March 30 Day Shift
3725 Fountain Avenue (fire):
An earlier fire in Building #4 started to re-kindle. ERPD evacuated Building #5 as a precaution, and ERFD was able to put the fire out. (22-004354)
3600 block Fountain Avenue (disorder):
A woman contacted police when two women showed up knocking on her door. Her boyfriend was arrested last night for domestic assault. The two women are friends of the boyfriend that were asked to retrieve his car and a few belongings. They were asked to leave and not to return due to Conditions of Release. (22-004361)
4100 block Ringgold Road (trespass):
A woman has been parking at the Walmart parking lot in a white van for several days. Due to the trash around the vehicle Walmart has asked her to move on. The woman was given several hours to fix her flat tires and move the van. (22-004375)
Pioneer Park (suspicious persons):
A caller advised young teens were at the park smoking and getting “mouthy” with adults visiting the playground with their small children. Police found several teenagers who were told to vacate the park if they were not actively using it. (22-004382)
3100 block Ellis Avenue (theft):
The complainant reported the theft of her catalytic converter from her 2008 Chevy Trail Blazer sometime between 03/25/2022 and 03/27/2022. No suspect information is available. (22-004373)
4300 block Bennett Road (theft):
HCSO SRO Richmond contacted ERPD to report the theft of a female juvenile student’s phone. The phone included explicit videos involving the victim and her boyfriend. The explicit videos posted on Instagram over the weekend. School administrators have already filed a report with CPS. (22-004346)
4214 Ringgold Road (warrant service):
Malik Beavers was arrested on an active East Ridge warrant and transported to the Hamilton County Jail. (22-004348)

Night Shift
400 block McBrien Rd (disorder w/ weapon 22-004391):
The manager of At Home called in stating a male subject came into the store yelling he was going to tear gas everyone. Police made contact with him and detained him after he kept reaching in his pockets and not listening to simple commands. Police found 7.2 grams of methamphetamine in the pocket where he kept reaching. He was charged with possession of schedule ll, disorderly conduct and aggravated assault.
6725 Ringgold Rd (FI 22-004412):
A man was found to be sleeping in 2005 Buick Envoy in the parking lot of the Mercantile. He stated, “long story short I called my girlfriend a name and now I’m sleeping in my car”. He stated he heard the window break at the Mercantile around 0030 hours but did not see anyone.
3700 block Fountain Ave(assist fire 22-004397):
ERFD requested extra patrol at this address after another fire in the apartment complex.
4214 Ringgold Rd (Warrant Service 22-004393):
Victor Gabreil-Renoso was booked on an East Ridge warrant for Probation Capias (Disorderly Conduct) while at Hamilton County Jail.
6200 block Ringgold Road (Theft/Resisting 22-004398):
Fabien Smith was arrested for Resisting Arrest, Public Intoxication, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia following a theft at the Mapco.
6600 block Hilton Drive (Harassment 22-004384):
A man and woman were trespassed from this address following a dispute with their neighbors.
