The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along” reports provided by the administration.
Feb. 5 Day Shift
4210 Ringgold Road (well-being check):
Police responded to Cross Path Church to check the well-being of a homeless party asleep on the front porch. Contact was made with Kristy M. who stated she was attempting to stay dry while sleeping. A field interview was completed, and she left the area.
6210 Ringgold Road (suspicious person):
Police responded to the area in reference to a man on a bicycle looking into cars. Police made contact with Joey Lawson who stated he was taking his new bicycle to the repair shop. An FI was conducted.

Night Shift
4214 Ringgold Rd. (Warrant service):
Terry Mathis was arrested on a petition to revoke out of East Ridge.
6725 Ringgold Rd. (Counterfeit money):
Police were dispatched to the Family Dollar, regarding a customer who attempted to pass a counterfeit $20 bill. The customer was unaware the bill was fake. There were no items purchased.
501 S. Moore Rd. (Hit and Run):
Police were dispatched to this location regarding a red Mustang that was involved in a hit and run on Anderson Avenue. Upon arrival, the vehicle was not on scene but found at OLPH abandoned, it was towed from this location. Police spoke with the victim. A BOLO was issued for the driver.
1229 John Ross Road #A Harassment –
Warrants taken on Edition Jones for harassment.
700 S Germantown Rd (Assist Citizen):
Police located a dark blue Dodge Dart with a flat tire on Germantown Road. Police assisted the driver in moving the vehicle to RNR Tire Center and he was picked up by a family member. The driver will return during normal business hours to have the vehicle repaired.
The water is rising in all the creeks, but not over the roadways, as of 0500 hours.
