Dec. 13 Day Shift
4214 Ringgold Road (miscellaneous):
A woman was driving in East Ridge and noticed she was being followed by her husband. She stated she has been assaulted in the past by her husband at their Chattanooga address. (21-017955)
4000 block Bennett Road (suspicious person):
A homeowner agreed to let a homeless man have his mail delivered to his address. However, he did not share this with his wife, so she called police today when Jackie Richards arrived asking for a package. Richards was arrested on several warrants and trespassed from the residence. (21-017957)
513 Donaldson Road (theft):
The complainant contacted police to report his trailer stolen. The victim believes his trailer, an 8’x16’ single axle trailer, was taken around 05:30 this morning. He described it as a basic utility trailer, with 2x12s on the side, wooden floor and a slightly bent tongue. (21-017971)
4214 Ringgold Road (warrant service):
Ashton Brown was arrested on multiple warrants while in custody at Silverdale. (21-017317)

Night Shift
5400 block Clemons Road (DOA 21-017980):
A 56-year-old male was discovered to be deceased from a possible drug overdose. CID was notified of the incident. The medical examiner responded to process the scene.
1000 McBrien Rd (Public Intoxication/Arrest 21-017984):
A heavily intoxicated Arturo Garcia Lopez was observed running south along McBrien Rd after midnight. After police made contact and attempted to take him into custody for Public Intoxication, he became combative and defied all efforts to be handcuffed. Following Taser deployment Garcia was transported to Hamilton County Jail and charged with Assault, Reckless Endangerment, Resisting Arrest, Public Intoxication and Disorderly Conduct.
6400 Ringgold Rd (Warrant 21-017995):
Following a traffic stop, Terrance Williams was placed into custody on a Hamilton County warrant for driving on revoked.
323 Camp Jordan Pkwy (Suspicious Person 21-017978):
Police responded to this location regarding a suspicious person at the front of the arena. Upon arrival, police spoke with Kevin Gray who was in possession of drug paraphernalia. Gray told police he had recently used methamphetamine prior to arriving at the arena. Gray was arrested for public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Frawley Road & Wake Robin (Animal Call 21-017992):
Police located a small dog in the middle of the road with no collar. The animal was safely transported to the animal shelter and released to animal services without incident.
3511 Ringgold Rd (DUI 21-017985):
Bryce Durden was taken into custody for DUI-drugs during a traffic stop at this location.
4214 Ringgold Rd (Warrant Service 21-017990):
Gabriel Roldan was detained by Rome, Georgia police on East Ridge warrants and transported to the Floyd County Jail to await extradition back to TN.
900 S. Seminole Dr. (Arrest 21-017983)
Joseph Debord was taken in on two Hamilton County warrants following a traffic stop at this location.
3600 Ringgold Rd. (DUI Arrest 21- 017998)
Elizabeth Bryant was taken into custody for DUI following a traffic stop at this location.
404 S Moore Rd (Arrest 21-017977):
Following a traffic stop at this location police arrested Quindell Ray for possession of Hydrocodone.
6000 Ringgold Rd (Arrests 21-017994):
Gavayn Yancy was taken into custody for DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia. A passenger in the vehicle, Michael Vanderweide, was taken into custody for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
