Day Shift August 18
23-010490- 4300 BLK Esterbrook Drive- Vehicle Burglary/Vandalism- The reporting party advised her car had been vandalized sometime during the night. Police observed an empty White Claw can that had spilled into the driver compartment on the center console and vomit throughout the driver and passenger compartment of the vehicle. The contents of the glove box were thrown about. Earlier in the morning officers arrested a male for criminal trespass and public intoxication. He was observed on camera walking from the area where he was the suspect of the incident. He smelled of alcoholic beverage according to the arresting officer upon arrest and had the beverage spilled on his clothing. Warrants are being sought for him for Vandalism and Auto Burglary for the separate incident.
23-010497- 4200 BLK Bennett Road- Overdose/Drug Arrest- A man was transported to the hospital following an overdose at this location. Two others were arrested on drug and weapon charges following a search warrant service at the residence.
23-010501- 700 BLK Summit Avenue- Theft- The resident called to report the theft of her electronic safe and its contents. She advised her safe was missing from her closet and feels one of three people may be responsible.
23-010506- 4200 BLK Ringgold Road- Theft- Police spoke with the victim over the phone, and she advised her Glock 42 .380 caliber pistol was stolen from her vehicle while it was parked on 08/13 around 0300 hours. She was socializing with several parties including a 14-year-old juvenile. She advised the juvenile was in her vehicle at one point with her permission. He then abruptly stated his mother wanted him to come home and started walking away. Police were unable to locate the proper identification of the juvenile suspect at the time of the call. The pistol was entered in NCIC.
Night Shift August 17
23-010514 – 500 BLK Bluebird Circle – Suspicious Activity – Police responded to a residence after the caller discovered a suspicious item on the hood of her car. She carried the suspicious item home to her husband, believing it to be a pipe bomb. Police identified the item as a Bussmann Electrical fuse.
23-010515 – 4400 BLK Bennett Road – Domestic Assault – Police arrested a woman for domestic assault against her ex.
23-010528 – 1400 BLK Dover Lane – Traffic Stop – Arrest – Following a traffic stop a man was arrested for Driving under the influence after he almost hit an officer head-on. He was transported to the Hamilton County Jail without incident.
23-010533 – S. Seminole Drive/Ringgold Road – Pursuit of Vehicle – Police initiated a traffic stop on S. Seminole Dr. with a white Chevrolet Suburban. The vehicle took off, and police lost visual of it around the area of the bridge overpassing Interstate 24. The driver was unidentified at this time. Later in the night the driver was determined to be a juvenile that was transported to JDU for felony evading.
Day Shift August 19
23-010538- 5300 BLK Reneau Way- Theft- The caller advised packages were stolen from his front porch. Images of an unknown female was captured by the caller’s doorbell camera. A screenshot was sent out for identification.
23-010544- 5700 BLK Roper Street- Delayed Theft- The caller advised a juvenile had stolen his gray G10 mountain bike several days ago. Officers spoke with the caller who advised officers his bicycle was stolen by a suspected juvenile from his front porch while he was at work on 8/17 at approximately 0550 hours. He advised officers he has video footage from a mounted camera of the juvenile stealing the bike and would provide it to officers. Officers provided a complaint number to him for insurance purposes. Officers are awaiting videos and are attempting to identify the suspect.
23-010549- 6900 BLK Glen Errol Way- Suspicious Person/Arrest- A man was arrested and charged with violation of protection order. He was transported to jail.
23-010562- 1000 Bass Pro Drive- Shoplifting- A woman was arrested and transported to jail. She was charged with the theft and possession of fentanyl.
23-010567- 3700 BLK Fountain Avenue- Disorder with a Weapon- The caller advised a male and female were in the hallway arguing and both had guns. Police spoke with the apartment occupant. She advised there had been a verbal argument, but no one was armed. The male was gone before police arrival.
Night Shift August 19
23-010570 – 1000 Bass Pro Drive – Suspicious Activity – Police responded to a suspicious activity of someone trying to break into a car. Police arrived and observed the suspect inside the vehicle holding a burnt straw and found foil located in the center console. Upon searching the vehicle police discovered a blue fentanyl pill wrapped in foil. The suspect was arrested for Possession of Sched II and Paraphernalia.
23-010584 – 6500 BLK Ringgold Road – Suspicious Vehicle – Police contacted a vehicle parked at the location for over an hour. Police took three parties into custody for Possession of Schedule II , Possession of drug paraphilia. One man was also charged with criminal impersonation. Police located 2.9 grams of meth, 1 gram of fentanyl, and several burnt foils, pipes with white powder residue. All three were transported to the Hamilton County Jail without incident.
