The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along” reports.
August 16 Day Shift
22-011533- 3316 Frawley Street- Theft-
The caller requested to speak with police regarding a stolen vehicle tag. Police contacted the caller and he advised he last observed his license plate on his vehicle on August 13, 2022. Police have no suspects at this time. The license plate was entered into NCIC.
22-011536- 3224 Navajo Drive- Alarm-
Police responded to check the church. On scene the alarm was found to be accidental.
22-011537- 3230 Gleason Drive- AOA-
Police transported Gercara Robinson to Silverdale for CPD. Her charges are second degree murder and voluntary manslaughter.
22-011541- 400 South Moore Road- Suspicious Person/Trespass Warning-
The caller advised a homeless male was panhandling on the property. On scene police spoke with the man who was advised not to be back on the property.
22-011544- 7609 Standifer Gap Road- Warrant Service-
James Gouge was served an East Ridge warrant at Silverdale.
22-011546- 1000 Greenslake Road- Shots Heard-
The caller advised she heard several gunshots in the neighborhood. On scene police checked the area and located a roofing company installing a roof on a house nearby. They appeared to be causing the noise.
22-011547- 1517 Tombras Avenue- Warrant Service-
Roy Leroy was arrested on an East Ridge warrant at the courthouse. He was transported to Silverdale.
22-011548- 941 Spring Creek Road- Disorder/Mental Health Consumer-
The caller advised a psychiatric patient was becoming agitated in the emergency room. On scene police attempted to calm the patient but were unsuccessful. During the course of the interaction, it was found the patient had an extraditable warrant out of Gwinnett County Georgia. He was taken into custody and transported to Silverdale.

6521 Ringgold Road / Arrest-other (22-011559):
Randy Sluder was arrested for Public Intoxication after several calls about a male attempting to jump into traffic.
4020 S. Terrace / Arrest-other (22-011557):
Heather Cwiklinksi was arrested for Public Intoxication and Retaliation for Past Actions.
631 Camp Jordan Parkway / Theft From Vehicle (22-011560):
The complainant called to report that her vehicle tag had been stolen while she was at Jonathan’s restaurant. TN tag 014BFPZ was entered into NCIC.
6515 Ringgold Road / Suspicious Activity (22-011564):
Julia Brodie was taken into custody for public intoxication after Champy’s staff called to report that she had fallen asleep in a chair after a disorder about a bar tab.
1410 Mack Smith Road / Arrest-Drugs (22-011568):
Following an encounter with police in the Budgetel Parking lot, Dezmon Walker was found to be in possession of marijuana for resale.
363 Camp Jordan Parkway / Mental Health Call (22-011569):
Police responded to this location after a male subject told police he wanted to be taken to Moccasin Bend. On scene police spoke with him and his mother. Officers advised him that police could not take him to Moccasin Bend. However, police asked him if he would like to be taken to the hospital or Joe Johnsons. He refused while speaking with officers. Due to him refusing any assistance officers left the area after he refused to speak with police.
Welworth Avenue @ Sewanee Drive / Suspicious Vehicle (22-011575):
Police were called to this location after a citizen observed a Lexus sedan parked at the intersection with its lights off. Police made a traffic stop on the vehicle after observing the vehicle being driven away and the driver to be on his phone. Police made contact with Phoenix Freeney. After observing drug paraphernalia in plain view, police conducted a probable cause search of the vehicle. Freeney was found to be in possession of a pressed fentanyl pill and more paraphernalia. He was taken into custody without incident.
302 Dunlap Avenue / Arrest-Domestic (22-011576):
Destiny Williams and Tredarius Hubbard were both arrested on Domestic Assault charges.
