One Injured in Tuesday Evening Crash

One woman was injured in a two-car crash on 5800 block of Ringgold Road just after 6 p.m. on Tuesday evening.

East Ridge Fire and Police were called to the intersection of Ringgold Road and Adonna Lane concerning a car accident, according to Hamilton County 911 dispatch.

ERFD Chief Mike Williams said when firefighters arrived, a female passenger was already out of an overturned four-door vehicle that was in the turn lane of the westbound lanes. Chief Williams said the woman was taken to a hospital with unknown injuries.

No other injuries were reported.
