The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports.”

Dec. 8 Day Shift

4340 Ringgold Road Suite 160 (property damage):

A representative with Advance America reported damage to the rear cinder block wall of the building. Damage appeared to be consistent with being struck or backed into by a large box truck or semi-truck and trailer. City Codes will be following up on structural repairs to the building. (21-017738)

2100 block Dugan Street (domestic assault):

The complainant called police after being assaulted by his son, Joshua Denton, following a verbal disorder. Denton was arrested for domestic assault and a valid warrant in Georgia. (21-017720)  

3600 block Helen Lane Apartment  (domestic assault):

Sean Harris assaulted his pregnant girlfriend, punching her in the face after dragging her down the stairs. Harris fled before police arrived with the victim’s cellphone. Warrants are being sought. (21-017719)

1630 S. Rugby Place (theft):

The resident at this address looked out her window and saw an older model VW station wagon pull up to her mailbox and leave with the resident’s mail. The car left toward S. Seminole. (21-017723)

3626 Gleason Drive (stolen checks):

The resident contacted police in reference to checks which had been stolen from her mailbox in November. The victim recently received a letter from Food City concerning one of the stolen checks having been recently cashed at the business. (21-017731)

500 block S. Seminole Drive (robbery):

A juvenile had her mother drive her to this address to sell an iPhone. Once at this location the juvenile suspect and a friend pepper sprayed the victim, grabbed the phone, and ran toward the Seminole Path Apts. (21-017740)

Night Shift

5512 Ringgold Rd (Harassment 21-017749):

Police were informed of a stalking incident at this location. After an initial investigation police are seeking arrest warrants for George Miles.

1300 block John Ross Rd (Domestic Assault 21-017761):

Police responded to a domestic disorder. After investigation, Bobby Ray was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.

4222 Ringgold Rd (Suspicious Person 21-017762):

Officers made contact with Daniel McAllister who they had observed exhibiting erratic behavior in the Speedway parking lot. McAllister was found to be in possession of heroin and multiple syringes. McAllister was arrested and charged accordingly.
