The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along” reports.
August 24 Day Shift
22-011867- 4300 blk of Bennett Road- Disorder-
The caller advised she could hear a male and female arguing around the school property. On scene officers checked the surrounding area with nothing located.
22-011869- 1605 McDonald Road- Suspicious Activity-
The caller advised he observed a male in a four-door, blue car take an unknown item from a yard in the neighborhood. The vehicle was last observed on Mack Smith Road traveling in an unknown direction. On scene police checked the area with nothing located.
22-011874- 1410 Mack Smith Road #4203 – Domestic Disorder-
A female subject called to advise her boyfriend assaulted her. On scene police spoke to the female caller. She advised that her boyfriend came to her room to retrieve his belongings at her request. When he arrived, a verbal argument ensued escalating to him slapping her phone from her hand to prevent her from further recording the incident. After he collected his belongings, he left her room moving to a separate motel room, by her recollection. Police confronted him at the security officer post where he is currently employed. His statement matched the statement that the female provided police, except he stated that he did not lay hands on her. A primary aggressor could not be determined. Police advised the female on the procedure to obtain an Order of Protection as per request
22-011876- 1400 Mack Smith Road- Wellbeing Check-
The caller advised a female was walking in the street. On scene police checked the area but the female was not located.

Night Shift
1410 Mack Smith Road / Stabbing (22-011894):
Police responded to the Budgetel Inn regarding an individual being stabbed. Upon arrival officers made contact with a man who appeared to be suffering from multiple stab wounds. Officers rendered aid to the victim and secured the scene for EMS. The suspect, Jamal Adams, fled the scene in his Ford Focus prior to police arrival. Officers located the suspect vehicle unoccupied on Missionaire Ave. A BOLO was sent out for the suspect and the vehicle was impounded. CID was notified of the incident.
541 Cedar Glen Circle / Intoxicated person (22-011900):
Danielle Bates was arrested for public intoxication, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest when she refused to go back inside her residence after police were called due to her screaming and rolling around in the front yard.
4214 Ringgold Road / Warrant Service (22-011892):
Police attempted to serve an arrest warrant on Justin Thurman at the police department. When police attempted to place him under arrest he fled on foot. After a short foot pursuit Thurman was captured and placed under arrest.
1410 Mack Smith Road/ Property (22-011893):
Police spoke with a female subject regarding a missing title to her vehicle. Police were advised of a domestic disorder which occurred between her and her ex-husband earlier. Property report is on file for the incident.
1453 Mack Smith Road / Suspicious Activity (22-011902):
Police responded to the Fairfield Inn after an employee noticed a young female outside standing with a blanket next to a vehicle. Upon arrival police observed the individual who fled back to her room at the Budgetel Inn. Police spoke with the young female and her mother about her sneaking out at night.
1100 Spring Creek / Child Abuse (22-011883):
Police spoke with a female subject regarding another subject abusing one of the special needs children at Spring Creek Elementary School. The family of the child as well as a Department of Children Services report was already made for the incident.
