where HCSO served the warrant for violating the order.
3760 Fountain Ave/Burglary:
Homeowner came home after a several weeks to a ransacked house. Only items missing at this time is a camera bag. No suspect information at this time.
1517 St Thomas St /Trespass:
A female subject was trespassed from the Motel 6 after a verbal disorder with the clerk. She was then transported to Parkridge East for multiple physical and emotional complaints. The staff at Parkridge East were apparently very familiar with the woman.
1410 Mack Smith /Assist EMS:
CPR in progress on 16 yr old male. Transported to Parkridge East.
1529 Keeble Rd /Animal Call:
Reporting party stated she had recently given two dogs away. She came home today to find they had been returned and placed in her fence. She was advised to call animal control during normal business times.
549 Benson Dr /Animal Call:
Police responded to anonymous complaint about a large Pit Bull running loose. Police arrived and located the dog tied to a street sign. Dog was transported by police to Animal Services.
1100 Spring Creek/Animal Call:
Police responded to dog running loose. Located a large white dog who was transported by police to Animal Services.

November 29 – Night Shift
5812 Ringgold Rd / Suspicious person:
Dustin Long was issued a misdemeanor citation for drug paraphernalia after officers observed him dart across the street in front of oncoming traffic.
4145 Ringgold Road/ overdose / arrest:
The resident of this apartment found a Amari Williams unconscious on the couch, supposedly overdosing on an unknown substance. Fire and EMS arrived and delivered rescue breaths, bringing Amari back.
He then signed a refusal for transport. Police located one and a half oxycodone pills nearby, wrapped in cellophane. Amari admitted to police that they belonged to him and that he had taken them. He was arrested for possession of schedule II.
639 Camp Jordan PKWY / Warrant Service:
Adam Tomlinson was taken into custody for felony warrants out of Hamilton County following a traffic stop at this location.
4405 Vester Lane/ Disorder:
Police investigated a disorder at this location. When Police approached a suspicious vehicle and spoke to Rachael Shipley who was the driver, a strong odor of marijuana resonated from inside the vehicle. Ms. Shipley voluntarily told officers where the marijuana and her bong was located. The bong contained liquid and was still warm to the touch. After further search of the vehicle, one pill matching the appearance and markings of Vicodin was located in her wallet which she had no prescription for. Ms. Shipley stated to police that she thought the pill was Ibuprofen. Police arrested Ms. Shipley for possession of schedule II, Possession of Marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Ms. Shipley was also instructed not to return to this address, and if she does return, she would be arrested for trespassing. Her vehicle was towed by Broome’s’ Wrecker.
800 blk of Donaldson Rd / D.U.I:
Police were called to the corner of Donaldson and Pinellas Ln in reference to a single motor vehicle crash. Upon arrival it was found that the driver Robert Pyle was DUI and hit a stop sign at that location. Robert was arrested and the vehicle was towed. The stop sign is still up and only had minimal damage.

November 30 – Day Shift
S. Seminole Dr @ E. Main St:
ERPD assisted CPD with a traffic collision with minor injuries. CPD arrived on scene and ERPD returned to service.
3603 Whitehead Avenue – Vehicle Burglary:
Caller advised that an unknown subject entered his unlocked vehicle overnight and removed a firearm, his duffle bag, and a Go Bag. Officers later located the contents of the bags along several side streets throughout the city. The firearm, a tan and black Springfield XDS .45 cal handgun with Punisher logo on slide plate, was entered into NCIC.
1611 Clayton Avenue – Found Property:
Police responded to this location in reference to more found property that was discarded from the Whitehead Avenue vehicle burglary. The items were collected and returned to the owner.
203 Bales Avenue – Vehicle Burglary:
Caller advised that an unknown subject entered their unlocked vehicle during the night. No suspect information.
610 Melville Ave – Vehicle Burglary:
Reporting party advised that she discovered her green, tactical style backpack containing workout shoes and clothes was missing from her 2018 Chevy Colorado, after thinking that she secured the vehicle a day prior. No suspect information.
3627 Helen Ln Apt A. – Vehicle Burglary:
Caller advised that an unknown subject entered their unlocked vehicle during the night and removed $450 from their wallet, but left the wallet. No suspect information.
827 Hardin Dr – Vehicle Burglary:
Caller advised that an unknown subject entered their unlocked vehicle during the night and stole spare change. No suspect information.
3555 Connelly Ln – Vehicle Burglary:
Caller reported that at approximately 0336 hrs, two unknown, slim build, suspects wearing light-colored clothing, rummaged through his vehicle. The suspects then left the area in a newer model, light-colored, smaller sedan.

November 30 – Night Shift
18310-18398 Interstate 24 EB / A.O.A:
Police were called to S Germantown and South Terrace area to help Chattanooga Police find three older black males, who were last seen running from a vehicle crash on the interstate, on to S Germantown toward Ringgold Rd. Police searched the area but were unable to locate the individuals. The three men were described to be wearing a camo jacket, another blue jeans and a white T-shirt, and another in a hoodie.
5319 Ringgold Rd / Suspicious Activity:
A passerby called in and reported seeing a white female leave two children in strollers and walk behind the store. Police observed two empty strollers by the entrance and did not locate any female behind the store. When asked, the manager advised the strollers had been sitting there since noon which was 12 hours prior to the call.
3400 Gail Drive / Check Hazard:
Unit was sent for a down tree on Gail Drive between the Betty Drive and the apartments. The tree was on property belonging to Seminole Ridge Apartments. Attempts to notify apartment management were made with no contact.

December 01 – Day Shift
The no trucks in the tunnel sign at Germantown has been removed for some reason. There have been several reports today about large trucks stuck in or at the tunnels.
I-75 North- AOA-
CPD requested assistance with traffic control due to multiple traffic crashes in the blind curve at the I-75/I-24 split.
6728 Ringgold Road (Camping World)- Alarm-
Upon arrival police checked the business. It appeared to be secure.
806 Mc Hann Drive- Warrant Service-
Brandy Flynn was located at this address and arrested on an East Ridge warrant. (ER173687) She was transported to 601.
1313 Saint Thomas Street (Aim Center Housing)- Disorder-
Police were dispatched to this address on a disorder with a weapon. Upon arrival it was found to not be a disorder with a weapon but a disagreement between roommates. One party had already left the residence before police arrival.
1400 blk of Melody Lane- Fallen Tree-
A large tree fell across the street sometime during the night. The street department responded and removed the tree.
3713 Willey Avenue- Alarm-
Police responded to the residence and found an open/unsecured door. Upon checking the residence everything appeared to be ok. The door was secured upon leaving.
3824 Kingwood Drive- Injured Animal-
The caller advised they had located an injured squirrel and requested police assistance with the disposal of the animal. Police responded and assisted.
6725 Ringgold Road (Mercantile)- Theft-
A female with tattoos on her face stole items from the business and fled on foot. The items were two purses totaling approximately $55.

Maple Creek Lane / Arrest :
Juvencio Galindo Gonzalez Simon was arrested for Public intoxication with a bond of $1,000, Duty upon striking fixtures upon a highway with a bond of $750, and Due care with a bond of $750. The Complaint number is -19-013235 and jail number is-19-1506.
3400 Gail Drive / Check Hazard:
We received additional calls in regards to the tree blocking the drive for the apartments. The tree is on private property and the complex is still accessible by the entrance on Lisa Drive. Multiple attempts were made to contact property management.
