5313 Dupont Street (auto theft):
The complainant reported the theft of her vehicle, a 2006 Chrysler Pacifica, by her sister’s boyfriend. (21-017277)
1410 Mack Smith Road Room 2122 (disorder):
Police were contacted by Budgetel staff after the occupant of a room reported being threatened by a party with a gun. The man claimed that while he was standing on the patio of his room the suspect pointed a gun at him from the patio of his room, following a disorder on the previous evening. Officers spoke with the suspect who advised he did not have a gun and offered to let police search his room. The suspect was advised to stay away from the man who accused him of pointing the gun. 6500 Ringgold Road (Narcotics Arrest 21-017299):
Jerome Jackson Jr was arrested for possession of schedule II for resale and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop.
4214 Ringgold Rd (Misc 21-017308):
A male party came to the East Ridge Police Department to report credit card fraud. Upon speaking to the individual, it was determined he is allowing the person to use the credit card. He was advised to cancel it.
6513 Ringgold Road (DUI 21-017316):
Sharron Martin was taken into custody for DUI and driving on suspended, following a traffic stop at this location.
3900 block N Mission Oaks Dr ( Domestic Assault 21-017305):
A male subject was arrested for domestic assault at this location. The male subject punched his wife in the face during an argument.
3200 Ringgold Rd Evading Arrest 21-017315):
Police attempted to perform a traffic stop on a Nissan Altima but the vehicle fled at a high rate of speed through the tunnels into Chattanooga. Officers did not pursue the vehicle per department policy. The driver of the vehicle was later identified as Ashton Brown. Warrants are being sought for his arrest.
6013 Wentworth Ave( Intoxicated Person 21-017309):
Police responded to 6012 Wentworth Ave regarding an intoxicated person banging on a neighbor’s door. Upon arrival police located James Eady Jr. sitting against a mailbox at 6013 Wentworth Ave. Eady appeared highly intoxicated while talking with officers. He was taken into custody for Public Intoxication and Disorderly Conduct.
4214 Ringgold Rd ( Warrant Service 21-017319):
Police executed a warrant on Eric Gains for Alias Capias (Driving on Revoked) at the Hamilton County Jail.
