The following information was compiled from “pass along reports” provided by the East Ridge Police Department.
April 17 – Day Shift
21-005242 – 4145 Ringgold Rd, – Domestic Assault:
A woman reported that her boyfriend, Stephon Calloway, yelled at her, broke the door to her bathroom, and pushed the broken door against her several times. Calloway was not on-scene when police arrived. A warrant for Calloway was secured for domestic assault.
21-005248 – 3709 Ringgold Rd –
Christine P. was criminally trespassed from the H&R Block at this address after she was found sleeping in front of the business. The woman was also trespassed from the Food City for similar actions.
3502 Ringgold Rd (Theft from Vehicle 21-005241):
The complainant came to the police department to report his Stihl TS 420 concrete saw valued at $1,200 was stolen out of the bed of his pickup while he was inside Ace Hardware between 1230-1300 on 4/16/21.

April 17 – Night Shift
400 S Seminole Dr / Drugs and Warrant Service:
Stephen Hamilton was arrested for possession of meth, crack cocaine and marijuana. Misty Harden was arrested for public intoxication. Christopher Tidwell was arrested for a felony warrant out of Georgia. 21-005268
4214 Ringgold Road / Warrant Service:
Police served three East Ridge arrest warrants on Johnny Michael McCurry, Jr. for Extortion, Stalking, and Assault. Police transported him to Hamilton County Jail. 21-001070
3657 Ringgold Road / Business Check-Drug Arrest:
While police were conducting a business check at the Cascades Motel, police observed several vehicles left unlocked with windows down and tools in plain view. Police followed an extension cord to room 63 and made contact with Christopher Aston. After a brief conversation with Mr. Aston police located drug paraphernalia in the room and Mr. Aston willingly told police where his drugs were. He was placed under arrest for possession of meth, simple possession of marijuana, possession of methadone and possession of oxycodone for resale. 21-005287

April 18 – Day Shift
21-005292- 1033 La Clercq Drive- Suspicious Vehicle-
The caller advised of two suspicious vehicles parked at 3211 Blackhawk Trail. She advised this property belongs to a friend and the vehicles should not be there. On arrival police spoke to the owners of the vehicles. It was found the two were workers doing construction on the residence.
21-005297- 3200 blk of Ringgold Road- Unknown 911-
Dispatch advised of a phase two 911 call coming from the area. They advised a female caller was crying and saying she was bleeding. On arrival police checked the businesses in the area and Ridge Terrace Apartments with nothing out of the ordinary located.
21-005303- 3400 block Myra Avenue- Wellbeing Check-
Dispatch advised they received a call from an elderly female at this address asking for help but not advising the problem. On arrival police spoke to the elderly woman. She was having trouble unstopping her toilet. Police assisted her with the minor plumbing issue.
21-005308- 3600 blk of Larry Lane- Traffic-
Officers were flagged down and advised of construction traffic speeding on Larry Lane. Police responded to the area and conducted traffic enforcement. While on scene no speeders were located. The reporting party requested an extra watch.
21-005310- 3741 Ringgold Road (Crump Insurance)- Unconscious Person-
The caller advised of a person laying under a blanket on the sidewalk. On arrival contact was made with Christine P. She was not unconscious she was sleeping. She decided to take a cab to a shelter in Chattanooga.

April 18 – Night Shift
1500 Prater Road/Evading:
Police attempted to stop a black motorcycle with a black backpack on the tag is so far under the rear tire it is unreadable. The same motorcycle has fled from police several nights prior in the 6800 block of Ringgold Road.
4214 Ringgold Road / Warrant Service:
Police served an arrest warrant (#143234) for Possession of Schedule II drugs on Scott Eugene Davis. Davis was in custody at the Hamilton County Jail. 20-010422
Spring Creek @ San Hsi / Traffic Crash:
Police responded to an injury crash at this location. One driver was transported by EMS to Parkridge East. The other driver was cited for driving without a license and underage possession of alcohol. 21-005325
3400 block Maple Creek Ln. / Overdose:
Police were called by a neighbor stating that a six-year-old child had come to her door stating that her mother was lying on the floor. Officers arrived to find a female subject overdosing on narcotics. Police delivered two doses of Narcan before ERFD and EMS arrived on scene. The female subject was revived and refused to go to the hospital. She was taken into custody for aggravated child endangerment, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of schedule I. 21-005329

Meredith Weaver was arrested for DUI during a traffic stop at this location. 21-005344
