Day Shift December 26

23-016344 – 4300 BLK Ringgold Rd – Arrest – Police responded after receiving information that a party with active warrants was in a vehicle in the parking lot. The woman was taken into custody on warrants out of Hamilton County. She was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Another occupant of the vehicle was found to have active extraditable warrants through Catoosa County. He was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

23-016349 – 7609 Standifer Gap Road – Warrant Arrest – A man was arrested on an East Ridge warrant at the Hamilton County Jail.

23-016353 – 5700 BLK Ringgold Road – Mental Health Crisis – Officers located a female party who was experiencing a mental health crisis according to family. The woman spoke with police and was transported for a mental evaluation at her request. She was in possession of 22 dogs in her vehicle. They were taken by East Ridge Animal Services for safekeeping.

23-016352/23-016335- 6500 BLK Ringgold Rd- Drug Arrest – Police responded to a crash with no injuries. Officers spoke with the reporting party who stated his vehicle had been hit on 12/25/23 at approximately 2100 hours and did not find out until 12/26/2023 at approximately 0915. The suspect was found and admitted to causing the crash. She consented to a search of her vehicle and room. Officers located a glass pipe with methamphetamine residue and another glass pipe with marijuana residue inside the room. Also located was 0.5 grams of methamphetamine in a black case. Warrants are pending further investigation.

23-016348-4214 Ringgold Rd- Vehicle Fire- Police responded to a Vehicle Fire at the address of 4214 Ringgold Rd. The vehicle fire was put out before police arrival. No one was injured.

23-016349- 4214 Ringgold Rd- Warrant Service- Police executed outstanding warrants on a man for Alias Capias (Driving on a revoked/suspended license). He was transported by Hamilton County Sheriffs to the Hamilton County Jail.

Night Shift December 26

23-016367 – 5600 BLK Clemons Road – Traffic Stop / DUI – Following a traffic stop at this location a man was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI. He was transported to the Hamilton County Jail without incident.

23-016382 – 1600 BLK Mack Smith Road – Unconscious – Police responded for an unconscious male at the residence. Upon arrival all doors were locked. The RP stated he could see his father on video passed out and advised police to force entry. Due to the totality of circumstances the residence’s front door was breached by police, and they were able to provide care for the individual until EMS arrival.

23-016388 – 5000 BLK South Terrace – Warrant Service – A man was transported to the Hamilton County Jail on an active Alias Capias (Theft over $5,000) warrant out of East Ridge.

23-016386 – 1000 BLK John Ross Road – Protection Order Violation – Officers conducted a traffic stop on a white Lexus with an expired registration. Both occupants of the vehicle were involved in a temporary protection order. The violator of the order was arrested and transported to the Hamilton County Jail without incident.
