October 4 Day Shift
22-013800- 1517 Tombras Ave (Pioneer Frontier Playground)- Suspicious Person-
Police responded to Pioneer Frontier Playground on the report of an adult exhibiting lewd photos to juveniles. Police made contact with Emanuel Wallace and, upon investigation, discovered he was the subject of a recent HCSO tip line regarding an adult showing nude photos to children on the playground. Wallace was taken into custody for two counts of Exhibiting Materials to Minors.
Randy Sluder was arrested for criminal trespassing.
22-013795- 4900 Maryland Drive- Violation of Conditions of Release-
Jerry Rivero was taken into custody for Violation of Conditions of Release after he barricaded himself in the residence for a short period of time.
22-013792- Ringgold Rd- Custodial Interference-
The caller reported that her ex-husband, who is the non-custodial parent of their 3 children, has refused to return the children for the past month and has enrolled them in public school in GA. The investigations is still ongoing, however, an arrest warrant for Custodial Interference is being sought.
22-013797- Edwards Terrace- Stalking-
The caller reported his estranged wife was seen the previous evening by a friend while they were at the nearby convenience store. Not long after he observed a newer SUV drive by his house and take pictures. He did not positively identify the suspect inside the vehicle. Report on file.
22-013818 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Warrant Service –
Brian Hammonds Jr. was served with a warrant for Domestic Assault while in custody at The Silverdale Detention Center.
22-013821 -South Terrace – Field Interview –
Police encountered a male in front of a church, who has recently complained of homeless subjects leaving trash in the area. He was checked for warrants and advised to move along.
22-013810 – 7609 Standifer Gap Road – Warrant Service –
While at Silverdale, James Ashley was served with two East Ridge warrants for driving on revoked.