23-010590 – 500 BLK Camp Jordan Parkway – Disorderly and Intoxicated – Police were called by the manager to remove an unwanted intoxicated person from the bar. When confronted the man became disorderly and resisted officers.
23-010597 – 6600 BLK Ringgold Road – Foot Pursuit/Arrest – Police attempted to contact an individual walking between vehicles at the hotel and then again at another hotel. The male subject fled from officers on a bicycle until experiencing mechanical problems. After a short foot pursuit, he was taken into custody on multiple outstanding warrants out of Hamilton County. He was subsequently charged with resisting stop, halt, frisk and evading arrest. Police spoke with an employee of the hotel who was told to have customers call EPRD if any of their vehicles were broken into.
Day Shift August 20
23-010605- 100 BLK Kingwood Drive- Auto Theft- On arrival police spoke with the caller who advised at approximately 0700 hours he walked outside and noticed that his white 2016 Toyota Corolla was no longer parked on the street in front of the residence. He had parked his vehicle on the street at around 2300 on 8/19/23. At this point there are no suspects. The vehicle entered into NCIC.
23-010612- 1400 BLK North Smith Street- Delayed Burglary- Officers spoke with the homeowner. He advised sometime between 8-20 and today unknown suspect(s) entered two outbuildings on the property. There did appear to be several power tools missing but the owner could not advise a make or model.
Night Shift August 20
23-010629 – 2000 BLK Tombras Avenue – Person Shot – Police responded to this location after hearing a gunshot. Police located four juveniles, one of which had been shot in the leg. Police later arrested two juveniles and transported them to JDU.
23-010627 – 1000 BLK S Seminole Drive – Arrest-Drugs – Police received a license plate reader hit for a stolen vehicle traveling south in the 400 block of S Seminole Dr. The vehicle was located at 1029 S Seminole with multiple subjects. Following the encounter police took multiple parties into custody for narcotics related offenses. A man and woman were subsequently charged with possession of meth for resale and possession of schedule I. Another female was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and theft of property. A party was also taken into custody on an outstanding warrant from Red Bank.
23-010633 – 6500 BLK Ringgold Road – Attempted Robbery of Business – Police responded to a reported robbery. Upon arrival the suspect was GOA. The clerk stated a male without a shirt driving a black Chevrolet was banging on something in the restroom. When the clerk went to investigate the noise, the suspect stated it was the backdoor. The suspect then left the restroom, walked to the clerk, and said, “you have pretty eyes. Hey, gimme all the money in your register.” The suspect then shouted “gimme all the money in your register!” The clerk told a customer who walked in to call the police and the suspect fled without taking anything.
23-01063 – 3600 BLK Ringgold Road – Arrest – Police arrested two parties for resisting arrest, following a traffic stop.
23-010603 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Warrant Service – Police served an arrest warrant for Public Intoxication.
Day Shift August 21
23-010643 – 3900 BLK Ringgold Rd – Auto Theft – Employees reported a maroon Ford F-250 Super Duty was stolen off their lot at approximately 0123hrs on 08/18. It is unknown how the suspect(s) gained access to the vehicle as the business still had the keys in their possession.
23-010654 – 500 BLK South Moore Road – Theft – The caller stated she received an alert on her Ring Doorbell Camera when a male subject approached her porch. The alert featured a video of the subject removing a package. Police searched the area but did not locate the suspect.
Night Shift August 21
23-010670 – 3500 BLK Ringgold Road – Traffic Stop – Police stopped a Black Honda Pilot for a light law violation. The driver stated she had a meth pipe in the center console. A search revealed the meth pipe and .7 grams of Methamphetamine. She stated she wasn’t feeling good and needed an ambulance which transported her, but she fled from the ambulance and warrants were obtained.
23-010686 – Fountain Avenue @ Mchann Drive – Traffic Stop – Police stopped a vehicle for failure to maintain their lane. Upon speaking to the passenger, police found she had confirmed warrants out of Red Bank for Failure to appear on a Forgery Charge. Police went back to the car, and she started having what appeared to be a seizure. Medics arrived and transported. Red bank was notified.
23-010666 – 2500 BLK Westside Drive – Arrest – Following a traffic stop at this location, the driver was taken into custody for driving on revoked for DUI. He was also issued traffic citations.
