The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along” reports.
Day Shift
1517 Tombras Ave – Suspicious Activity –
Police responded to City Hall to disperse a gathering of juveniles in the lobby and playground area. Parties were advised to move on to another location.
1300 block Greenslake Rd – DOA –
A woman (24 yrs. old) was found deceased on the couch in her bedroom by her boyfriend. Possible overdose from narcotic use suspected as party was known to use drugs and had attempted suicide on 12/11/19 by taking approximately 250 seroquel.
4400 Bennett Rd- Theft –
Complainant reported that her child’s school issued Chromebook was stolen sometime yesterday while the child was at school. No suspects at this time
4301 Ringgold Rd – Disorder/Criminal Trespass –
Phillip K. Miller was upset about the condition of his chicken livers that he ordered at the Epicurean and barged into the kitchen seeking satisfaction. Miller confronted the owner and caused a disorder. He was issued a criminal trespass for his troubles.
1119 Edwin Ln – Narcotics Violation –
Gary Sanders was arrested for possession of 17.7g of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia following a traffic stop at this location.
5001 Fike Dr – Unwanted Parties –
Mandy Hernandez and Brittany Frost were trespassed from this property after they came to the residence in an attempt to retrieve some property for Jeremy Witt without permission from the owner.
4100 Cemetery Ave – Assist FD –
Police responded with ERFD after the pastor of Jones Memorial reported two brush fires near the cemetery. On arrival, the fires were determined to be on Cresthaven Lane and were extinguished by the parties on scene and the fire department.
1212 S. Seminole Dr – Calvary Assembly of God – Disorder –
Police responded to this location when a concerned citizen reported a w/m assaulting a w/f. On arrival, police made contact with Zackary J. and Maria Bahls. Both parties claimed that the disorder was verbal only and no assault had taken place. Bahls was detained for HCSO and transported to 601 Walnut St for an outstanding warrant.

Night Shift
5360 Ringgold Rd/ Arrest:
Donald Smith was arrested for public intoxication at this location. Mr. Smith received an OR bond.
5301 Ringgold Rd. / Citizen Assist:
Police contacted Ashley B. at this location who was homeless with four autistic children. Police determined Ashley owns a camper trailer but didn’t have anywhere to set up to obtain heat. Due to the below freezing temperatures during the night police arranged for Ashley to set up in Camp Jordan for the night. The woman had made more permanent arrangements for her and her children, but it will not have access for 11 more days. Police also arranged a small fund to provide some food and diapers for the family.
